Atvykimas į skaitiklis, yra ženklas, yra suprantama, baseinas buvo uždarytas už paskutinius 3 dienas, o taip pat uždaro šiandien. i am so pissed off because i have paid for parking, slathered sunscreen all over myself and NOT BROUGHT MY TRAINERS FOR ANY KIND OF GYM WORKOUT so it was a completely wasted trip. i am so pissed off, nes i mokama stovėjimo, slathered apsaugos nuo saulės visoje save ir nebuvo MANO treneris bet kokios rūšies sporto klubas Workout todėl buvo visiškai iššvaistytos kelionę. after arguing with the management about this for the longest time, ie the 3 month pool opening delay, they offer me one months' free membership. po ginčijasi su valdymu apie tai ilgiausias laikas, ty 3 mėn baseino atidarymo vėlavimo, jie teikia man vieną mėnesius nemokamai narystei. hah! hah!

but the worst part is, the lockerooms/bathrooms attached to the spa and pool have NO HAIRDRYERS, NO COTTON BUDS, ANYTHING. bet blogiausia dalis, kad lockerooms / vonios prie SPA ir baseinas neturi plaukų džiovintuvų, medvilnė žiedpumpuriams, popowe. AND THEY SMELL REALLY, REALLY BAD. IR JOS smell really, really bad. my friend, who was visiting from the UK almost gagged when she tried to use the bathroom, it was that awful. mano draugas, kuris buvo Lankymūsi iš JK beveik gagged, kai ji bandė panaudoti vonios, buvo, kad baisu. it's a very bad septic-tank type smell. tai labai blogai septinių rezervuarų tipo kvapas. and i'm paying RM200+ a month for this??? ir aš mokėti RM200 + mėnesį šis? absolutely ridiculous. labai juokingas. as for the no towel thing, even next to a POOL??? kaip ir ne rankšluostį dalykas, net šalia yra baseinas? how crappy is THAT??? kaip Crappy yra, KAD? it's a true ripoff if you ask me… tai yra tiesa ripoff jei paprašykite manęs ...

I thought I'd mention one more thing – True Fitness requries you to go to their gym in person 60 days before your contract expires to confirm termination of your contract, even though when they take your first payment, it is for the 1st and last month of your contract. I thought I'd paminėti dar vienas dalykas - True Sveikatingumo requries jūs norite pereiti prie jų salėje asmuo per 60 dienų iki savo sutarties pabaigos patvirtinti nutraukti savo sutartį, net jei jie imasi savo pirmąjį mokėjimą, tai 1 ir paskutinis mėnesį savo sutartį.
So when I called to terminate my contract 50 days in advance, they said I had overpaid and they would not refund the payment to me but would give me one more month free. 5. 5. “Free” yoga, aerobics, pilates etc. Quite pointless for me because I'm mainly interested in weights and machines. "Laisvas" jogos, aerobikos, kvėpavimo pratimai ir kt Gana beprasmiška man, nes aš daugiausia domina svoriai ir mašinos. Didn't feel like paying for stuff I don't use. Ar ne manote, kaip mokėti už stuff I don't naudojimą.
So, my friend joined, but I didn't. Taigi, mano draugas įstojo, bet aš ne. She drove a hard bargain though; she knocked them down to RM130/month (2 years, no joining fee). Ji vairavo Prekiauti nors; ji išjudinti juos į RM130/month (2 metus, jungiančios mokestis). So if you want to join, don't back down and don't pay the list price! Taigi, jei norite prisijungti, ne atgal, o ne mokėti kainą! There's always room to bargain. Čia visada kambario sandorį. Also, you'll have more leverage towards the end of the month because the sales people are trying to meet their quotas. True Spa is not being trained to be professional. Tiesa Spa nėra mokomi būti profesinės. They fraud customer credit card and simply charged customer card as they like. Jie sukčiavimo kliento kreditinės kortelės ir tiesiog mokėti kliento kortelę, kiek jie nori. I signed up for installment plan package and TS charged me for the one time payment. Now the TS consultant (Mohan) and the operation manager (April) are avoiding my calls and pushing all the responsibility to myself and the bank side. I have lodge a fraud case to the citibank card center and in order for them to further investigate, we need teh EPP form and the agreement which I have signed. Aš aplankė TrueSpa į PJ su 2 draugai paskutinio mėnesio, Coz mes nemokamai vaučerius išbandyti savo paslaugas. tried the back massage and wasn't bad at tall. bandė nugaros masažas ir buvo neblogai per aukšta. after the massage session, as expected, the sales people will come over to promote their packages and ask us to join member. po masažo sesijos, kaip ir tikėtasi, pardavimų žmonės ateis per skatinti jų pakuočių ir prašo mus tapti nariu.
after detailed discussion, 3 of us agreed to join member of TrueSpa using 1 single member account. Po išsamių diskusijų, 3 mus sutiko prisijungti nario TrueSpa per 1 vienas narys sąskaitos. We will share the membership fees and share the payment equally. Mes pasidalinti nario mokesčius ir pasidalyti mokėjimo lygiai. I am the one who swiped my credit card using the 12 months free interest payment. after a few days, when 1 of my friend gave TrueSpa the credit card details for monthly payment, TrueSpa charged my friend's credit card for a 1 time payment! po kelių dienų, kai 1 mano draugas davė TrueSpa kredito kortelės duomenis, mėnesio mokėjimų, TrueSpa pavesta mano draugo kreditine kortele už 1 kartą mokėjimo! we intend to use monthly payment scheme but TrueSpa charged my friend 1 time payment. mes ketiname naudoti mėnesinės išmokos schemą, bet TrueSpa çkrauta mano draugas 1 mokėjimą. not a small amount though. ne maža suma, nors. so my friend doesn't want it and asked TrueSpa to change to monthly payment. todėl mano draugas nenori tai ir paklausė TrueSpa pakeisti mėnesio mokėjimą. according to the bank, it can be done, just need approval from the TrueSpa. pagal banko, tai galima padaryti, tik reikia patvirtinimo iš TrueSpa. but when my friend called TrueSpa to ask them to approve, TrueSpa said the issue is between the bank and the owner of the credit card. bet kai mano draugas pavadino TrueSpa prašyti jas patvirtinti, TrueSpa sakė problema tarp banko ir savininko kreditinės kortelės. what the heck??? kaip gi taip? then TrueSpa said if want to convert, my friend need to go TrueSpa and swipe the credit card AGAIN and they will convert to monthly payment. tada TrueSpa sakė, jei norite konvertuoti, mano draugui reikia eiti TrueSpa ir Smelt kredito kortelės ir jie bus konvertuoti į mėnesio mokėjimui. what's the deal with this? kas atsitiko su šio?

