It has been close to a year since I last went to Celebrity Fitness at Subang Parade. Tas ir gandrīz par gadu kopš es pēdējo reizi devās uz Celebrity Fitness pie Subang Parade. I have been seeing it outside most of the times. Man ir bijusi redzēt to ārpus lielāko daļu reizes. But, this time, decided to go with my friend, who is a member at that club, for a workout. Taču, šoreiz, nolēma iet kopā ar savu draugu, kas ir loceklim, ka klubs, par laiks.
When we drove there to park the car at Carrefour because we plan to do grocery shopping after workout, we actually saw some club members also parked their cars at Carrefour car parks. Kad mēs aizbraucām tur novietot automašīnas pie Carrefour tāpēc mēs plānojam darīt pārtikas iepirkšanās pēc pārbaudes laiks, mēs tiešām redzējām dažas kluba biedriem arī stāvvietā savu automašīnu Carrefour autostāvvietās. Simple reason – Subang Parade is charging RM2 whereas Carrefour is not doing that for now. Vienkārša iemesla dēļ - Subang Parade ir maksas RM2 tā Carrefour nav darīt to, ka tagad. When toll price and petrol price get higher, people are getting more cost-conscious. Kad nodevu cenas un benzīna cenas iegūt augstāko, cilvēki kļūst vairāk izmaksu apzinās.
Celebrity Fitness is located at the top floor of Subang Parade, a floor higher than the MPH bookstore. Celebrity Fitness atrodas augšējā stāvā Subang Parade, grīdas augstāka nekā mph grāmatu. Was told that this place is larger than the other two gyms (27,000 sqft at One Utama and 23,000 sqft at Gurney Plaza, Penang). Bija teikts, ka šo vietu ir lielāks nekā pārējās divas vingrošanas zāles (27.000 sqft vienā Utama un 23000 sqft pie Gurney Plaza, Penanga). It is more than 30,000 sqft at Subang Parade. Was told the operating hours are the same too – 6 AM to 12 AM everyday except 8 AM to 10 PM on Sunday. The club is aggressively promoting the Diamond membership. Klubā ir agresīvi veicinot Diamond dalību. The price tag is RM5,848 – a lifetime membership which only RM99 is required on fourth year onwards. Cena taga ir RM5, 848 - dzīves biedru, kas tikai RM99 ir nepieciešama ceturtā gada. Sad to say, the sales lady seems to be reluctant to push this package to us. Sad proti, pārdošanas dāma, šķiet, nelabprāt push šo paku uz mums.

Last but not least, wanted to ask for the 7-day free trial passes, was told to fill up a form which wants 12 of my friend's phone numbers. Pēdējais, bet ne mazāk vēlējās lūgt 7 dienu bezmaksas izmēģinājuma iet, bija teicis, lai aizpildītu up veidā, kas grib 12 drauga tālruņa numurus. Decided not to since we were rushing for time. Nolēma nesniegt, jo mēs rushing uz laiku. Ridiculous, 12 names. Smieklīgs, 12 vārdiem.

Pay attention to the Carrefour signboard. Pievērsiet uzmanību uz Carrefour izkārtne. You can have a view on the main road between SS12 and SS15 Subang Jaya. I don't really like the ceiling. Man nav īsti kā griestiem. No doubt, it is high enough, but the colour of the painting up there and the dim lighting make the entire place look too dark. May be the management has done it purposely to make the gym looks really like a pub. Drīkst vadībai ir izdarīt tā nolūku, lai padarītu sporta izskatās tiešām kā Publ.
Yes, Amber Chia's posters are seen everywhere. Jā, Amber Chia's plakāti tiek uzskatīti visur. Too bad, didn't see Amber Chia working out there. Pārāk slikti, ka nav Amber Chia izstrādājot tur.
Just like Tāpat kā True Fitness True Fitness , Celebrity Fitness is trying hard to sell Personal Training package. , Celebrity Fitness mēģina grūti pārdot Personal Training pakete. However, come on, customer gets only 1 bottle Giorgio Armani perfume after forking out more than RM4,000 for 60 sessions? Tomēr ir par, klientu izpaužas tikai 1 pudele Giorgio Armani smaržu pēc forking vairāk nekā RM4, 000 60 sesijām?

