The passport membership for True Fitness is priced at about RM 112 per month for a 3 year membership. Werd 1e gegeven het pakket van RM209 p / m + RM100 (precessing vergoeding, toetreden tot vergoeding afgeweken), dit is een 2 jaar contract, home pakket inkl. of yoga. van yoga. After persuading us to bring along a few others who are interested in joining and after all the gimmick-y show of talking to my manager, etc.. Pas toen zijn broer (ouder dan 28) gingen aan te melden dat de vloer manager vertelde hem over de leeftijdsgrens! we had to argue with the manager for SO LONG before they “let” my friend convert his membership into a shorter-period contract and contra the extra cash over to his brother's account. we moesten voeren met de manager zo lang voordat ze "laat" mijn vriend zijn lidmaatschap omzetten in een kortere periode contract en contra het extra geld over aan zijn broer op de rekening. so essentially, their general manager lied directly to our faces and wouldnt live up to his word, and then got another member just like that. dus in wezen, hun algemeen directeur loog rechtstreeks op onze gezichten en wouldnt wonen tot aan zijn woord, en kreeg vervolgens een ander lid, net als dat. horrible!!! verschrikkelijk! but that wasnt the end of it. maar dat wasnt het einde ervan.
Problem 2: sam promised the swimming pool, the main reason i joined, would be open in june. besides the things like (a) paying for parking (b) no towels and (c) really really imcompetent staff, the ONE AND ONLY REASON I JOINED TRUE FITNESS is really badly maintained. Naast de dingen zoals (a) de betaling voor het parkeren van (b) geen handdoeken en (c) echt echt imcompetent personeel, de enige reden dat ik GEVOEGDE TRUE FITNESS is echt slecht onderhouden. when i come out of the pool, i feel really, really grimy/slimy. toen ik uit het zwembad, ik voel me echt smerig / slijmerig. yesterday the showers by the pool were not working but nothing was being done about it. gisteren de douches bij het zwembad waren niet goed werkt, maar niets werd gedaan. the pool speakers worked for a short while and now there's no music in the pool anymore. het zwembad sprekers werkte voor een tijdje en nu is er geen muziek in het zwembad niet meer. the other day there was a strange wire leading out of one… that just trailed out of the pool. de andere dag was er een vreemde draad leiden uit een ... dat net trailed van het zwembad.
but the worst part is, the lockerooms/bathrooms attached to the spa and pool have NO HAIRDRYERS, NO COTTON BUDS, ANYTHING. maar het ergste is, de lockerooms / badkamer aan de spa en zwembad hebben NR haardrogers, NO wattenstaafjes, ANYTHING. AND THEY SMELL REALLY, REALLY BAD. EN GEUR echt, echt slecht. my friend, who was visiting from the UK almost gagged when she tried to use the bathroom, it was that awful. mijn vriend, die op bezoek uit het Verenigd Koninkrijk bijna mond gesnoerd toen ze probeerde gebruik te maken van de badkamer, was dat vreselijk. it's a very bad septic-tank type smell. het is een zeer slechte septische tank soort geur. and i'm paying RM200+ a month for this??? en ik ben uitbetalende RM200 + een maand voor dit? absolutely ridiculous. absoluut belachelijk. as for the no towel thing, even next to a POOL??? als voor de niet handdoek ding, zelfs naast een zwembad? how crappy is THAT??? hoe crappy is dat??? it's a true ripoff if you ask me… het is een echte Ripoff als je het mij vraagt ...

