sam suckered my friend into taking the 3 year package for RM4675 by telling him his family members could all join at a 50% discount on the same package. سام خدع صديقي الى اتخاذ حزمة 3 سنوات لRM4675 بقوله له ويمكن لجميع أفراد الأسرة على الانضمام الى خصم 50 ٪ على نفس المجموعة. what he didnt tell my friend was that “family members” have to be under 25. ما اقول didn't صديقي هو أن "أفراد الأسرة" لابد من سن 25 عاما. considering my friend was 26 at the time and said his OLDER brother and PARENTS wanted to join, and that sam DIDN'T say anything about this clause, we can only conclude he blatantly lied to get my friend to sign on the line. النظر في 26 وكان صديقي في حينه وقال ان شقيقه الاكبر ونيدلاولا يريد الانضمام ، وسام لم يذكر شيئا عن هذا الشرط ، لا يسعنا إلا أن نستنتج انه كذب صارخ للحصول على توقيع صديقي على الخط. it was only when his brother (aged 28 then) went to sign up that the floor manager told him about the age limit!!! فقط عندما كان شقيقه (28 سنة آنذاك) ذهبت إلى توقع أن قال له مدير الكلمة عن الحد الأدنى للسن! we had to argue with the manager for SO LONG before they “let” my friend convert his membership into a shorter-period contract and contra the extra cash over to his brother's account. كان علينا أن تجادل مع مدير لفترة طويلة قبل أن "السماح" صديقي تحويل عضويته في أقصر فترة العقد وكونترا نقدية اضافية الى شقيقه. so essentially, their general manager lied directly to our faces and wouldnt live up to his word, and then got another member just like that. ذلك في الأساس ، والمدير العام للكذب مباشرة على وجوهنا وwouldnt ترقى إلى مستوى كلمته ، ثم حصلت على عضو آخر مثل على ذلك. horrible!!! الرهيبة! but that wasnt the end of it. ولكن هذا wasn't نهاية.
Problem 2: sam promised the swimming pool, the main reason i joined, would be open in june. المشكلة 2 : وعد سام حمام السباحة ، والسبب الرئيسي الذي انضممت ، وسيكون مفتوحا في يونيو / حزيران. it didnt open till september. انه didn't مفتوحة حتى سبتمبر. 3 months' wasted membership. 3 أشهر واهدر العضوية. i took to calling ahead EVERY SINGLE TIME i went to the gym to check if it was open yet. ط يدعو الى الأمام في كل مرة ذهبت الى صالة الالعاب الرياضية لفحص ما اذا كان لا يزال مفتوحا. always the same answer “we're still having some problems with the pool…” from the morons at the desk, even though their giant billboard was advertising the pool as the biggest, best etc. fine. دائما الجواب نفسه "اننا لا تزال لديها بعض المشاكل مع المجمع..." من البلداء في مكتبي ، حتى وإن كان على لوحة إعلانية ضخمة مجموعة بوصفها أكبر وأفضل ، وما دفع غرامة. one day i call up, they tell me it's fine, i pack my bags for just the pool and bring a guest along. أعطي الكلمة ليوم واحد ، ويقولون لي انها بخير ، ط علبة امتعتي لمجرد تجميع وتقديم ضيفا على طول. get to the counter, there's a sign there saying the pool has been closed for the last 3 days, and is also closed today. الوصول إلى مواجهة ، وهناك دليل على ذلك قائلا ان تم اغلاق مجمع لآخر 3 أيام ، وكذلك أغلقت اليوم. i am so pissed off because i have paid for parking, slathered sunscreen all over myself and NOT BROUGHT MY TRAINERS FOR ANY KIND OF GYM WORKOUT so it was a completely wasted trip. وأنا سكران قبالة ذلك لأنني دفعت ثمن وقوف السيارات ، والشمس في جميع أنحاء slathered نفسي وبي المدربين لم تحقق أي نوع من أبرز العاملين في الجمنازيوم ، لذا كان من رحلة تبدد تماما. after arguing with the management about this for the longest time, ie the 3 month pool opening delay, they offer me one months' free membership. بعد مشاحنة مع الإدارة حول هذا لأطول فترة ، أي 3 شهر تأخير افتتاح المجمع ، فإنها تتيح لي أحد أشهر على عضوية مجانية. hah! hah!
Problem 3: bad upkeep المشكلة 3 : سوء صيانة
besides the things like (a) paying for parking (b) no towels and (c) really really imcompetent staff, the ONE AND ONLY REASON I JOINED TRUE FITNESS is really badly maintained. بالإضافة إلى أشياء مثل (أ) يدفع ثمن وقوف السيارات (ب) لا المناشف و (ج) حقا حقا imcompetent الموظفين ، واحد والسبب الوحيد الذي انضممت الحقيقية الملائمة سيئة فعلا. when i come out of the pool, i feel really, really grimy/slimy. وعندما تخرج من المجمع ، وأشعر حقا وسخ / طيني. yesterday the showers by the pool were not working but nothing was being done about it. امس الاستحمام به مجموعة العمل ولكن لم يتم فعل شيء حيال ذلك. the pool speakers worked for a short while and now there's no music in the pool anymore. مجموعة من المتحدثين وعملت لفترة قصيرة ، والآن ليس هناك موسيقى في المجمع بعد الآن. the other day there was a strange wire leading out of one… that just trailed out of the pool. في ذلك اليوم كان هناك غريبا السلك المؤدي من واحد... وهذا متأخرا من المجمع.