- The club provides free towel service to the members. Klubā nodrošina bezmaksas dvielis pakalpojumu locekļu.
- The Diamond package is attractive if you know you are going to work out for long term. The Diamond pakete ir pievilcīgs, ja jūs zināt, jūs gatavojas izstrādāt ilgtermiņa.

- Somehow, after the renovation of mall, crowd is back to the place and it can be hard to get parking at the basement, especially during weekends. Kaut pēc tam, kad renovācija Mall, pūļa ir atpakaļ uz vietu, un tas var būt grūti iegūt autostāvvieta pie pagrabā, īpaši nedēļas nogalēs.
- Not enough lights . Nav pietiekami daudz gaismas. May be it is just me since it is so bright out there at the mall before we entered the place. Drīkst tas ir tikai man, jo tas ir tik spilgti, kas tur pie Mall pirms mēs ievadījusi vietā.

Thanks for the review of Celeb Fitness (CF). Paldies par pārskatīšanu Celeb Fitness (CF). I just went there today. Es tikai gāja tur šodien. The Diamond Package is attractive – was told the fee is RM5,484, and yes 4th year onwards RM99. The Diamond Package ir pievilcīgs - tika teikts, ka maksa ir RM5, 484, un jā 4. gada RM99. Was assured – “no catch”. Tika nodrošināta - "nē catch". Of course, as I have been duped before (credit card deal, health centres, yup) I kept asking & asking and was reassurred – no catch. Protams, kā es esmu bijis duped pirms (kredītkarti galā, veselības centri, Yup) Es tur jautā un jautā, un tika reassurred - no nozvejas. I really hope so. Es patiešām ceru, ka jā. After going through the package – she finally said – the only way for me to get that Diamond offer is to sign up on the spot! Pēc tam, kad iet caur iepakojumu - viņa beidzot teica - vienīgais veids, kā mani, lai iegūtu, ka Diamond piedāvājums ir pieteikties uz vietas! The catch was – 1st visit promo (or something like that). Nozvejas bija - 1. apmeklēt promo (vai kaut kas līdzīgs, ka). This means, no thinking about it for a few days – or the Diamond deal will revert to RM149 x 48 months which is RM7152. Tas nozīmē, ne domāt par to uz dažām dienām - vai Diamond galā atgriežas RM149 x 48 mēnešu laikā, kas ir RM7152. No way I was going to join without “cooling off” period! Nekādā veidā man bija gatavojas pievienoties bez "dzesēšanas off" periodu! It is after all, RM5k++ ! Tas ir pēc tam, kad visi, RM5k + +! So I insisted – Diamond deal, or no deal at all. Tāpēc es uzstāja - Diamond galā, vai rīkoties vispār. So, I guess, due to tough competition, she gave in (after consulting with “sales manager”). So, I guess, jo sīvas konkurences, viņa radīja (pēc apspriešanās ar "pārdošanas vadītājs"). So I'm given til this Tuesday (23rd Oct) to sign up at the RM5484 price. Tāpēc es esmu datēts til šajā otrdienā (23. AZT), lai pierakstītos pie RM5484 cenu. So, Mun – just some last advice from you – is CF recommended? Tātad, Mun - tikai daži pēdējā padomu no jums - ir CF ieteicams? I chose the Subang Parade branch cos its the closest to me. I izvēlējās Subang Parade filiāle cos savu tuvāko man. Am at Shah Alam. Celebrity Fitness is notorious of using this sales gimmick. Celebrity Fitness ir bēdīgi slavens, izmantojot šo pārdošanas gimmick. It has been using it since year 2004. Tas ir to izmanto kopš 2004. Never fall into this trap. Nekad attiecas uz šo slazdu.
I recommend you to go for free trial before you sign up the package. Es ieteiktu Jums iet par bezmaksas izmēģinājumu, pirms jūs pierakstīties iepakojuma.
If you are uncertain whether you will be working out long term, sign up the regular package and later upgrade it to the lifetime membership at the later stage. Ja jums ir skaidrs, vai jums būs izstrādājot ilgtermiņa, piereģistrēties regulārās paketes un vēlāk uzlabot to dzīves laikā membership vēlākā stadijā. You just need to top up the difference. Jums vienkārši nepieciešams papildināt atšķirība. Somehow, the salesperson intentionally will not mention this option until you ask this explicitly. Kaut kā, tad salesperson tīši netiks pieminēt šo iespēju, līdz brīdim, kad uzdot šo tieši.

