ذهب أخيرا, إلى شهرة لياقة في [بنغسر] قرية [(يي)] مع صديقة لنهاية أسبوع حرّة تجريبيّة متأخّرة. حدّدت هذا مأخذ في الأرضية رابعة من [بنغسر] قرية [إيي.].
هذا شهرة لياقة رابعة ماليزيا مأخذ وفتحت هو كان في مارس - آذار 2007. أخرى شهرة لياقة حدّدت مآخذ في واحدة [أوتما], [سوبنغ] إستعراض و [غرني] ساحة.

نحن فهمنا أنّ كان هو صحيحة يتمّ شغله, هكذا, نحن لم يعطه كثير اضطراب. [أفتر لّ,] أراد نحن أن يحصل هذا إجراء معياريّة يتمّ [سونست] يمكن [س ثت] نحن استطاع حقّا تطوّرت. هو بعد ذلك أحضرنا حوالي لرحلة. نحن أنهينا فوق في الأرضية أولى يجلس [نإكست تو] إستوديو. أنا سوفت سآتي إلى العمليّة بيع وسيلة تحايل في الجزء متأخّرة من هذا مادة.
مع ممر مؤقّتة, ذهب نحن أن يجمع فوطنا مديحية. يصحّ خلف الفوطة عداد ال يغيّر غرف. الذكريّة يغيّر غرفة يوسع غير أنّ كان هو لقمة ظلام. بما أنّ كتلة تعقّب هويس كان لم يزوّدوا, نحن اضطرّ استعملت خاصّتي.
مثل يصحّ لياقة, شهرة يحمّل لياقة أنّ الذي يريد أن يستعمل حذاء خزائن أيضا. [إين كس] الأعضاء كانوا قد نسيوا أن يدفع للإيجار, يترك ال [جم] إشعار في الخزانة.
رأى ال [سونا] وبخار غرفة. لسوء الحظّ, [ب] كلا لم في [ووركينغ كنديأيشن].
بما أنّ معتادة, فتّش أنا أولى حرّة وزن منطقة حيث أنّ صديقتي ذهب لرقص صنف. أوزان ودمبلات بعد جديدة.
آلات يعنى لجسم علويّة يحدث أوّلا أرضية, باستثناء قليل - [تريسبس] حدثت آلة في [غرووند فلوور]. كثير آلات حياة لياقة. بعض مطرقة قوة. علويّة خدش آلات بالتّأكيد.
عقب أنهى أنا مقعد صحافة, أنا حقّقت أنّ أنا قد عرقت كثيرا. ينظر فوق وفجّر منشار المكيفات كان. هكذا, ماذا ذهب على نحو خاطئ? لا يغطّى السقف مع سقف لون أو لصوق. أنا فكّرت يصحّ لياقة [جا] 33 has the highest ceiling (14 feet), Celebrity Fitness Bangsar Village II has even highest ceiling - about 20 feet ceiling height! Now I know why it is warm. The gym has more volume of air to cool off with 20 feet of ceiling. The number of air conditioners is just not enough. Also, as this place is located at the highest floor, the roof is exposed with the hot afternoon sunlight. Probably, it will not be so warm at night.
Found three studios - one for dance class, one for yoga and pilates and one for RPM. The former two studios are huge but the RPM studio is smaller. After joining the dance class, friend told me that the Brazilian instructor was good.
Celebrity Fitness is probably squeezing Amber Chia to the most by displaying her pictures almost everywhere. The place where I stood to pee in the toilet, I saw all these posters. Actually, True Fitness was doing the same with Elaine Daly before she stopped being the spokesperson.
I scratched my head when I saw this one showing Amber Chia with a pair of boxing gloves. What is the message behind this? Ahem.
The other thing that caught my attention is the personal trainer. Instead of using the typical “Personal Trainer”, “Fitness Instructor”, Celebrity Fitness call them “Rapid Result Coach”. Rapid result? Interesting, not sure it means 1 week or 1 month to see the result.

It’s true as they call themselves “Rapid Result Coach” as these guys are more experienced and they’re the senior trainers/instructors. They overlooked those regular ones, which happened to be their juniors.

Mun, do you just walk into all these gyms for free trials? (without having any free pass already?) or you actually had some kind of “free trial pass” beforehand?

Hi Vertigo: Thanks. I could see other gyms are doing the same by differentiating the junior and senior personal trainers, either by the title or the uniform color.
Hi trey: It depends. I went to some gyms with free pass from friends; some I called up to make an appointment; some I just walked in; as for others, was invited by the gym staffs (not management though).

CELEBRITY FITNESS POLICY SUCKS
I signed up as member for Celebrity Fitness Centre in Bangsar for a one year trial (pre-opening) after keen persuation by its sales personnel. I later moved to transfer my membership to their Subang Jaya outlet. As a requirement, I have to charge the monthly fees to my credit card. After about 9 months of being a member I only used the facility once and decided to terminate the membership. The Customer service personnel convinced me to complete the one year term otherwise I have to pay for a termination fee. I then agreed to continue to complete the one year term.
To my surprise and astonishment, they continue to charge my credit card on the monthly fees after the one year term. Upon checking they told me that my membership was automatically renewed as provided by the small prints at the back of the contract / sign up forms. This was never explained to me during the signing-in. I realised the extra charges 4 months late and sought for reimbursements but were declined despite acknowledging that they did not inform me of the automatic renewal of membership.
This is a desperate sales tactics to compell customers to be their member untill death or write in to terminate and pay termination fees!

The facilities here are actually pretty good, but the customer service sucks.
Especially the manager, Agus, who happens to be a real jerk. They seem to have a holier-than-thou attitude in dealing with customers. How about taking some classes in customer service? I considered signing-up here but went with California Fitness in Mid-Valley instead because I was so put off by their behavior.
I think that there’s much more to a gym than having good equipment. If the people around you are emitting bad vibes, it just spoils the whole work-out experience. This is especially true here because the membership desk is like the control deck on Starship Enterprise, overlooking the whole gym floor. I mean, WTF? I don’t want to have to look at the person’s face who just made me a few thousand ringgit poorer while I’m doing my lats.
