Finally, went to Celebrity Fitness at Bangsar Village (II) together with a friend for a free trial last weekend. We understood that she was just doing her job, so, we did not give her much trouble. Pochopili sme, že ona jednoducho robí svoju prácu, tak sme sa jej mnoho problémov. After all, we wanted to get this standard procedure completed soonest possible so that we could really work out. Po tom všetkom, chceli sme si to štandardný postup dokončiť v čo možno najkratšom tak, že sme mohli skutočne fungovať. She then brought us around for a tour. Potom okolo nás priviedla na turné. We ended up at the first floor sitting next to a studio. Sme skončili v prvom poschodí sedí vedľa štúdia. I shall come to the sales gimmick at the later part of this article. With a temporary pass, we went to collect our complimentary towels. S dočasným prejsť, šli sme zbierať našej bezplatnej uteráky. Right behind the towel counter are the changing rooms. Also, as this place is located at the highest floor, the roof is exposed with the hot afternoon sunlight. Tiež, ako toto miesto sa nachádza v najvyššom poschodí, je strecha vystavená s horúcim popoludňajšom slnku. Probably, it will not be so warm at night. Pravdepodobne nebude tak teplo v noci.

The other thing that caught my attention is the personal trainer. Ďalšia vec, ktorá upútala moju pozornosť, je osobný tréner. Instead of using the typical “Personal Trainer”, “Fitness Instructor”, Celebrity Fitness call them “Rapid Result Coach”. Namiesto použitia typických "osobný tréner", "cvičiteľ", Celebrity Fitness im hovoria "Rapid Výsledok tréner". Rapid result? Rapid výsledok? Interesting, not sure it means 1 week or 1 month to see the result. Zaujímavé, nie istý, že to znamená, 1 týždeň alebo 1 mesiac vidieť výsledok.

It's true as they call themselves “Rapid Result Coach” as these guys are more experienced and they're the senior trainers/instructors. Je pravda, ako si hovoria "Rapid Výsledok autobusy", ako títo chlapci sú skúsení a sú to staršie školiteľov / inštruktorov. They overlooked those regular ones, which happened to be their juniors. Prehliadnuť, že tieto pravidelné tie, ktoré sa stalo, aby sa ich juniory.

Mun, do you just walk into all these gyms for free trials? Mun, máte jednoducho chodiť do telocvične na všetky tieto testy zadarmo? (without having any free pass already?) or you actually had some kind of “free trial pass” beforehand? (bez toho by si voľnú vstupenku už?), alebo ste mal vlastne akési "bezplatného skúšobného pass" vopred?

Hi Vertigo: Thanks. Hi Vertigo: Vďaka. I could see other gyms are doing the same by differentiating the junior and senior personal trainers, either by the title or the uniform color. Videl som iné telocvične robia rovnaké rozlíšením junior a senior osobné trénerov, a to buď podľa názvu alebo jednotnej farby.
Hi trey: It depends. Hi trojka: To záleží na okolnostiach. I went to some gyms with free pass from friends; some I called up to make an appointment; some I just walked in; as for others, was invited by the gym staffs (not management though). Išiel som do nejakej telocvične s volnou vstupenku od priateľov, niektoré som zavolal, aby sa vymenovanie, niektoré som chodil, ako pre ostatné, bol pozvaný do posilňovne štábmi (aj keď nie management).

CELEBRITY FITNESS POLICY SUCKS CELEBRITY FITNESS POLITIKA SUCKS
I signed up as member for Celebrity Fitness Centre in Bangsar for a one year trial (pre-opening) after keen persuation by its sales personnel. Podpísal som sa ako poslanec za Celebrity Fitness Centrum v Bangsar za jeden rok štúdia (pre-opening) po tom, čo chce persuation jeho predajného personálu. I later moved to transfer my membership to their Subang Jaya outlet. Neskôr som sa presťahoval do svojej členstvo previesť na ich Subang zásuvky Jaya. As a requirement, I have to charge the monthly fees to my credit card. Ako požiadavka, musím účtovať mesačné poplatky prostredníctvom mojej kreditnej karty. After about 9 months of being a member I only used the facility once and decided to terminate the membership. Po asi 9 mesiacov, keď som členom len raz a zariadenia, rozhodla ukončiť členstvo. The Customer service personnel convinced me to complete the one year term otherwise I have to pay for a termination fee. Personál Zákaznícky servis ma presvedčil dokončiť len jeden rok, termín inak budem musieť zaplatiť za zrušenie poplatkov. I then agreed to continue to complete the one year term. Potom som súhlasila, že bude dokončenie jednej funkčné obdobie.
To my surprise and astonishment, they continue to charge my credit card on the monthly fees after the one year term. Na moje prekvapenie a údiv, že aj naďalej účtovať svoje kreditné karty na mesačné poplatky po dobu jeden rok. Upon checking they told me that my membership was automatically renewed as provided by the small prints at the back of the contract / sign up forms. Pri kontrole mi povedali, že moje členstvo sa automaticky predlžuje, ako je stanovené v malých tlačí na zadnej strane zmluvy / zaregistrovať formy. This was never explained to me during the signing-in. To sa nikdy mi vysvetlil pri podpise-in. I realised the extra charges 4 months late and sought for reimbursements but were declined despite acknowledging that they did not inform me of the automatic renewal of membership. Uvedomil som si extra poplatky 4 mesiace neskôr, a žiada o vrátenie, ale boli napriek tomu odmietol uznať, že nemali ma informoval o automatické predĺženie členstva.
This is a desperate sales tactics to compell customers to be their member untill death or write in to terminate and pay termination fees! To je zúfalé predajné taktiky compell zákazníkov, aby sa ich členom až do smrti, alebo písať ukončiť a platiť poplatky za ukončenie!

The facilities here are actually pretty good, but the customer service sucks. Zariadenia, tu sú vlastne celkom dobrý, ale zákaznícky servis sucks.
Especially the manager, Agus, who happens to be a real jerk. Predovšetkým manažér, Agus, ktorý sa stane byť skutočný hlupák. They seem to have a holier-than-thou attitude in dealing with customers. Zdá sa, že děravější-ako-ty pozíciu pri rokovaní so zákazníkmi. How about taking some classes in customer service? Čo takto pričom niektoré triedy v oblasti služieb zákazníkom? I considered signing-up here but went with California Fitness in Mid-Valley instead because I was so put off by their behavior. I za podpísanie-tu ale išiel s Kalifornia Vhodnosť v Mid-doline miesto toho, pretože som bol tak odradiť ich správanie.
I think that there's much more to a gym than having good equipment. Myslím, že oveľa viac, ako telocvičňa s dobrým vybavením. If the people around you are emitting bad vibes, it just spoils the whole work-out experience. Ak sa ľudia okolo vás sa vyžarujú zlých vibrácií, to len kazí celé dielo-out skúsenosti. This is especially true here because the membership desk is like the control deck on Starship Enterprise, overlooking the whole gym floor. To platí najmä tu, pretože členstvo stola je rovnako ako kontrola na palube hviezdnej lodi Enterprise, s výhľadom na celú podlahu telocvične. I mean, WTF? Myslím, WTF? I don't want to have to look at the person's face who just made me a few thousand ringgit poorer while I'm doing my lats. Nechcem, aby sa na to pozerať do tváre osobu, ktorá sa mi len pár tisíc, zatiaľ čo chudobnejšie ringgit I'm doing my lat.
