After that, it so inconvenient to get there after changed my job but they said cannot cancel the two year contract unless you transfer membership to other ppl. Firstly, they make a big mistake for my membership due date and sent letter and sms to me to pay the outstanding balance. I feel so ignoring, so i called few time and ask them to check, even in their computer system also shown the wrong due date. Hi, I am looking to join a gym for most obvious reasons….Anyway just called True Fitness in Hartamas and they could not give me a straight answer when asked how much do I have to pay to join the gym and also to use the facilities… Thought that was a simple enough question. I joined this year with Black Card. Me uní a este año con la tarjeta Negro. Partly due to the fact I am usually in Thailand for 2 months or so. Debido en parte al hecho estoy por lo general en Tailandia durante 2 meses o así. VIP Black Card entitles the member to use it in any branch, any country. VIP Negro tarjeta autoriza a su miembros a utilizar en cualquier rama, de cualquier país.

There are two branch in Bangkok, both close to the elevated train BTS. Hay dos sucursales en Bangkok, tanto cerca de la BTS del tren elevado. 9.5 out of 10 for total convenience. 9.5 de 10 para mayor comodidad. The staff are tremendously helpful, Thai-style. I totally hate those trainers who are “lepaking” then trying to talk which they can't with their poor command of English, trying to get you to sign up for Personal Training. When I saw those people in PT, the trainer was never focusing. Cuando vi a esas personas en el PT, el entrenador no fue nunca el enfoque. Always looking away. Siempre mirando a otro lado. Not professional at all. No profesional en todo.

In Thailand, all staff are professionally trained and selected. En Tailandia, todo el personal está profesionalmente capacitado y seleccionado. Most are sports graduates. La mayoría son deportes de los graduados. All are trained to make your day happy. Todos están capacitados para hacer de su día feliz. A sincere smile. Una sonrisa sincera.

In summary, alas this seems destined in Malaysia. En resumen, por desgracia esto parece destinado en Malasia. It's not just politics, but in school, in your office, taking taxis, govt departments, even fitness centres! No es sólo política, sino en la escuela, en su oficina, tomar taxis, los departamentos de Gbno, incluso los centros de fitness! The mingling psychological problem in our society never gets fixed. El problema psicológico mezcla en nuestra sociedad nunca se fija. There is simply no aspiration to improve (not just yourself but your friends, fellow citizen). Simplemente, no hay aspiración de mejorar (y no sólo usted, sino a sus amigos, conciudadanos).

My primary concerns and questions are these:- Mis principales preocupaciones y preguntas son las siguientes: --

i.) Does the Founder membership vary in a way that some Founder members can have WORLDWIDE access, ie future true fitness outlets other than Singapore and Thailand which may be built in the future (I'm asking this cos my membership will be essentially a lifetime membership). i) ¿La adhesión Fundador varían de forma que algunos miembros fundadores pueden tener acceso a nivel mundial, es decir, futuros puntos de venta verdadero fitness con excepción de Singapur y Tailandia, que se puede construir en el futuro (me lo pregunto porque mi membresía será esencialmente una membresía de por vida). As it stands, if True Fitness opens an outlet in another country other than Singapore and Thailand in future, I'm not allowed access to that outlet, so my Founder membership not exactly a WORLDWIDE membership, if you follow what I'm saying. Any idea what's the cheapest deal a person can get for this Founder membership (mine came up to about RM8,000 plus which; this includes the amount that I had already paid for my 3 years membership the last time, ie RM4060.) I did my best to bargain the price down, but the manager said (even after almost 2 hours of bargaining) that he could not reduce the price as it was standardised. ii.) Just want to know whether I've been swindled/cheated for a bad deal and advise my other friends who are interested. I'm getting fed up with True Fitness Sri Hartamas. Me estoy harto de True Fitness Hartamas Lanka. The tricep machine on the 2nd floor has been out of service for more than a month. La máquina de tríceps en la 2 ª planta ha estado fuera de servicio durante más de un mes. I had complained about it about 6 weeks ago to a worker called Ilham who told me management would repair it. Me había quejado de que alrededor de 6 semanas para el trabajador llamado Ilham que me dijo que la gestión de repararlo. Today before I went to the 1st floor I saw him at the drinks counter and asked whether the machine had been repaired… his response…. Hoy en día antes de irme a la 1 ª planta lo vi en la lucha contra las bebidas y pregunta si la máquina había sido reparado ... su respuesta .... 'have you gone to see whether its repaired?' «¿Has ido a ver si su reparación? I said 'no, is it repaired?' Le dije 'no, se lo reparen? HIs response' You can go and check to see whether its repaired'. Su respuesta "Usted puede ir y verificar para ver si su reparación.

And of course.. Y, por supuesto .. its STILL OUT OF SERVICE. su STILL OUT DE SERVICIO.

And today…. Y hoy .... the air con in the RPM studio was not working. el aire acondicionado en el estudio de RPM no estaba funcionando. By the end of the session the floor had pools of all our sweat.. Al final de la sesión, el suelo había charcos de todo nuestro sudor .. most of it was from the instructor Colin. la mayoría fue por el profesor de Colin.

True Fitness think their customers are ignorant. True Fitness piensan que sus clientes son ignorantes.
1)Before signing the agreement with them, they say operation hour is from 6 to 12pm for 7 days. 1) Antes de firmar el acuerdo con ellos, dicen horas operación es de 6 a 12 hs durante 7 días.
After sign agreement half year already, they change their operation hour to 11pm and sunday 10pm. Después de firmar un acuerdo de medio año ya, que cambian su hora de funcionamiento a 11 pm y 10 pm del domingo. I strongly believe they bully their members. Creo firmemente que intimidan a sus miembros. Are we stupid consumer? ¿Somos los consumidores estúpidos?

During visiting, he show us all the equipments and say members can use all these equipment for the fitness.
