Finally, went to Celebrity Fitness at Bangsar Village (II) together with a friend for a free trial last weekend. We understood that she was just doing her job, so, we did not give her much trouble. Pochopili jsme, že ona prostě dělá svou práci, tak jsme se jí mnoho problémů. After all, we wanted to get this standard procedure completed soonest possible so that we could really work out. Po tom všem, chtěli jsme si to standardní postup dokončen co možná nejkratším tak, že jsme mohli skutečně fungovat. She then brought us around for a tour. Pak kolem nás přivedla na turné. With a temporary pass, we went to collect our complimentary towels. S dočasným projít, šli jsme sbírat naší bezplatné ručníky. Right behind the towel counter are the changing rooms. Also, as this place is located at the highest floor, the roof is exposed with the hot afternoon sunlight. Found three studios – one for dance class, one for yoga and pilates and one for RPM. Nalezeno tři ateliéry - jeden pro taneční třídy, jeden pro jógu a pilates a jeden pro RPM. The former two studios are huge but the RPM studio is smaller. Bývalá dvou studií jsou obrovské, ale studio RPM je menší. The other thing that caught my attention is the personal trainer. Další věc, která upoutala mou pozornost, je osobní trenér. Instead of using the typical “Personal Trainer”, “Fitness Instructor”, Celebrity Fitness call them “Rapid Result Coach”. Namísto použití typických "osobní trenér", "cvičitel", Celebrity Fitness jim říkají "Rapid Výsledek trenér". Rapid result? Rapid výsledek? Interesting, not sure it means 1 week or 1 month to see the result. Zajímavé, ne jistý, že to znamená, 1 týden nebo 1 měsíc vidět výsledek.

It's true as they call themselves “Rapid Result Coach” as these guys are more experienced and they're the senior trainers/instructors. Je pravda, jak si říkají "Rapid Výsledek autobusy", jak tihle hoši jsou zkušení a jsou to starší školitelů / instruktorů. They overlooked those regular ones, which happened to be their juniors. Přehlédnout, že tyto pravidelné ty, které se stalo, aby se jejich juniory.

Mun, do you just walk into all these gyms for free trials? Mun, máte prostě chodit do tělocvičny na všechny tyto testy zdarma? (without having any free pass already?) or you actually had some kind of “free trial pass” beforehand? (aniž by si volnou vstupenku už?), nebo jste měl vlastně jakési "bezplatného zkušebního pass" předem?

Hi Vertigo: Thanks. Hi Vertigo: Díky. I could see other gyms are doing the same by differentiating the junior and senior personal trainers, either by the title or the uniform color. Viděl jsem jiné tělocvičny dělají stejné rozlišujéce junior a senior osobní trenéry, a to buď podle názvu nebo jednotné barvy.
Hi trey: It depends. Hi trojka: To záleží na okolnostech. I went to some gyms with free pass from friends; some I called up to make an appointment; some I just walked in; as for others, was invited by the gym staffs (not management though). Šel jsem do nějaké tělocvičny s volnou vstupenku od přátel, některé jsem zavolal, aby se jmenování, některé jsem chodil, jako pro ostatní, byl pozván do posilovny štáby (i když ne management).

CELEBRITY FITNESS POLICY SUCKS CELEBRITY FITNESS POLITIKA SUCKS
I signed up as member for Celebrity Fitness Centre in Bangsar for a one year trial (pre-opening) after keen persuation by its sales personnel. Podepsal jsem se jako poslanec za Celebrity Fitness Centrum v Bangsar za jeden rok studie (pre-opening) poté, co chce persuation jeho prodejního personálu. I later moved to transfer my membership to their Subang Jaya outlet. Později jsem se přestěhoval do své členství převést na jejich Subang zásuvky Jaya. As a requirement, I have to charge the monthly fees to my credit card. Jako požadavek, musím účtovat měsíční poplatky prostřednictvím mé kreditní karty. After about 9 months of being a member I only used the facility once and decided to terminate the membership. Po asi 9 měsíců, kdy jsem členem pouze jednou a zařízení, rozhodla ukončit členství. The Customer service personnel convinced me to complete the one year term otherwise I have to pay for a termination fee. Personál Zákaznický servis mě přesvědčil dokončit jen jeden rok, termín jinak budu muset zaplatit za zrušení poplatků. I then agreed to continue to complete the one year term. Pak jsem souhlasila, že bude dokončení jedné funkční období.
To my surprise and astonishment, they continue to charge my credit card on the monthly fees after the one year term. K mému překvapení a údiv, že i nadále účtovat své kreditní karty na měsíční poplatky po dobu jeden rok. Upon checking they told me that my membership was automatically renewed as provided by the small prints at the back of the contract / sign up forms. Při kontrole mi řekli, že mé členství bylo automaticky prodlužuje, jak je stanoveno v malých tiskne na zadní straně smlouvy / zaregistrovat formy. This was never explained to me during the signing-in. To se nikdy mi vysvětlil při podpisu-in. I realised the extra charges 4 months late and sought for reimbursements but were declined despite acknowledging that they did not inform me of the automatic renewal of membership. Uvědomil jsem si extra poplatky 4 měsíce později, a žádá o vrácení, ale byly přesto odmítl uznat, že neměli mne informoval o automatické prodloužení členství.
This is a desperate sales tactics to compell customers to be their member untill death or write in to terminate and pay termination fees! To je zoufalé prodejní taktiky compell zákazníky, aby se jejich členem až do smrti, nebo psát ukončit a platit poplatky za ukončení!

The facilities here are actually pretty good, but the customer service sucks. Zařízení, zde jsou vlastně docela dobrý, ale zákaznický servis sucks.
Especially the manager, Agus, who happens to be a real jerk. Především manažer, Agus, který se stane být skutečný hlupák. They seem to have a holier-than-thou attitude in dealing with customers. Zdá se, že děravější-než-ty postoj při jednání se zákazníky. How about taking some classes in customer service? Co takhle přičemž některé třídy v oblasti služeb zákazníkům? I considered signing-up here but went with California Fitness in Mid-Valley instead because I was so put off by their behavior. I za podepsání-tady ale šel s Kalifornie Vhodnost v Mid-údolí místo toho, protože jsem byl tak odradit jejich chování.
I think that there's much more to a gym than having good equipment. Myslím, že mnohem víc, než tělocvična s dobrým vybavením. If the people around you are emitting bad vibes, it just spoils the whole work-out experience. Pokud se lidé kolem vás se vyzařují špatných vibrací, to jen kazí celé dílo-out zkušenosti. This is especially true here because the membership desk is like the control deck on Starship Enterprise, overlooking the whole gym floor. To platí zvláště tady, protože členství stolu je stejně jako kontrola na palubě hvězdné lodi Enterprise, s výhledem na celou podlahu tělocvičny. I mean, WTF? Myslím, WTF? I don't want to have to look at the person's face who just made me a few thousand ringgit poorer while I'm doing my lats. Nechci, aby se na to dívat do tváře osobu, která se mi jen pár tisíc, zatímco chudší ringgit I'm doing my lat.