I thought I'd mention one more thing – True Fitness requries you to go to their gym in person 60 days before your contract expires to confirm termination of your contract, even though when they take your first payment, it is for the 1st and last month of your contract. كنت اعتقدت أن أذكر شيئا آخر -- صحيح أن للياقة requries عليك الذهاب الى الصالة الرياضية شخص في 60 يوما قبل أن ينتهي العقد الخاص بك للتأكد من إنهاء العقد ، على الرغم من أن تتخذ عند أول دفع لك ، فإنه ل1st والأخيرة شهر العقد.

Briefly contemplated joining this place. المتوخاة لفترة قصيرة للانضمام الى هذا المكان. Went with a friend to scope them out. ذهبت مع صديق على نطاق بها. These were the deal-breakers for me: وكانت هذه الصفقة بين قطع لي :

True Spa is not being trained to be professional. سبا الحقيقي لا يتم تدريب المهني. after detailed discussion, 3 of us agreed to join member of TrueSpa using 1 single member account. وبعد مناقشة مفصلة ، 3 من وافق على الانضمام إلينا عضو TrueSpa باستخدام 1 عضو واحد. We will share the membership fees and share the payment equally. علينا تقاسم رسوم العضوية ، وسداد حصة متساوية. We need to alert the public about all the tactic that TrueSpa use to cheat their customer. نحن بحاجة لتوعية الجمهور حول كل تكتيك استخدام TrueSpa خداع عملائها. I have joined True Spa since last year May. لقد انضمت اسبانيا صحيح منذ أيار / مايو من العام الماضي. I have been paying RM300 per month and I am supposed to be entitled to services such as massage, facial etc in my package. لقد دفع RM300 في الشهر ، وأنا من المفترض أن يكون من حق خدمات مثل التدليك ، الخ الوجه في مجموعة بي. However I ended up having to pay other massage centres or visit other places for my massage, facial, manicure to be done, and the IRONY is NOT in True Spa! ولكن بعد أن انتهى بي الأمر دفع مراكز التدليك أو غيرها من أماكن أخرى لزيارة بلدي تدليك الوجه ، مانيكير ينبغي القيام به ، والسخرية ليست في الحقيقة سبا! Does that make sense? هل هذا معقول؟ I pay this spa RM300 per month but ended up paying extra and forced to go to other places to get my services. أدفع هذا المنتجع RM300 شهريا ولكنه انتهى دفع اضافية ، واضطر الى الذهاب الى اماكن اخرى للحصول على خدماتي. Why? لماذا؟ Because it is IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment !!!! لأنه من المستحيل الحصول على التعيين! I questioned their customer service department as to why all their slots are always full, leaving only those odd honours free, which, a normal working client like me is not able to attend. أنا وتساءل عن قسم خدمة العملاء لماذا كل فتحات دائما كاملة ، فلا يبقى سوى هذه الالقاب الفردية الحرة ، وهو عمل عادي مثلي عميل غير قادر على الحضور. Their answer (about 1 year ago ) is that they just started their business and thus most of the slots are reserved for “free trial” session to attract potential customer. على الإجابة عن 1 في العام الماضي) هي التي بدأت أعمالها ، وبالتالي أكثر من فتحات مخصصة لل"التجربة المجانية" دورة لجذب العملاء المحتملين. We as PAYING CUSTOMER cannot help feeling that we are being CHEATED and NEGLECTED. علينا دفع العملاء لا يمكن أن يساعد على الشعور بأننا للغش ومهملة. However… 1 year later.. ولكن... وبعد عام.. 1 the same thing is still going on .. ونفس الشيء لا يزال مستمرا.. TRUE Spa is just interested to do sales but not providing services to paying customer who is ENTITLED to good services from them. سبا الحقيقية هي المهتمة القيام المبيعات ولكن ليس تقديم الخدمات للعملاء الذين يدفعون ويحق لهم من خدمات جيدة. Once you become a member, you will never get your appointment unless you can plan your appointment 2 months ahead, which is RIDICULOUS and UNACEPPTABLE. بمجرد أن تصبح عضوا ، وأنك لن تحصل ما لم تعيينكم يمكنك خطة تعيينكم 2 الأشهر المقبلة ، وهو أمر مثير للسخرية وUNACEPPTABLE.
I strongly agreed with Lim saying that “IF I COULD, I WANT A REFUND, FOR IT WAS THE DUMBEST DECISION EVERTO BE A MEMBER OF TRUE SPA JAYA 33”. أنا اتفق مع ليم بشدة قائلا "ان كان بامكاني ، أريد استرداد ، لأنه كان أغبى قرار EVERTO يكون عضوا الحقيقي الاسباني 33 جايا".