I thought I'd mention one more thing – True Fitness requries you to go to their gym in person 60 days before your contract expires to confirm termination of your contract, even though when they take your first payment, it is for the 1st and last month of your contract. Ik dacht dat ik zou noemen een ding - True Fitness verlangt u naar hun gymnasium in persoon 60 dagen voordat uw contract afloopt te bevestigen dat de beëindiging van uw contract, ook al bij het nemen van uw eerste betaling is voor de 1e en laatste maand van uw contract.
So when I called to terminate my contract 50 days in advance, they said I had overpaid and they would not refund the payment to me but would give me one more month free. Dus toen ik opgeroepen tot beëindiging van mijn contract 50 dagen van tevoren, ze zei dat ik moest te veel en zij zouden niet terugbetaling van de betaling aan mij, maar geef me nog een maand gratis. Nobody has mentioned this 60 day clause to me before until I called to terminate. Niemand heeft gezegd dat 60 dagen clausule mij vóór totdat ik riep te beëindigen. Briefly contemplated joining this place. Kort overwogen toetreden tot deze plaats. Went with a friend to scope them out. Ging met een vriend naar toepassingsgebied daarvan. These were the deal-breakers for me: Dit waren de deal-breakers voor mij:
1. 1. Music was too loud for me. Muziek was te hard voor mij. Almost felt like a nightclub. Bijna voelde als een nachtclub.
2. 2. There's a DJ and a DJ booth. Er is een DJ en een DJ booth. I suppose that explains the loud music. Ik veronderstel dat verklaart de luide muziek. Nothing agains DJs, but I know they don't work for free. Niets tegen de dj's, maar ik weet dat ze werken niet gratis. This is an extravagance, IMHO, and at the end of the day, it the members who pay for this. Dit is een extravagant, IMHO, en aan het eind van de dag, maar de leden die betalen voor. That also means less money is spend on equipment, maintenence, etc. Dat betekent ook minder geld uitgeven aan apparatuur, onderhoud, enz.
3. 3. No towels. Geen handdoeken. Was quite surprised by this, considering the rates. Was zeer verrast door deze, gelet op de tarieven.
4. 4. Sales people were very pushy. Sales mensen waren heel opdringerig. This is probably the case in most chain gyms. Dit is waarschijnlijk het geval in de meeste keten fitnesscentra. They also want you to “add on” personal training. Ze willen ook dat je op "add on" personal training.
5. 5. “Free” yoga, aerobics, pilates etc. Quite pointless for me because I'm mainly interested in weights and machines. "Vrij" yoga, aerobics, pilates, enz. Integendeel zinloos voor mij want ik ben vooral geïnteresseerd in de gewichten en machines. Didn't feel like paying for stuff I don't use. Heb niet het gevoel willen betalen voor dingen die ik niet gebruik.
So, my friend joined, but I didn't. Dus, mijn vriend trad, maar ik niet. She drove a hard bargain though; she knocked them down to RM130/month (2 years, no joining fee). Ze reed een harde afspraak al, ze klopte ze aan RM130/month (2 jaar, geen aansluiting vergoeding). So if you want to join, don't back down and don't pay the list price! Dus als je wilt meedoen, niet terug naar beneden en betaalt niet de catalogusprijs! There's always room to bargain. Er is altijd ruimte tot onderhandelen. Also, you'll have more leverage towards the end of the month because the sales people are trying to meet their quotas. Ook heb je meer invloed op het einde van de maand, omdat de verkoop mensen proberen om hun quota.

True Spa is not being trained to be professional. True Spa niet wordt opgeleid tot professioneel. They fraud customer credit card and simply charged customer card as they like. Zij fraude klant creditcard en eenvoudig betalen klantenkaart als ze willen. I signed up for installment plan package and TS charged me for the one time payment. Ik me aanmeldde voor aflevering plan pakket en TS me opgeladen voor de eenmalige betaling. Now the TS consultant (Mohan) and the operation manager (April) are avoiding my calls and pushing all the responsibility to myself and the bank side. Nu is de TS-adviseur (Mohan) en de operatie-manager (april) worden vermeden mijn gesprekken en duwen de verantwoordelijkheid voor mezelf en de bank zijde.
I have lodge a fraud case to the citibank card center and in order for them to further investigate, we need teh EPP form and the agreement which I have signed. I suggest you to change ur company TrueSpa to TrueCheat. Ik stel voor dat je te veranderen ur bedrijf TrueSpa te TrueCheat. This is your main business anyway! Dit is uw belangrijkste zakelijke toch! I am very disappointing with all the treatment that I got from TS. Ik ben zeer teleurstellend met de behandeling die ik kreeg van TS.

