Finally, went to Celebrity Fitness at Bangsar Village (II) together with a friend for a free trial last weekend. It's true as they call themselves “Rapid Result Coach” as these guys are more experienced and they're the senior trainers/instructors. Hi Vertigo: Thanks. Bok Vertigo: Hvala. I could see other gyms are doing the same by differentiating the junior and senior personal trainers, either by the title or the uniform color. I went to some gyms with free pass from friends; some I called up to make an appointment; some I just walked in; as for others, was invited by the gym staffs (not management though). CELEBRITY FITNESS POLICY SUCKS CELEBRITY FITNESS POLITIKA SUCKS
I signed up as member for Celebrity Fitness Centre in Bangsar for a one year trial (pre-opening) after keen persuation by its sales personnel. Ja se prijavio kao član za Poznata ličnost Dobra kondicija centar u Bangsar za jednogodišnje suđenje (pre-otvaranje) nakon što je željela persuation po svom prodajnom osoblju. I later moved to transfer my membership to their Subang Jaya outlet. Kasnije sam se preselila u prijenos moje članstvo u svoje Subang Jaya utičnicu. As a requirement, I have to charge the monthly fees to my credit card. Kao uvjet, moram naplate mjesečne naknade za moje kreditne kartice. After about 9 months of being a member I only used the facility once and decided to terminate the membership. The Customer service personnel convinced me to complete the one year term otherwise I have to pay for a termination fee. To my surprise and astonishment, they continue to charge my credit card on the monthly fees after the one year term. Na moje iznenađenje i čuđenje, oni nastavljaju da tereti moju kreditnu karticu na mjesečne naknade nakon jedne godine. Upon checking they told me that my membership was automatically renewed as provided by the small prints at the back of the contract / sign up forms. Nakon provjere su mi rekli da mi je članstvo automatski obnavlja, kako je predviđeno prema malim ispisuje na poleđini ugovora / prijavim obrascima. This was never explained to me during the signing-in. To nikada nije objasnio da mi je tijekom potpisivanja-u. I realised the extra charges 4 months late and sought for reimbursements but were declined despite acknowledging that they did not inform me of the automatic renewal of membership. This is a desperate sales tactics to compell customers to be their member untill death or write in to terminate and pay termination fees! To je očajnički prodaje taktika da compell korisnicima da bude njihov član do smrti, ili pisati u da prekine i prestanak plaćanja naknade!

The facilities here are actually pretty good, but the customer service sucks. Objekti su ovdje zapravo prilično dobra, ali usluga korisnicima je sranje.

I considered signing-up here but went with California Fitness in Mid-Valley instead because I was so put off by their behavior. I think that there's much more to a gym than having good equipment. Mislim da postoji puno više za teretanu nego imaju dobru opremu. If the people around you are emitting bad vibes, it just spoils the whole work-out experience. Ako ljudi oko vas emitting loše vibre, to samo kvari cijeli posao-out iskustvo. This is especially true here because the membership desk is like the control deck on Starship Enterprise, overlooking the whole gym floor. Ovo je pogotovo istinito ovdje jer članstvo stol je kao kontrola na palubi Starship Enterprise, prekrasan pogled na cijeli kat teretanu. I mean, WTF? Mislim, WTF? I don't want to have to look at the person's face who just made me a few thousand ringgit poorer while I'm doing my lats. JA dont 'ištanje to morati gledati na lice osobe koja je upravo napravio mi je nekoliko tisuća Ringgit siromašnijim dok sam radi moj lats.
