Finally, went to Celebrity Fitness at Bangsar Village (II) together with a friend for a free trial last weekend. This is Celebrity Fitness fourth Malaysia outlet and it was opened in March 2007. Tai Celebrity Sporto ketvirtą Malaizija lizdo ir jis buvo atidarytas 2007 m. kovą. Instead of using the typical “Personal Trainer”, “Fitness Instructor”, Celebrity Fitness call them “Rapid Result Coach”. Nenaudojant tipiškas "Personal Trainer", "Sporto instruktorius", Celebrity Sporto juos vadinate "Greitojo rezultatai Autobusų". Rapid result? Greitai gauti rezultatą? Interesting, not sure it means 1 week or 1 month to see the result. Įdomu, nežinote, tai reiškia, kad 1 savaitę 1 mėnesį arba pamatyti rezultatą.

It's true as they call themselves “Rapid Result Coach” as these guys are more experienced and they're the senior trainers/instructors. Tiesa, kaip jie save vadina "Rapid rezultatai Autobusų", kaip šie vaikinai yra labiau patyręs ir jie vyresniųjų mokytojų / instruktorių. They overlooked those regular ones, which happened to be their juniors. Jie nuolat pamiršta tuos klubus, kuris įvyko būtų jų Juniors.

Mun, do you just walk into all these gyms for free trials? Mun, jūs tiesiog vaikščioti į visus šiuos tyrimus nemokamai Treniruokliai? (without having any free pass already?) or you actually had some kind of “free trial pass” beforehand? Hi Vertigo: Thanks. Hi Vertigo: Ačiū. I could see other gyms are doing the same by differentiating the junior and senior personal trainers, either by the title or the uniform color. I could see kitų Treniruokliai daro tą patį diferencijuojant jaunesnysis ir vyresnysis asmens trenerių, bet pagal pavadinimą ar vienodos spalvos.

I went to some gyms with free pass from friends; some I called up to make an appointment; some I just walked in; as for others, was invited by the gym staffs (not management though). Aš kai su laisvai pereiti iš draugų sporto salėse, kai aš pašauktas atlikti tarnybą; kai aš tiesiog plaukiojo, kaip kitiems, buvo pakviestas gimnastikos štabų (ne valdymo, nors).

CELEBRITY FITNESS POLICY SUCKS Celebrity FITNESS POLITIKA SUCKS
I signed up as member for Celebrity Fitness Centre in Bangsar for a one year trial (pre-opening) after keen persuation by its sales personnel. Aš užsiregistravau, kaip narys Celebrity Sporto centras Bangsar už vienerių metų tyrimo (iki atidarymo) po siekia persuation jos pardavimų personalas. I later moved to transfer my membership to their Subang Jaya outlet. Vėliau persikėlė į perdavimo Mano narystė savo Subang Jaya lizdo. As a requirement, I have to charge the monthly fees to my credit card. Kaip reikalavimas, turiu už mėnesinį mokestį savo kredito kortelę. After about 9 months of being a member I only used the facility once and decided to terminate the membership. Praėjus maždaug 9 mėnesius nuo valstybės Aš tik vieną kartą pasinaudojo galimybe ir nusprendė nutraukti narystę. The Customer service personnel convinced me to complete the one year term otherwise I have to pay for a termination fee. Klientų aptarnavimo personalas įtikino mane, kad visiškai vienerių metų kadencijai kitaip aš turiu mokėti už nutraukimo mokestį. I then agreed to continue to complete the one year term. Aš tada sutarta tęsti baigti vienerių metų kadencijai.
To my surprise and astonishment, they continue to charge my credit card on the monthly fees after the one year term. Mano nuostabai ir nuostabą, jie ir toliau už savo kreditinę kortelę, mėnesinius mokesčius po vienerių metų kadencijai. Upon checking they told me that my membership was automatically renewed as provided by the small prints at the back of the contract / sign up forms. Po patikrinimo jie man pasakė, kad mano narystė buvo automatiškai pratęsiamas, kaip nustatyta maža grafika ne sutarties atgal / užsiregistruoti formos. This was never explained to me during the signing-in. Tai niekada nebuvo paaiškinta, kad man per pasirašymo-in. I realised the extra charges 4 months late and sought for reimbursements but were declined despite acknowledging that they did not inform me of the automatic renewal of membership. Supratau papildomus mokesčius, 4 mėnesiai vėlai ir prašoma kompensacijos, bet buvo atmestas, nors pripažindama, kad jie nebuvo informuoti mane automatiškai pratęsti narystę.
This is a desperate sales tactics to compell customers to be their member untill death or write in to terminate and pay termination fees! Tai beviltiška pardavimo taktika compell vartotojai turi būti jų valstybių iki mirties ar rašyti nutraukti ir sumokėti nutraukimo mokestį!

The facilities here are actually pretty good, but the customer service sucks. Įranga čia yra tikrai labai geras, bet klientų aptarnavimo sucks.
Especially the manager, Agus, who happens to be a real jerk. Ypač vadybininkas, Agus, kas atsitinka, turi būti realus trūkčioti. They seem to have a holier-than-thou attitude in dealing with customers. Jie būtų sukėlę holier nei tu požiūrio bendraujant su klientais. How about taking some classes in customer service? Gal kai kurioms klasėms atsižvelgiant į klientų aptarnavimą? I considered signing-up here but went with California Fitness in Mid-Valley instead because I was so put off by their behavior. Mano nuomone pasirašymo iki čia, bet išėjo su Kalifornijos Sporto viduryje slėnio vietoj, nes buvau tiek nukelti savo elgesį.
I think that there's much more to a gym than having good equipment. Manau, kad yra daug daugiau, nei geros įrangos, treniruoklių salė. If the people around you are emitting bad vibes, it just spoils the whole work-out experience. Jei žmonės aplink tave yra spinduliuojantis Bad ritmais, tai tiesiog iškasos visą darbą iš patirties. This is especially true here because the membership desk is like the control deck on Starship Enterprise, overlooking the whole gym floor. Tai ypač aktualu čia, nes narystė parą yra kaip valdymo denio ant Enterprise, su vaizdu visos Gym aukšte. I mean, WTF? I mean, WTF? I don't want to have to look at the person's face who just made me a few thousand ringgit poorer while I'm doing my lats. Aš nenoriu, kad pažvelgti į žmogaus veidą, kuris tiesiog mane keli tūkstančiai ringitas skurdesnių, o aš dirbu savo latų.