I joined TF Taipan since Sep 08, has been using Gym & 200 hours of Yoga, i am so happy that i joined and i should have joined much earlier. Aš prisijungė TF Taipan nuo Sep 08, buvo naudojant Gym & 200 valandų joga, aš tokia laiminga, kad i prisijungė ir i turėtų prisijungė daug anksčiau. The staff there are friendly, the Yogi are friendly and professional, what else can i expect more ? Personalas yra draugiškas, kad joga yra malonų ir profesionalų aptarnavimą, ką dar aš galiu tikėtis daugiau?
i converted to life member last month, if i am not satisfied, do you thing i will pay extra few thousands to convert to Life member ?? ir perskaičiuotos į gyvybę nario praeitą mėnesį, jeigu aš nesu patenkintas, jūs tai ir bus papildomai mokėti keletą tūkstančių pereiti prie Life nariu?

Well I agree with Wong, nothing is perfect but at the moment TF in Taipan is quite alrite, not that crowded and machine still well maintain… Na aš sutinku su Wong, niekas nėra tobulas, tačiau šiuo metu TF Taipan yra gana alrite ne todėl, kad žmonių ir mašinų dar gerai išlaikyti ...
The owner of TF is a Singaporean so he/she should be quite kiasu to want to maintain the quality of the machines not like CF …the machine all berkarat :P Savininkas TF yra Singapūre, kad jis / ji turėtų būti gana kiasu nori išlaikyti kokybės mašinos ne kaip SF ... mašiną visus berkarat: P

I have joined True Spa since last year May. Aš prisijungė True Spa nuo paskutinio metams. I have been paying RM300 per month and I am supposed to be entitled to services such as massage, facial etc in my package. Buvau mokėjimo RM300 per mėnesį, o aš tiek turi teisę į tokias paslaugas kaip masažas, veido ir tt mano pakete. However I ended up having to pay other massage centres or visit other places for my massage, facial, manicure to be done, and the IRONY is NOT in True Spa! Tačiau aš galų gale turi mokėti kiti masažo centruose ar aplankyti kitas mano masažas, veido, manikiūras turi būti padaryta, ir ironijos nėra Tiesa Spa! Does that make sense? Does that make sense? I pay this spa RM300 per month but ended up paying extra and forced to go to other places to get my services. Mokėti šio kurorto RM300 per mėnesį, o baigėsi mokėti papildomai ir priversti eiti į kitas vietas, kad gauti savo paslaugas. Why? Kodėl? Because it is IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment !!!! Nes neįmanoma gauti paskyrimą! I questioned their customer service department as to why all their slots are always full, leaving only those odd honours free, which, a normal working client like me is not able to attend. Aš suabejojo savo klientų aptarnavimo, kodėl visų savo angose yra visada, paliekant tik tuos nelyginę pagyrimu nemokamai, kurie, įprastą darbo klientas panašus į mane negali dalyvauti. Their answer (about 1 year ago ) is that they just started their business and thus most of the slots are reserved for “free trial” session to attract potential customer. Tačiau ... 1 metų .. the same thing is still going on .. tas pats vis dar vyksta .. TRUE Spa is just interested to do sales but not providing services to paying customer who is ENTITLED to good services from them. TIKRĄJĄ Spa tik įdomu daryti pardavimo, o ne paslaugų teikimą mokėjimo klientas turi teisę į gerą paslaugų iš jų. Once you become a member, you will never get your appointment unless you can plan your appointment 2 months ahead, which is RIDICULOUS and UNACEPPTABLE. Kai jūs tapsite nariu, jūs niekada jūsų paskyrimo nebent galite planuoti savo paskyrimą 2 mėnesius į priekį, o tai juokinga ir UNACEPPTABLE.