So you mean that as a normal member – should I decide to revert to lifetime member, I just top up the difference of the RM7152 and the monthly fees I have paid til then? Tātad jūs domājat, ka normāls member - man nolemt atgriezties pie kalpošanas loceklis, es tikai papildināt atšķirība no RM7152 un ikmēneša maksu esmu samaksājis til tad?

Finally.. Visbeidzot .. My home gym. Mana mājas zāle.
Not too bad except that parking sucks (coz everyone parks there to get on ktm komuter or works nearby). Ne pārāk slikti, izņemot to, ka autostāvvieta sucks (coz visiem parku tur nokļūt par ktm komuter vai būvdarbu tuvumā).
otherwise nurul, during the peak hours, you have to wait a bit for the machines. citādi nurul laikā pīķa stundas, Jums ir jāgaida mazliet par mašīnām. besides that, during then, the weights go missing (??!!), which pisses me off. turklāt to, ka, tad, svaru go missing (??!!), kas pisses mani off. during weekends, the gym is pretty empty except that parking sucks. nedēļas nogalēs, tad zāle ir diezgan tukša, izņemot to, ka autostāvvieta sucks.
other than that, the gym is pretty ok. izņemot, ka zāle ir diezgan ok.

I just checked with sales on the diamond package – I can't offset what I have from RM5484 should I decide to upgrade later. Es tikai pārbaudīt ar pārdošanas apjomi dimanta pakete - Es nevaru kompensēt to, ko esmu no RM5484 man nolemt paaugstināt vēlāk. I can only offset from RM7k cos it seems the offer is only during this promo period. Es varu tikai nobīdi no RM7k cos šķiet piedāvājums ir tikai laika promo periodā. However, sales was willing to consider letting me try for a month before upgrading at RM5,454. Taču pārdošana bija gatavs apsvērt izīrēšanas mani izmēģināt vienu mēnesi pirms pārkārtošanās pie RM5, 454. She would also let me see the T&C before signing up. Viņa arī ļaujiet man aplūkotu T & C pirms parakstīties.
Final verdict – I will try out as normal member for a month and see if this workout regime can suit my lifestyle before comitting long term. Galīgais spriedums - Es izmēģināt kā parasti locekli mēnesī, un to, vai šis laiks režīms var uzvalks MANS DZĪVESVEIDS pirms nodarīt ilgtermiņā.

Signed up as normal member today. Signed up kā parasti member šodien. Quite happy with the place – hoprefully will workout religiously to make it worth the fees! Diezgan apmierināti ar vietu - hoprefully būs laiks reliģiski, lai būtu vērts maksas! I also got up to 5 months to decide if I want an upgrade to Diamond at the RM5,484 price. Es arī ieguva līdz 5 mēnešiem, lai izlemtu, vai es gribu uzlabot Diamond pie RM5, 484 cenu. So it's win-win, I guess! Tāpēc ir win-win, I guess!

