The passport membership for True Fitness is priced at about RM 112 per month for a 3 year membership. AND THEY SMELL REALLY, REALLY BAD. I thought I'd mention one more thing – True Fitness requries you to go to their gym in person 60 days before your contract expires to confirm termination of your contract, even though when they take your first payment, it is for the 1st and last month of your contract. Jo vaig pensar en parlar d'una cosa més - Verdadera Vida Sana requries que vostè vagi al seu gimnàs a la persona de 60 dies abans que el seu contracte expira a confirmar la terminació del seu contracte, encara que quan es tracti del seu primer pagament, és per al 1r i últim mes del seu contracte.
So when I called to terminate my contract 50 days in advance, they said I had overpaid and they would not refund the payment to me but would give me one more month free. True Spa is not being trained to be professional. Spa és cert no està capacitat per ser professional. They fraud customer credit card and simply charged customer card as they like. I visited TrueSpa in PJ with 2 friends last month, coz we have the free vouchers to try out their services. He visitat a TrueSpa PJ amb 2 amics el mes passat, tenim la coz vals gratuïts per provar els seus serveis. tried the back massage and wasn't bad at tall. tractar la part de darrere de massatge i no es mal d'altura. after the massage session, as expected, the sales people will come over to promote their packages and ask us to join member. després de la sessió de massatge, com s'esperava, les vendes de persones vinguin a promoure els seus paquets i demanar que ens uname als membres.
after detailed discussion, 3 of us agreed to join member of TrueSpa using 1 single member account. després d'una discussió detallada, el 3 de nosaltres d'acord en unir-se als membres de TrueSpa utilitzant 1 sol membre compte. We will share the membership fees and share the payment equally. Anem a compartir les quotes d'afiliació i la quota de pagament per igual. I am the one who swiped my credit card using the 12 months free interest payment. Jo sóc el que swipe meva targeta de crèdit utilitzant els 12 mesos lliure de pagament d'interessos. my other 2 friends can't make the payment on the spot due to credit card reached their limit. els meus altres 2 amics no poden realitzar el pagament sobre el terreny a causa de la targeta de crèdit va arribar al seu límit. so my two friends filled in the monthly payment form for offline processing on later days. així que els meus dos amics a l'ompliment de formulari per al pagament mensual de processament fora de línia en els darrers dies.

I joined TF Taipan since Sep 08, has been using Gym & 200 hours of Yoga, i am so happy that i joined and i should have joined much earlier. Em vaig incorporar a Taipa des TF-set-08, ha estat utilitzant Gimnàs i 200 hores de Ioga, estic tan feliç que em vaig incorporar i m'hauria sumat a molt abans. The staff there are friendly, the Yogi are friendly and professional, what else can i expect more ? El personal allà són amigables, el Yogui és amigable i professional, què més puc esperar més?
i converted to life member last month, if i am not satisfied, do you thing i will pay extra few thousands to convert to Life member ?? i convertit a la vida el mes passat els membres, si no estic satisfet, no ho vaig a pagar diners addicional per a convertir uns quants milers de membres a la vida?

Well I agree with Wong, nothing is perfect but at the moment TF in Taipan is quite alrite, not that crowded and machine still well maintain… Bé, estic d'acord amb Wong, res és perfecte, però en el moment en TF Taipa és bastant alrite, que no molta gent i tot i així mantenir la màquina ...
The owner of TF is a Singaporean so he/she should be quite kiasu to want to maintain the quality of the machines not like CF …the machine all berkarat :P El titular d'TF és un Singapur pel que ell ha de ser bastant kiasu voler mantenir la qualitat de les màquines no és com la màquina CF ... tots berkarat: P

i wonder are one of the staff in TF? Em pregunto és un dels funcionaris en TF? I am suprised that got ppl thinking this way. Em sorprèn que es PPL pensar d'aquesta manera. What i know is, TF is worse than a blood sucker. El que sé és, TF és pitjor que un rebroten de sang. They are famous of bad management, lousy service and cheating customer. Són famosos de mala gestió, mal servei i engany al client.