True Spa is not interested to solve our problems or attends to our complaints and neither do we get any feedbacks from their management nor from the front desk staff. Tiesa Spa nedomina išspręsti savo problemas arba dalyvavo mūsų skundų ir nei mes bet kokius atsiliepimus iš jų valdymo, nei iš receptions darbuotojai. They will just ignore you. Jie tiesiog ignoruoti jus. I am left with no other option but to “speak up” ! Aš neliktų kito pasirinkimo, bet ir "kalbėti"! I am resolved to approach their “potential customer” and start sharing my personal shocking and horrifying experiences with them and directing them to browse through reviews posted by other angry and unsatisfied customers in internet before they make the same mistake in signing up the membership program. I've visited TF at Hartamas early of May 2009. I've aplankė TF adresu Hartamas anksti gegužės 2009. I wonder how the mgt came up with the pricing of products. Įdomu, kaip mgt atėjo su kainų produktus. The 1st time I went, the sales ppl Vijay had offered me the price of RM155/month, plus 3 types of one time fees. 1 kartą aš, pardavimo ppl vijay pasiūlė man kainos RM155/month, plius 3 tipų vieną kartą mokesčius. This for one year contract. Šis vienerių metų sutartis. If 2 years, price RM125. Jei 2 metus, kaina RM125. (All the prices will be added with 5% tax). (Visos kainos bus papildomas 5% mokestis). After negotiation, the most that he could do was to reduce half of the 3 fees and said the monthly fee is fixed at RM155. Po derybų, labiausiai, kad jis galėtų atlikti buvo sumažinti pusė 3 mokesčius ir sakė, kad mėnesinis mokestis yra nustatomas RM155. He said, even that price was given after considering for 2 ppl. Pasak jo, net ir ta kaina buvo pateikta išnagrinėjęs 2 žm. (I came with my friend). (Aš atvykau su mano draugas). Infact, when I asked about any other things that he could inform us, he said all info had been delivered although he only explained on the single pricing. Tiesų, kai klausiama apie bet kita ko, kad jis galėtų pranešti mums apie tai, jis sakė, kad visa informacija buvo pateikta, nors jis tik paaiškino apie bendrą kainų. He didn't even mention other packages, services, payment like, contract. Jis net nebuvo paminėti kiti paketai, paslaugų, pavyzdžiui, mokėjimo, sutarties. The fact was he would only get idea to say when we raised the matters up. Tas faktas buvo jis tik idėja pasakyti, kada mes iškėlė klausimus viršų. He said payment is only thru credit card accepted. Powiedzial mokėjimas tik per kredito kortelė priimta.
A week after I (with friend) went to the TF (Hartamas) again and this time meet with another senior sales ppl, Ikbal. Per savaitę po to, kai aš (su draugais) atvyko į TF (Hartamas) dar kartą ir šį kartą susitikti su kitu vyresnysis pardavimų ppl, Ikbal. We told him that we'd been there last week and have asked him the best package for 1 year contract. Mes jam pasakė, kad mes ten praeitą savaitę ir paprašė jam geriausia paketas 1 metų sutartis. This boy is quite honest and genuine. Šis berniukas labai sąžiningas ir autentiška. He explained in detail covers on the packages, pricing, services, contracts. Jis išsamiai apima ant pakuočių, kainų, paslaugų sutartis. He even explained the terms in the contract and remind us with many things. Jis netgi paaiškino sąlygos sutarties ir priminti mums daugelį dalykų. He said actually when clients understands well on the contract, the company will not face a lot of trouble dealing with many basic and common questions in the future. I love to share with you that for 2 yrs membership, the price was 99.00 (RM103.95 after tax). infact, there's a package of price RM86.90 (if not mistaken). For package 1 year is RM125/month (RM131.25 after tax) plus only pay 1 type of fee RM50. See, there's so much difference with the same package that Vijay had offered me. i think the afore sales ppl really sucked up client, he goes for higher margin. Friends out there, pls share with us if you get a better price. Even he said cash payment is accepted (monthly, pay at counter).