I visited TrueSpa in PJ with 2 friends last month, coz we have the free vouchers to try out their services. Ik bezocht TrueSpa in PJ met 2 vrienden de afgelopen maand, coz we hebben het vrije bonnen uit te proberen hun diensten. tried the back massage and wasn't bad at tall. probeerde de rug massage en was niet slecht in het hoog. after the massage session, as expected, the sales people will come over to promote their packages and ask us to join member. na de massage-sessie, zoals verwacht, de verkopen mensen zullen komen om hun pakketten en vragen ons om toe te treden tot lid.
after detailed discussion, 3 of us agreed to join member of TrueSpa using 1 single member account. na uitvoerige discussie, 3 van ons overeengekomen om toe te treden tot lid van TrueSpa met 1 enkel lid account. We will share the membership fees and share the payment equally. Wij delen de lidmaatschapsgelden en delen van de betaling even. I am the one who swiped my credit card using the 12 months free interest payment. Ik ben degene die swiped mijn kredietkaart met behulp van de 12 maanden gratis rente. my other 2 friends can't make the payment on the spot due to credit card reached their limit. mijn andere 2 vrienden kunnen niet om de betaling ter plaatse als gevolg van een creditcard is de grens bereikt. so my two friends filled in the monthly payment form for offline processing on later days. dus mijn twee vrienden gevuld in de maandelijkse betaling voor offline-verwerking in de latere dagen.
after a few days, when 1 of my friend gave TrueSpa the credit card details for monthly payment, TrueSpa charged my friend's credit card for a 1 time payment! na een paar dagen, wanneer 1 van mijn vriend gaf TrueSpa de creditkaartgegevens voor maandelijkse betaling, TrueSpa betalen mijn vriend de creditcard voor een 1 keer betalen! we intend to use monthly payment scheme but TrueSpa charged my friend 1 time payment. wij zijn van plan gebruik te maken van de maandelijkse betaling regeling maar TrueSpa opgeladen mijn vriend 1 keer betaling. not a small amount though. niet een klein beetje hoor. so my friend doesn't want it and asked TrueSpa to change to monthly payment. dus mijn vriend wil niet dat hij en vroeg TrueSpa om naar maandelijkse betaling. according to the bank, it can be done, just need approval from the TrueSpa. volgens de bank, kan worden gedaan, hoeft alleen de goedkeuring van de TrueSpa. but when my friend called TrueSpa to ask them to approve, TrueSpa said the issue is between the bank and the owner of the credit card. maar toen mijn vriend genaamd TrueSpa te vragen hen goed te keuren, TrueSpa zei dat de kwestie is tussen de bank en de eigenaar van de creditcard. what the heck??? Wat? then TrueSpa said if want to convert, my friend need to go TrueSpa and swipe the credit card AGAIN and they will convert to monthly payment. Vervolgens TrueSpa zei dat als wilt converteren, mijn vriend te gaan TrueSpa en swipe de creditcard AGAIN en zij zullen omzetten naar maandelijkse betaling. what's the deal with this? Hoe zit het met dit?
who's correct and who's telling lie here? die de juiste is en wie vertellen liggen hier? another of my friend not yet made the payment coz we want to settle this convert credit card payment first. een van mijn vriend nog niet de betaling heeft verricht coz we willen vestigen deze converteren creditcardbetaling eerste. i lost trust on TrueSpa already… Ik heb vertrouwen TrueSpa al ...

I have adviced all my friends ,workers,family never to join .Do pass this to ppl that are ever going to join to reconsider. Ik heb geadviseerd al mijn vrienden, werknemers, familie nooit toetreden. Heb pas deze aan ppl die ooit toe te treden te heroverwegen.
IF possible i would like an answer from them to tell me why are they doing a lousy lousy job! Indien mogelijk zou ik graag een antwoord van hen me te vertellen waarom doen ze een armzalige lousy job!

