Not true. I was only there few days ago, at CF Bangsar Village II.

- Staff were curteous
- Machines were in good condition
- changing room, lockers, shower area etc clean
- the dedicated PT area u mentioned is only very small, and i don't see how this would bother you

Did not try the steam room though.

Overall I had a good experience there. The Subang Parade one is also good, if not slightly better.

Here is my latest review...

Celebrity Fitness at Bangsar Village (II) is badly managed, maintained and supervised.
The management does not respond to customer concerns.
The changing room is very dark, the lockers smell bad and the cleaners mob the floor using the same mop they use to clean around the toilets
The "steam room" is barley hot.
The workout area is likewise dark as they don't turn the lights on during the day.
The employees are often busy texting rather than seeing to customer needs.
The equipment is rusting and the bench covers are torn with no sign of repairs.
The club supervision is not visible and so don't know what is going on.
They also dedicate a large part of the club to sales desks.
They also have areas dedicated only for those who have trainers.
Stay away from Celebrity Fitness at Bangsar Village (II)

Since last year, i was thinking to join gym but i am not too sure which one i should join. Untill i moved to Bangsar, i guess i will choose Celebrity Fitness.

However i would like to have my own personal trainner as well. Some people advised me not to have personal trainer because is too expensive and yet they just standing pointing here and there .

Can anyone give me some advise ?
Thanks .

To be honest, the photos *are* really helpful to us readers. It helps to publicize the club, so it's a positive not a malicious thing. So I have no problems with it.

Heck, I feel a little bit cheated by the RM175 I pay for FF.

Don't stop taking pics Mun (unless you get into trouble of course). It really helps us readers visualise the fitness centre.

RM75 is really cheap for a 3-year contract. Makes me wonder if I made the right choice in opting for the fitness Centre that I chose. Although I agree that parking and location is definitely a factor to consider.

In your opinion Mun, how would you rate Celebrity Fitness's machines and equipment as compared to True Fitness and California Fitness?

I think it's a brilliant idea to take those photos (hopefully you don't get into trouble) as it really benefits us readers.

RM75 a month for a 3-year contract is really super cheap. Makes me wonder about whether I made the right choice going for the fitness centre I chose. Then again, parking and location (as you said) does come into play.

Speaking of which, how would you rate the machines in Celebrity Fitness as compared to True Fitness and California Fitness?

Hi aw: RM328 is the published monthly fee for 1 person. Once bargained, the fee will go down to less than RM150.

Hi dailymuscle and Jessie: Supposedly, photo taking is not allowed in the gym. But, without the photos, it is hard to help the readers to imagine how the place looks like.