Nurul, I took lifetime membership in Subang as well, it been 1 year. Nurul, es ieņēma kalpošanas dalību Subang, kā arī, tas ir 1 gads. same thing, there have a consultant keep saying that today is last day. pašu, ir konsultants uzturēt sevi saprotams, ka šodien ir pēdējā diena. end up i sign up…1 year already, if the consultant didn't approach me or saying last day. i will just a normal membership n keep paying rental'149′ 4 nth!! Es tikai normāla dalības n turpināt maksāt rental'149 "4 n-tais! so 4 my advice. SO 4 manu padomu. if u serious in working out. ja u nopietns darba out. u shud go 4 it. u shud aiziet 4 to. :) u can look 4 the manager. :) U var izskatīties 4 manager. she will give u best deal. viņa dos u labāko piedāvājumu. bcos she is my consultant. bcos viņa ir mans konsultants.

true fitness is big, hard 2 find parking, contract basic, 4 floors taisnība, fitnesa ir liels, cieta 2 atrast autostāvvieta, līguma pamata, 4 floors
celebrityfitness is smaller, parking is ok, not a contract basic, less equipment than true, more classes.. celebrityfitness ir mazāka, autostāvvieta ir ok, nav līgumu pamata, mazāk iekārtas nekā taisnība, vairāk klases ..

We will expose this complain to the 2 formers news papers in town, if during 3 days we don't receive Dian's mom money, and unregistration our membership. Mēs pakļaut šo sūdzēties 2 formatori jaunumi dokumenti pilsētā, ja laikā, 3 dienām mēs nesaņem Dian's MOM naudu, un unregistration mūsu dalībai.

hiya, i've recently enquired about CF at subangparade. hiya, esmu nesen enquired par CF ir subangparade. they kinda offered like RM 74/mth at firsxt through the phone the mktg exec said for 24 mths contract..when i reach there…he then told me it's a 48 mth contract.What pisses me off is the mktg mgr…she kept insisting it's the best deal for tat day even when i mentioned the offers TF and Carlifornia Fitness was offerring. tie kinda piedāvāti, piemēram, RM 74/mth pie firsxt pa tālruni uz mktg Exec teikt par 24 mths līgumu .., kad es sasniegt tur ... tad viņš teica, man ir 48 mth contract.What pisses mani ir mktg pārv ... viņa tur uzstājot tas ir labākais risinājums tat dienā pat tad, kad es teicu piedāvājumi TF un Carlifornia Fitness tika offerring. sigh arrogant and ignorant stating their club was d best wif no reduction of rates. nopūta arrogant un nezinošs norādot to klubs tika d vislabāk wif nav samazināt likmes. 1) workout machine become old , not well maintain, and “karak” spot on the machine can clearly see. 1) laiks mašīna novecot, ne arī uzturēt, un "karak" vietas, mašīna var skaidri redzēt.
2) The piping water split out from the floor since the 1st day I joined the membership. 2) cauruļvadiem ūdeni split no grīdas, jo 1. dienā es pievienojās dalību. Until now, the staff said it is difficult to repair and just let situation like that for already 1 year. Līdz šim darbinieki sacīja, ka ir grūti remonta un tikai let situācija, piemēram, ka jau 1 gadu.
3) The small tower always out of stock or services. 3) Mazā tornis vienmēr no krājuma vai pakalpojumiem. Somemore the tower very old and looks like “kain untuk lap meja”. Somemore torni ļoti vecu un izskatās, piemēram, "Kain untuk klēpja robežu". The towe may be “lubang- lubang” as well. Par towe var būt "lubang-lubang", kā labi. Tower service i charged in out monthly membership fee. Tower pakalpojumu i iekasē no ikmēneša dalības maksu. Last time sales person said 1 month tower service is rm15. Pēdējā laikā pārdošanas persona teica 1 mēnesis tornis pakalpojumu rm15. The service is optional. Šis pakalpojums ir fakultatīvs. but normal most membership will take that tower services as well. bet normāla visvairāk dalību ņems ka torņa pakalpojumiem, kā labi.
4) The upgrade membership price from 1 year membership to 4 years membership offered by sales person may different. 4) uzlabot dalības cenu no 1 gada dalību līdz 4 gadiem dalībai piedāvātās pārdošanas persona var atšķirties. Among 1 year period, 3 sales person offer me different price. No 1 gada periodu, 3 pārdošanas persona piedāvāt mani atšķirīgas cenas. Must be very becaful to duel with those sales person. Jābūt ļoti becaful uz duel ar tiem, kas pārdošanas persona. All verbal promise must be in black and white. Visi mutisks solījums jābūt melnā un baltā krāsā. or else…. vai arī ....
5) some locker already spoil and not get repairing. 5) dažas skapītim jau sabojāt, bet ne iegūt remonts.
6) Some room partition for the shower can not be use and some of the ceilin in the partition was gone. 6) Dažas istabas partition par duša nevar izmantot, un daļa no ceilin ar partition bija pagājis.
7) The machine for water drinking button spoil and water keep flow out if you not close it “properly”. 7) Iekārtas ūdens dzeramo poga sabojāt un ūdens glabāt plūsma, ja Jums nav tuvu, ka tas ir "pareizi".