I have joined True Spa since last year May. És cert que s'han sumat des de l'any passat Spa maig. I have been paying RM300 per month and I am supposed to be entitled to services such as massage, facial etc in my package. He estat pagant RM300 per mes i suposa que he de tenir dret a serveis com ara massatges, facials, etc al meu paquet. However I ended up having to pay other massage centres or visit other places for my massage, facial, manicure to be done, and the IRONY is NOT in True Spa! No obstant això, em va arribar a haver de pagar altres centres de massatge o visitar altres llocs de la meva massatge, facials, manicura per fer, i la ironia no està en veritable Spa! Does that make sense? Això té sentit? I pay this spa RM300 per month but ended up paying extra and forced to go to other places to get my services. Pagar aquest balneari RM300 per mes, però va acabar pagant extra i ho van obligar a anar a altres llocs per obtenir els meus serveis. Why? Per què? Because it is IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment !!!! Perquè és impossible aconseguir una cita! I questioned their customer service department as to why all their slots are always full, leaving only those odd honours free, which, a normal working client like me is not able to attend. Em preguntava seu departament de servei al client de per què totes les franges horàries estan sempre plens, deixant només els imparells honors lliure, el qual, un client habitual de treball com jo no pot assistir. Their answer (about 1 year ago ) is that they just started their business and thus most of the slots are reserved for “free trial” session to attract potential customer. La seva resposta (aproximadament fa 1 any) és que s'acaba d'iniciar el seu negoci i, per tant, la majoria de les franges horàries estan reservades per "prova gratuïta" període de sessions per atreure clients potencials. We as PAYING CUSTOMER cannot help feeling that we are being CHEATED and NEGLECTED. Nosaltres, com a client que paga no pot evitar sentir que estem sent enganyats i abandonats. However… 1 year later.. Tanmateix ... 1 any més tard .. the same thing is still going on .. el mateix encara està en marxa .. TRUE Spa is just interested to do sales but not providing services to paying customer who is ENTITLED to good services from them. TRUE Spa és només interessat en fer les vendes, però no el pagament de la prestació de serveis als clients que tenen dret a bons serveis dels mateixos. Once you become a member, you will never get your appointment unless you can plan your appointment 2 months ahead, which is RIDICULOUS and UNACEPPTABLE. Una vegada que vostè es converteix en un membre, vostè mai obtenir la seva cita a menys que vostè pot planificar la seva cita 2 mesos abans, que és ridícul i UNACEPPTABLE.
I strongly agreed with Lim saying that “IF I COULD, I WANT A REFUND, FOR IT WAS THE DUMBEST DECISION EVERTO BE A MEMBER OF TRUE SPA JAYA 33”. Estic molt d'acord amb Lim dient que "Si pogués, QUIERO UN REEMBORSAMENT, ja que era el més tonto DECISIÓ Evert SER MEMBRE DE SPA TRUE JAYA 33".
I feel that I'ma stupid consumer and ended up becoming an angry consumer. Crec que sóc un estúpid consumidor i va acabar convertint-se en un consumidor enutjat.
True Spa is not interested to solve our problems or attends to our complaints and neither do we get any feedbacks from their management nor from the front desk staff. Spa és cert no li interessa per resoldre els nostres problemes o atendre a les nostres queixes i tampoc tenim cap retroalimentació de la seva gestió ni de la recepció personal. They will just ignore you. S'acaba de fer cas omís de vostè. I am left with no other option but to “speak up” ! No em queda més remei que "parlar"! I am resolved to approach their “potential customer” and start sharing my personal shocking and horrifying experiences with them and directing them to browse through reviews posted by other angry and unsatisfied customers in internet before they make the same mistake in signing up the membership program. Estic decidit a apropar-se als seus "clients potencials" i començar a compartir les meves experiències impactants i terribles amb ells i dirigir a navegar a través d'informes enviats per altres clients enfadats i insatisfets a Internet abans de cometre el mateix error en la signatura dels membres del programa. Of course, the decision ultimately is in their hands, but I cannot stand idly and do NOTHING while others are being duped. I've visited TF at Hartamas early of May 2009. Que he visitat en Hartamas TF principis de maig de 2009. I wonder how the mgt came up with the pricing of products. Em pregunto com la Mgt va tenir la fixació de preus dels productes. The 1st time I went, the sales ppl Vijay had offered me the price of RM155/month, plus 3 types of one time fees. La 1a vegada que vaig ser, les vendes de ppl Vijay m'havia ofert el preu de RM155/month, a més de 3 tipus de taxes una vegada. This for one year contract. Aquest contracte per un any. If 2 years, price RM125. Si 2 anys, preu RM125. (All the prices will be added with 5% tax). (Tots els preus s'afegirà amb el 5% d'impostos). After negotiation, the most that he could do was to reduce half of the 3 fees and said the monthly fee is fixed at RM155. Després de la negociació, la majoria dels que podia fer era reduir a la meitat dels honoraris i 3 diu que la quota mensual es fixa en RM155. He said, even that price was given after considering for 2 ppl. Va dir, fins i tot que el preu es va donar després de considerar per a 2 PPL. (I came with my friend). (He vingut amb el meu amic). Infact, when I asked about any other things that he could inform us, he said all info had been delivered although he only explained on the single pricing. De fet, quan em va preguntar sobre qualsevol altra coses que ens podria informar, va dir tota la informació havia estat lliurada a pesar que només s'explica en l'únic de fixació de preus. He didn't even mention other packages, services, payment like, contract. Ni tan sols esmentar altres paquets, serveis, com a pagament, contracte. The fact was he would only get idea to say when we raised the matters up. El fet és que només arribar a la idea de dir que quan les qüestions plantejades amunt. He said payment is only thru credit card accepted. Va dir que el pagament és només mitjançant targetes de crèdit acceptada.
A week after I (with friend) went to the TF (Hartamas) again and this time meet with another senior sales ppl, Ikbal. Una setmana després que (amb amic) va anar a la TF (Hartamas) de nou i aquesta vegada reunir-se amb un altre alt de vendes de ppl, Ikbal. We told him that we'd been there last week and have asked him the best package for 1 year contract. Li vam dir que havia estat allà la setmana passada i li han demanat a la millor paquet de contracte per 1 any. This boy is quite honest and genuine. Aquest noi és molt honest i veritable. He explained in detail covers on the packages, pricing, services, contracts. Va explicar en detall inclou en els paquets, preus, serveis, contractes. He even explained the terms in the contract and remind us with many things. Fins i tot, va explicar els termes en el contracte i ens recorden, amb moltes coses. He said actually when clients understands well on the contract, the company will not face a lot of trouble dealing with many basic and common questions in the future. I love to share with you that for 2 yrs membership, the price was 99.00 (RM103.95 after tax). infact, there's a package of price RM86.90 (if not mistaken). For package 1 year is RM125/month (RM131.25 after tax) plus only pay 1 type of fee RM50. See, there's so much difference with the same package that Vijay had offered me. i think the afore sales ppl really sucked up client, he goes for higher margin. Friends out there, pls share with us if you get a better price. Even he said cash payment is accepted (monthly, pay at counter).