I joined TF Taipan since Sep 08, has been using Gym & 200 hours of Yoga, i am so happy that i joined and i should have joined much earlier. Ik bij TF Taipan sinds Sep 08, is met behulp van Gym & 200 uur Yoga, ik ben zo blij dat ik bij en ik hebben samen veel eerder. The staff there are friendly, the Yogi are friendly and professional, what else can i expect more ? De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk, de Yogi zijn vriendelijk en professioneel, Wat kan ik verwachten?
i converted to life member last month, if i am not satisfied, do you thing i will pay extra few thousands to convert to Life member ?? i omgebouwd tot leven lid van vorige maand, als ik niet tevreden ben, doe je ding zal ik extra betalen enkele duizenden te converteren naar Life lid??

Well I agree with Wong, nothing is perfect but at the moment TF in Taipan is quite alrite, not that crowded and machine still well maintain… Nou ik ben het eens met Wong, niets is perfect, maar op het moment TF in Taipan is ok, niet zo druk en machine nog goed onderhouden ...
The owner of TF is a Singaporean so he/she should be quite kiasu to want to maintain the quality of the machines not like CF …the machine all berkarat :P De eigenaar van TF is een Singaporese zodat hij / zij moet heel kiasu te willen handhaven van de kwaliteit van de machines niet als CF ... de machine alle berkarat: P

i wonder are one of the staff in TF? Ik vraag me af zijn een van de medewerkers in TF? I am suprised that got ppl thinking this way. Ik ben verrast dat je ppl denken op deze manier. What i know is, TF is worse than a blood sucker. Wat ik wel weet is, TF is erger dan een bloedbestanddeel zuignap. They are famous of bad management, lousy service and cheating customer. Ze zijn beroemd van het slechte beheer, slechte service en bedrog klant.

I have joined True Spa since last year May. Ik heb gevoegd True Spa sinds vorig jaar mei I have been paying RM300 per month and I am supposed to be entitled to services such as massage, facial etc in my package. Ik heb betaald RM300 per maand en ik ben verondersteld om recht te hebben op diensten, zoals massage, gezichtsbehandeling etc in mijn pakket. However I ended up having to pay other massage centres or visit other places for my massage, facial, manicure to be done, and the IRONY is NOT in True Spa! Maar ik uiteindelijk moeten betalen andere massage centra of bezoek andere plaatsen voor mijn massage, gezichtsbehandeling, manicure te doen, en de ironie niet in True Spa! Does that make sense? Is dat zinvol? I pay this spa RM300 per month but ended up paying extra and forced to go to other places to get my services. Ik betaal dit kuuroord RM300 per maand, maar uiteindelijk betalen extra en gedwongen om naar andere plaatsen om mijn diensten. Why? Waarom? Because it is IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment !!!! Omdat het onmogelijk is om een afspraak! I questioned their customer service department as to why all their slots are always full, leaving only those odd honours free, which, a normal working client like me is not able to attend. Ik heb met de klantenservice als waarom al hun slots zijn altijd vol, waardoor alleen de oneven Eerbewijzen vrij, die een normale werkdag cliënt als ik niet in staat is bij te wonen. Their answer (about 1 year ago ) is that they just started their business and thus most of the slots are reserved for “free trial” session to attract potential customer. Hun antwoord (ongeveer 1 jaar geleden) is dat ze net begonnen met hun bedrijf en daarmee het grootste deel van de sleuven zijn gereserveerd voor "free trial" sessie voor het aantrekken van potentiële klanten. We as PAYING CUSTOMER cannot help feeling that we are being CHEATED and NEGLECTED. Wij als betalende klant kan het niet helpen gevoel dat we worden bedrogen en verwaarloosd. However… 1 year later.. Maar ... 1 jaar later .. the same thing is still going on .. hetzelfde ding is nog steeds op .. TRUE Spa is just interested to do sales but not providing services to paying customer who is ENTITLED to good services from them. TRUE Spa is alleen geïnteresseerd te doen verkopen, maar niet het verlenen van diensten aan betalende klant die recht heeft op goede dienstverlening van hen. Once you become a member, you will never get your appointment unless you can plan your appointment 2 months ahead, which is RIDICULOUS and UNACEPPTABLE. Zodra je lid worden, zult u nooit uw benoeming, tenzij u kunt uw afspraak 2 maanden vooruit, dat is belachelijk en UNACEPPTABLE.

