Finally, went to Celebrity Fitness at Bangsar Village (II) together with a friend for a free trial last weekend. Instead of using the typical “Personal Trainer”, “Fitness Instructor”, Celebrity Fitness call them “Rapid Result Coach”. Namesto z uporabo tipičnih "Osebni trener", "Fitness inštruktor" Celebrity Fitness jih imenujejo "Hitri Izid trener". Rapid result? Rapid rezultat? Interesting, not sure it means 1 week or 1 month to see the result. Zanimivo, ne varen to pomeni, 1 teden ali 1 mesec za prikaz rezultata.

It's true as they call themselves “Rapid Result Coach” as these guys are more experienced and they're the senior trainers/instructors. Res je, kot pravijo sami "Hitri Izid trener", kot so ti fantje bolj izkušene in oni višji učiteljev / inštruktorjev. They overlooked those regular ones, which happened to be their juniors. Te spregledajo tiste redne tistim, kar se je zgodilo, da je njihova mladince.

Mun, do you just walk into all these gyms for free trials? Mun, ki ste jo pravkar ne hodi v vseh teh dvoranah v prosti poskuse? (without having any free pass already?) or you actually had some kind of “free trial pass” beforehand? (brez kakršne koli prost prehod že?) ali pa se boste zdaj imeli neke vrste "free sojenja pass" vnaprej?

Hi Vertigo: Thanks. Hi Vertigo: Hvala. I could see other gyms are doing the same by differentiating the junior and senior personal trainers, either by the title or the uniform color. Videl sem, drugih dvoranah počnejo isto z razlikovanjem junior in višjih osebnih trenerjev, bodisi z naslovom ali enotno barvo.
Hi trey: It depends. Hi Trey: Odvisno. I went to some gyms with free pass from friends; some I called up to make an appointment; some I just walked in; as for others, was invited by the gym staffs (not management though). Šel sem do neke telovadnice z brezplačno vozovnico od prijateljev, nekaj sem poklical, da sestanek, nekatere sem hodil, kot za druge, je bil povabljen s telovadnico zadolženo (razen upravljanja, čeprav).

CELEBRITY FITNESS POLICY SUCKS Celebrity FITNESS POLITIKA sucks
I signed up as member for Celebrity Fitness Centre in Bangsar for a one year trial (pre-opening) after keen persuation by its sales personnel. Prijavil sem se kot član za Celebrity Fitness Center v Bangsar za eno leto poskusno (pred odprtjem), potem ko ga je rezek persuation prodajno osebje. I later moved to transfer my membership to their Subang Jaya outlet. Kasneje sem se preselil prenos moje članstvo njihove Subang vtičnico Jaya. As a requirement, I have to charge the monthly fees to my credit card. Kot zahteva, moram zaračunati mesečne pristojbine za moje kreditne kartice. After about 9 months of being a member I only used the facility once and decided to terminate the membership. The Customer service personnel convinced me to complete the one year term otherwise I have to pay for a termination fee. Jaz torej dogovorili, da še naprej dokončanje enega leta.
To my surprise and astonishment, they continue to charge my credit card on the monthly fees after the one year term. Na moje presenečenje in začudenje, da še naprej obračunavajo moje kreditne kartice na mesečne pristojbine po enem letu mandata. Upon checking they told me that my membership was automatically renewed as provided by the small prints at the back of the contract / sign up forms. Po preverjanju so mi povedali, da je bilo moje članstvo avtomatično podaljša kot je predvideno v majhnih natisne na hrbtni strani pogodbe / znamenje ki gre gor obrazce. This was never explained to me during the signing-in. To ni bilo nikoli pojasnjeno, da mi v podpis-in. I realised the extra charges 4 months late and sought for reimbursements but were declined despite acknowledging that they did not inform me of the automatic renewal of membership. I uresničiti dodatnih stroškov 4 mesece prepozno in zahteva za povračila, vendar je bilo zavrnjeno, kljub zavedanju, da niso me obvestili o avtomatska obnovitev članstva.
This is a desperate sales tactics to compell customers to be their member untill death or write in to terminate and pay termination fees! To je obupan prodajne taktike prisililo, da strankam, da bodo njihove države do smrti ali pišite na prekiniti in plačati pristojbine odpoved!

The facilities here are actually pretty good, but the customer service sucks. Objekti so tukaj dejansko kar dober, ampak službo je zanič.
Especially the manager, Agus, who happens to be a real jerk. Zlasti manager, Agus, ki se zgodi, da se pravi bedak. They seem to have a holier-than-thou attitude in dealing with customers. Zdi se, da imajo holier-kot-ti odnos, ki se ukvarjajo s strankami. How about taking some classes in customer service? Kaj pa pri čemer nekateri razredi v servis za stranke? I considered signing-up here but went with California Fitness in Mid-Valley instead because I was so put off by their behavior. I šteje podpis-up tukaj, ampak je šel z California Fitness v Mid-Valley namesto tega, ker sem bil tako odložiti zaradi svoje vedenje.
I think that there's much more to a gym than having good equipment. Mislim, da obstaja veliko več kot telovadba ob dobro opremo. If the people around you are emitting bad vibes, it just spoils the whole work-out experience. Če se ljudje okoli vas se oddajajo slabo vibracij, to šele pokvarijo celotno delo-out izkušenj. This is especially true here because the membership desk is like the control deck on Starship Enterprise, overlooking the whole gym floor. To še posebej velja tukaj zato, ker članstvo v pisalni mizi, kot je nadzor nad krovom na Starship Enterprise, s pogledom na celotno nadstropje telovadnici. I mean, WTF? Mislim, WTF? I don't want to have to look at the person's face who just made me a few thousand ringgit poorer while I'm doing my lats. Ne želim, da pogledati na obrazu osebe, ki pravkar me je nekaj tisoč ringgit slabše, medtem ko jaz delam svoje lats.
