but the worst part is, the lockerooms/bathrooms attached to the spa and pool have NO HAIRDRYERS, NO COTTON BUDS, ANYTHING. ali najgori dio je, u lockerooms / kupatila pridruľene lječilišta i bazena nemamo HAIRDRYERS, NO Cotton pupoljci, ništa više. AND THEY SMELL REALLY, REALLY BAD. I thought I'd mention one more thing – True Fitness requries you to go to their gym in person 60 days before your contract expires to confirm termination of your contract, even though when they take your first payment, it is for the 1st and last month of your contract. Mislio sam da bih spomenuti još jednu stvar - True Fitness requries ti otići u teretanu na njihovom osobi 60 dana prije Vašeg ugovor istice da potvrdite vaš raskida ugovora, čak i kada su uzeti prvu uplatu, to je za 1. i zadnji mjesec dana od vašeg ugovora.
So when I called to terminate my contract 50 days in advance, they said I had overpaid and they would not refund the payment to me but would give me one more month free. Pa zvao sam do kraja mog ugovora 50 dana unaprijed, oni je rekao JA je više i ne bi povrat uplate za mene, ali bi se, dajte mi još jedan mjesec besplatno. Nobody has mentioned this 60 day clause to me before until I called to terminate. Nitko ne spominje ovo je 60 dana prije nego mi klauzule do Zvao sam do kraja. True Spa is not being trained to be professional. Točno Spa nije obučeni da budu profesionalne. They fraud customer credit card and simply charged customer card as they like. Sam se prijavio za obrok plan paket i TS tereti za mene jedno vrijeme plaćanja. Now the TS consultant (Mohan) and the operation manager (April) are avoiding my calls and pushing all the responsibility to myself and the bank side. I have lodge a fraud case to the citibank card center and in order for them to further investigate, we need teh EPP form and the agreement which I have signed. I am the one who swiped my credit card using the 12 months free interest payment. I have adviced all my friends ,workers,family never to join .Do pass this to ppl that are ever going to join to reconsider. Ja sam savjetovao sve svoje prijatelje, radnika, obitelji nikada se pridružiš. Učinite to pass ppl koje su ikad događa da se pridruže da preispita.
IF possible i would like an answer from them to tell me why are they doing a lousy lousy job! Ako je moguće zelim odgovor od njih da mi reći zašto su oni događaj ušljiv loš posao!

I joined TF Taipan since Sep 08, has been using Gym & 200 hours of Yoga, i am so happy that i joined and i should have joined much earlier. Ja pridružio TF Taipan od Sep 08, je koristila Gym & 200 sati Yoga, ja sam tako sretna da sam se pridružio i ja bi trebali imati pridružio mnogo ranije. The staff there are friendly, the Yogi are friendly and professional, what else can i expect more ? Osoblje ima prijateljski, u jogi su prijateljski i profesionalni, što još mogu očekivati više?
i converted to life member last month, if i am not satisfied, do you thing i will pay extra few thousands to convert to Life member ?? i pretvorena u životu član prošlog mjeseca, ako ja nisam zadovoljan, da li što ću platiti dodatnih nekoliko tisuća pretvoriti u Život član?

Well I agree with Wong, nothing is perfect but at the moment TF in Taipan is quite alrite, not that crowded and machine still well maintain… Pa slažem se s Wong, ništa nije idealno, ali u ovom trenutku u TF Taipan je prilično alrite, a ne da gužve i stroj još uvijek dobro održavati ...
The owner of TF is a Singaporean so he/she should be quite kiasu to want to maintain the quality of the machines not like CF …the machine all berkarat :P Vlasnik TF Singaporean tako je on / ona bi trebao biti prilično kiasu to žele održati kvalitetu strojeva nije kao CF ... stroja svim berkarat: P

What i know is, TF is worse than a blood sucker. Što ja znam je, TF je gori od krvi dojilja. They are famous of bad management, lousy service and cheating customer. Oni su poznati lošeg upravljanja, usluga i ušljiv varanje kupca.