I remenber pēdējo reizi pārdošanas persona solījums, lai veicinātu brīvu 1 mēnesi, ja i nav jāmaksā maksa par pēdējā mēneša laikā pēc 1 gadu līgums dalību. but I had checked with the customer service a few times , they said differnt story each time. bet man bija pārbaudīta ar klientu apkalpošanas pāris reizes, viņi teica differnt stāsts katru reizi.

Man nav draugi, kuriem ir interese doties uz sporta zāle u know? i still stydying in shah alam (uitm) and we have that almost full completed facilities gym plus FREE Personal Triner who are the sport science student that always there if you need any assitance. i vēl stydying in Shah Alam (uitm) un mums ir, ka gandrīz pilnībā pabeigta iekārtas zāle plus FREE Personal Triner, kas ir sporta zinātnes students, kas vienmēr ir, ja Jums nepieciešama assitance.
the gym is quite small but if you know the right time to go. no sporta ir diezgan maza, bet, ja jūs zināt, ka īstais laiks iet. u'll be fine. u'll būt naudas sodu.
i live in sg. i dzīvo sg. buloh and the nearest gym is in subang (near the airport) and the facilities is quite poor. buloh un tuvāko sporta zāle ir subang (pie lidosta), un iekārtas ir diezgan vāji. the membership is quite expensive. dalība ir diezgan dārgas. so i'm not interested plus something wrong with the operation hour. tāpēc es neesmu ieinteresēts, kā arī kaut ko nepareizi ar operāciju stundā.
the 2nd one is at the Shah Alam Stadium and promoting student rates. 2 viena ir pie Shah Alam stadionā un veicinot studentu likmes. i went there and i'm not only talking to the sales person but directly to the owner. Es devos pastāv, un es esmu ne tikai runā ar pārdošanas persona, bet tieši īpašnieku. he is damn friendly. viņš ir damn draudzīgi. i'm sure to sign up because the facilities is quite poor. Esmu pārliecināts, ka, lai piereģistrētos, jo iekārtas ir diezgan vāji.
i also looking for a gym partner right now but yet still could not find it. Es arī meklēju kādu sporta partneris tieši tagad, bet vēl joprojām nevarēja atrast. it will be not very worth it to travel far to go to gym. tas būs ne ļoti tā vērts ceļot tālu, lai dotos uz sporta. it takes about 45 minutes to travel with my old C-70 Honda motorcycle to Shah Alam or 30 minutes to Subang. tā veic aptuveni 45 minūtes, lai ceļot kopā ar savu veco C-70 Honda motociklu, lai Shah Alam vai 30 minūtes, lai Subang.
but i will always go to the university gym if i have class and i exercise alone. Bet es vienmēr iet uz universitātes sporta zāle, ja esmu klases un i izmantot atsevišķi.