I feel that I'ma stupid consumer and ended up becoming an angry consumer. Ik heb het gevoel dat Ik ben een domme consument en belandde steeds boos consument.
True Spa is not interested to solve our problems or attends to our complaints and neither do we get any feedbacks from their management nor from the front desk staff. True Spa is niet geïnteresseerd in het oplossen van onze problemen of is aanwezig op onze klachten en niet doen krijgen we een feedback van hun beheer, noch uit de front desk staff. They will just ignore you. Zij zullen negeer je. I am left with no other option but to “speak up” ! Ik ben nog geen andere optie, maar naar "spreken"! I am resolved to approach their “potential customer” and start sharing my personal shocking and horrifying experiences with them and directing them to browse through reviews posted by other angry and unsatisfied customers in internet before they make the same mistake in signing up the membership program. Ik ben opgelost in de benadering van hun "potentiële klant" en beginnen met het delen van mijn persoonlijke schokkende en gruwelijke ervaringen met hen en geeft leiding aan hen om te bladeren door middel van beoordelingen gepost door andere kwaad en ontevreden klanten op internet voordat ze dezelfde fout maken bij de ondertekening van het lidmaatschap programma. Of course, the decision ultimately is in their hands, but I cannot stand idly and do NOTHING while others are being duped. Uiteraard, de beslissing uiteindelijk in hun handen, maar ik kan niet toekijken en niets doen, terwijl anderen worden beduveld.
If you are an angry or an unsatisfied customer like me, please join me. Als je een boos of een ontevreden klant als ik, neem dan samen met mij. Let our voices make a change, it is our DUTY and our RIGHTS as customers to send our message across to this SINGAPORE-based company make them aware that Malaysian customers deserved equally the same respect and treatment … Laten we onze stem te veranderen, het is onze plicht en onze rechten als klant te sturen onze boodschap over te brengen aan dit SINGAPORE gevestigde bedrijf maakt hen bewust dat Maleisische klanten verdiend even hetzelfde respect en behandeling ...

I've visited TF at Hartamas early of May 2009. I wonder how the mgt came up with the pricing of products. The 1st time I went, the sales ppl Vijay had offered me the price of RM155/month, plus 3 types of one time fees. This for one year contract. If 2 years, price RM125. (All the prices will be added with 5% tax). After negotiation, the most that he could do was to reduce half of the 3 fees and said the monthly fee is fixed at RM155. He said, even that price was given after considering for 2 ppl. (I came with my friend). Infact, when I asked about any other things that he could inform us, he said all info had been delivered although he only explained on the single pricing. He didn't even mention other packages, services, payment like, contract. The fact was he would only get idea to say when we raised the matters up. He said payment is only thru credit card accepted.
A week after I (with friend) went to the TF (Hartamas) again and this time meet with another senior sales ppl, Ikbal. We told him that we'd been there last week and have asked him the best package for 1 year contract. This boy is quite honest and genuine. He explained in detail covers on the packages, pricing, services, contracts. He even explained the terms in the contract and remind us with many things. He said actually when clients understands well on the contract, the company will not face a lot of trouble dealing with many basic and common questions in the future. I love to share with you that for 2 yrs membership, the price was 99.00 (RM103.95 after tax). infact, there's a package of price RM86.90 (if not mistaken). For package 1 year is RM125/month (RM131.25 after tax) plus only pay 1 type of fee RM50. See, there's so much difference with the same package that Vijay had offered me. i think the afore sales ppl really sucked up client, he goes for higher margin. Friends out there, pls share with us if you get a better price. Even he said cash payment is accepted (monthly, pay at counter).