I have joined True Spa since last year May. Ja sam se pridružio True Spa od prošle godine, svi I have been paying RM300 per month and I am supposed to be entitled to services such as massage, facial etc in my package. Sam se plaćaju RM300 mjesečno, a ja sam trebala imati pravo na usluge kao što su masaža, lica itd u mojem paketu. However I ended up having to pay other massage centres or visit other places for my massage, facial, manicure to be done, and the IRONY is NOT in True Spa! Međutim nakon što sam završio platiti drugih centara za masažu ili posjet drugim mjestima za moj masaža, masaža lica, manikura da se uradi, a ironija nije u Spa Točno! Does that make sense? Da li to smisla? I pay this spa RM300 per month but ended up paying extra and forced to go to other places to get my services. Li platiti ovaj spa RM300 mjesečno, ali na kraju platite ekstra i prisiljeni ići u druga mjesta da biste dobili moj uslugama. Why? Zašto? Because it is IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment !!!! Budući da je nemoguće dobiti na sastanak! I questioned their customer service department as to why all their slots are always full, leaving only those odd honours free, which, a normal working client like me is not able to attend. I pitanje njihovu službu za korisnike odjel kako bi sve njihove utore zašto su uvijek puni, ostavljajući samo one rasparen primjenjuje slobodan, koja je, normalno radno klijenata poput mene nije u mogućnosti da prisustvuju. Their answer (about 1 year ago ) is that they just started their business and thus most of the slots are reserved for “free trial” session to attract potential customer. Njihov odgovor (oko 1 godina) je da su upravo započela svoje poslovanje, a time i veći dio slotovi su rezervirane za "free trial" sesiju za privlačenje potencijalnih klijenata. We as PAYING CUSTOMER cannot help feeling that we are being CHEATED and NEGLECTED. Mi kao PLAĆANJE CUSTOMER ne može pomoći osjećaj da smo prevarena i zanemareni. However… 1 year later.. Međutim ... 1 godinu dana kasnije .. the same thing is still going on .. ista stvar je i dalje traje .. TRUE Spa is just interested to do sales but not providing services to paying customer who is ENTITLED to good services from them. Spa istinito je samo interesira da prodaje, ali ne pružaju usluge koje plaćaju kupac koji ima pravo na dobra usluga od njih. Once you become a member, you will never get your appointment unless you can plan your appointment 2 months ahead, which is RIDICULOUS and UNACEPPTABLE. Nakon što ste postali član, nećete dobiti vaše obveze, osim ako se ne mogu planirati imenovanje 2 mjeseca unaprijed, što je smiješan i UNACEPPTABLE.
I strongly agreed with Lim saying that “IF I COULD, I WANT A REFUND, FOR IT WAS THE DUMBEST DECISION EVERTO BE A MEMBER OF TRUE SPA JAYA 33”. Ja čvrsto dogovorili sa Lim rekavši da "kad bih mogao, želim povrat poreza, jer je to bila DUMBEST ODLUKU EVERTO biti član istinit SPA JAYA 33".
I feel that I'ma stupid consumer and ended up becoming an angry consumer. Ja sam da se osjećam glupo i potrošačke zavrsilo postaje ljuta potrošača.
True Spa is not interested to solve our problems or attends to our complaints and neither do we get any feedbacks from their management nor from the front desk staff. Točno Spa nije zainteresirana za rješavanje naših problema ili sudjeluje u našu pritužbe i ni mi se bilo koji od njihovih feedbacks upravljanje ni sprijeda desk osoblja. They will just ignore you. Oni će vam jednostavno ignorirati. I am left with no other option but to “speak up” ! Ja sam s lijeve strane nema drugog izbora nego da "progovore"! I am resolved to approach their “potential customer” and start sharing my personal shocking and horrifying experiences with them and directing them to browse through reviews posted by other angry and unsatisfied customers in internet before they make the same mistake in signing up the membership program. Ja sam riješen pristup do svojih "potencijalnih klijenata" i start sharing moj osobni šokantne i užasavajuće iskustva s njima i usmjeravaju ih na pregledavanje recenzije posted by ljuta i nezadovoljna drugim korisnicima u internet prije nego što oni čine istu grešku u prijavi za članstvo u programu. Of course, the decision ultimately is in their hands, but I cannot stand idly and do NOTHING while others are being duped. Naravno, odluka je naposljetku u svoje ruke, ali ja ne mogu stajati dokono i ništa dok drugi se duped.

I've visited TF at Hartamas early of May 2009. Sam posjetio TF na Hartamas rano u svibnju 2009. I wonder how the mgt came up with the pricing of products. Pitam se kako mgt izađe s cijenama proizvoda. The 1st time I went, the sales ppl Vijay had offered me the price of RM155/month, plus 3 types of one time fees. 1. put sam otišao, prodaja ppl Vijay mi je ponudio cijenu RM155/month, plus 3 vrste jednom pristojbe. This for one year contract. Ovaj ugovor za jednu godinu. If 2 years, price RM125. Ako je 2 godine, cijena RM125. (All the prices will be added with 5% tax). (Sve cijene će biti dodan s 5% poreza). After negotiation, the most that he could do was to reduce half of the 3 fees and said the monthly fee is fixed at RM155. Nakon pregovora, a da je on mogao raditi je da se smanji polovici 3. naknade i rekao je da je mjesečna naknada je fiksna na RM155. He said, even that price was given after considering for 2 ppl. On je rekao, čak i da je cijena bila dana nakon razmatranja za 2 ppl. (I came with my friend). (Ja je došla s mog prijatelja). Infact, when I asked about any other things that he could inform us, he said all info had been delivered although he only explained on the single pricing. Infact, kada sam pitao o bilo kojim drugim stvarima koje je mogao obavijestiti nas, rekao je on sve info su bile dostavljene iako je samo objasnio na jednoj cijenama. He didn't even mention other packages, services, payment like, contract. On nije ni spomenuo ostale pakete, usluge, poput plaćanja, ugovor. The fact was he would only get idea to say when we raised the matters up. Činjenica je da će samo dobiti ideju za reći kad smo podigli pitanjima gore. He said payment is only thru credit card accepted. On je rekao je plaćanje putem kreditne kartice samo prihvatiti.
A week after I (with friend) went to the TF (Hartamas) again and this time meet with another senior sales ppl, Ikbal. A tjedan dana nakon što sam (s prijateljima) otišla na TF (Hartamas) ponovo i ovaj put susreću s drugom viši prodajni ppl, Ikbal. We told him that we'd been there last week and have asked him the best package for 1 year contract. Kazali smo mu da smo mi bili tamo prošli tjedan i upita ga najbolji paket za 1 godinu ugovora. This boy is quite honest and genuine. Ovaj momak je vrlo iskren i originalan. He explained in detail covers on the packages, pricing, services, contracts. He even explained the terms in the contract and remind us with many things. He said actually when clients understands well on the contract, the company will not face a lot of trouble dealing with many basic and common questions in the future. I love to share with you that for 2 yrs membership, the price was 99.00 (RM103.95 after tax). infact, there's a package of price RM86.90 (if not mistaken). For package 1 year is RM125/month (RM131.25 after tax) plus only pay 1 type of fee RM50. See, there's so much difference with the same package that Vijay had offered me. i think the afore sales ppl really sucked up client, he goes for higher margin. Friends out there, pls share with us if you get a better price. Even he said cash payment is accepted (monthly, pay at counter).