True Spa is not interested to solve our problems or attends to our complaints and neither do we get any feedbacks from their management nor from the front desk staff. سبا الحقيقية ليست مهتمة لحل مشاكلنا أو تحضر لتقديم الشكاوى لدينا وكما أننا لا نحصل على أية تعقيبات إدارتها أو من موظفي المكاتب الأمامية. They will just ignore you. سيكون عليك أن تتجاهل فقط. I am left with no other option but to “speak up” ! وأنا لم يكن لديها أي خيار آخر سوى "التحدث"! I am resolved to approach their “potential customer” and start sharing my personal shocking and horrifying experiences with them and directing them to browse through reviews posted by other angry and unsatisfied customers in internet before they make the same mistake in signing up the membership program. وأنا مصمم على نهج "زبون محتمل" ، وبدء تبادل الشخصي يثير الصدمة والفزع الخبرات معهم وتوجيههم لتصفح موقع الاستعراضات الأخرى غاضبة وغير الملباة للعملاء في الانترنت قبل ان يرتكب نفس الخطأ في الاشتراك في عضوية البرنامج. Of course, the decision ultimately is in their hands, but I cannot stand idly and do NOTHING while others are being duped. وبطبيعة الحال ، فإن القرار في نهاية المطاف هو في أيديهم ، ولكنني لا يمكن أن يقف موقف المتفرج ولا نفعل شيئا في حين أن البعض الآخر يجري خدع.

I've visited TF at Hartamas early of May 2009. لقد قمت بزيارة TF في Hartamas في وقت مبكر من أيار / مايو 2009. I wonder how the mgt came up with the pricing of products. وأتساءل كيف mgt طرح تسعير المنتجات. The 1st time I went, the sales ppl Vijay had offered me the price of RM155/month, plus 3 types of one time fees. وقد ذهبت مرة 1st ، مبيعات ppl فيجاي عرضت لي سعر RM155/month ، بالإضافة إلى 3 أنواع من الرسوم التي تدفع لمرة واحدة. This for one year contract. هذا العقد لمدة سنة واحدة. If 2 years, price RM125. 2 إذا كانت السنوات سعر RM125. (All the prices will be added with 5% tax). (جميع الأسعار ستضاف مع ضريبة 5 ٪). After negotiation, the most that he could do was to reduce half of the 3 fees and said the monthly fee is fixed at RM155. وبعد المفاوضات ، وأقصى ما يستطيع فعله هو الحد من نصف عدد 3 وقال ان رسوم شهرية ثابتة في RM155. He said, even that price was given after considering for 2 ppl. وقال ، حتى أن سعر معين وبعد النظر ل2 ppl. (I came with my friend). (جئت مع صديقي). Infact, when I asked about any other things that he could inform us, he said all info had been delivered although he only explained on the single pricing. Infact ، عندما سئل عن أي أشياء أخرى من انه يمكن ان تبلغنا وقال ان جميع المعلومات قد سلمت على الرغم من أنه أوضح فقط على تسعير واحد. He didn't even mention other packages, services, payment like, contract. حتى انه لم يذكر غيرها من الطرود ، والخدمات ، مثل الدفع ، والعقد. The fact was he would only get idea to say when we raised the matters up. He said payment is only thru credit card accepted.
A week after I (with friend) went to the TF (Hartamas) again and this time meet with another senior sales ppl, Ikbal. We told him that we'd been there last week and have asked him the best package for 1 year contract. This boy is quite honest and genuine. He explained in detail covers on the packages, pricing, services, contracts. He even explained the terms in the contract and remind us with many things. He said actually when clients understands well on the contract, the company will not face a lot of trouble dealing with many basic and common questions in the future. I love to share with you that for 2 yrs membership, the price was 99.00 (RM103.95 after tax). infact, there's a package of price RM86.90 (if not mistaken). For package 1 year is RM125/month (RM131.25 after tax) plus only pay 1 type of fee RM50. See, there's so much difference with the same package that Vijay had offered me. i think the afore sales ppl really sucked up client, he goes for higher margin. Friends out there, pls share with us if you get a better price. Even he said cash payment is accepted (monthly, pay at counter).
