The passport membership for True Fitness is priced at about RM 112 per month for a 3 year membership. I thought I'd mention one more thing – True Fitness requries you to go to their gym in person 60 days before your contract expires to confirm termination of your contract, even though when they take your first payment, it is for the 1st and last month of your contract. Am crezut că aş menţiona un lucru - Adevărat Fitness requries să te duci la sala de gimnastica, în persoana 60 zile înainte de expirarea contractului dumneavoastră de a vă confirma rezilierea contractului, chiar dacă, atunci când le-au adoptat prima dvs. plată, este de 1 şi ultima luni de contract.
So when I called to terminate my contract 50 days in advance, they said I had overpaid and they would not refund the payment to me but would give me one more month free. I joined TF Taipan since Sep 08, has been using Gym & 200 hours of Yoga, i am so happy that i joined and i should have joined much earlier. M-am alăturat TF Taipan deoarece Sep 08, a fost folosind Gym & 200 ore de yoga, sunt atat de fericit că i sa alăturat şi ar trebui să i s-au alăturat mult mai devreme. The staff there are friendly, the Yogi are friendly and professional, what else can i expect more ? Personalul există prietenos, de Yogi sunt prietenoasa si profesionale, ce altceva i se poate aştepta la mai mult?
i converted to life member last month, if i am not satisfied, do you thing i will pay extra few thousands to convert to Life member ?? am convertit la viaţă membru ultima lună, dacă nu sunt mulţumit, nu-i asa ceva i se va plăti în plus câteva mii de a converti la viaţă membru??

What i know is, TF is worse than a blood sucker. Ce stiu este, TF este mai rău decât o lipitoare. They are famous of bad management, lousy service and cheating customer. I have joined True Spa since last year May. I s-au alăturat True Spa, deoarece în ultimul an mai I have been paying RM300 per month and I am supposed to be entitled to services such as massage, facial etc in my package. Am fost plătitoare RM300 pe lună şi am fi trebuit să aibă dreptul la servicii, cum ar fi masaj, facial etc meu în pachet. However I ended up having to pay other massage centres or visit other places for my massage, facial, manicure to be done, and the IRONY is NOT in True Spa! Cu toate acestea am ajuns a plăti alte centre de masaj sau alte locuri pentru vizita mea masaj, facial, manichiura de făcut, şi ironia nu este în True Spa! Does that make sense? Asta are sens? I pay this spa RM300 per month but ended up paying extra and forced to go to other places to get my services. Plătesc acest spa RM300 pe lună, dar a ajuns să plătiţi în plus şi forţat să se deplaseze în alte locuri, pentru a obţine serviciile mele. Why? De ce? Because it is IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment !!!! Pentru că este imposibil să obţină o programare! I questioned their customer service department as to why all their slots are always full, leaving only those odd honours free, which, a normal working client like me is not able to attend. Am interogat lor Customer Service Departamentul de ce toate sloturile lor sunt întotdeauna complet, lăsând doar pe cele ciudat onoruri liber, care, un client normal de lucru ca si mine nu este în măsură să participe. Their answer (about 1 year ago ) is that they just started their business and thus most of the slots are reserved for “free trial” session to attract potential customer. Lor de răspuns (aproximativ 1 an în urmă) este acela că ei tocmai a inceput afacerea lor şi, astfel, cea mai mare parte a sloturi sunt rezervate pentru "gratuită" sesiune de a atrage potenţiali clienţi. We as PAYING CUSTOMER cannot help feeling that we are being CHEATED and NEGLECTED. Noi ca plătitor Clientul nu poate ajuta am sentimentul că sunt înşelate şi neglijaţi. However… 1 year later.. Cu toate acestea ... 1 an mai tarziu .. the same thing is still going on .. acelaşi lucru se întâmplă în continuare .. TRUE Spa is just interested to do sales but not providing services to paying customer who is ENTITLED to good services from them. TRUE Spa este interesat doar de vânzări de a face, dar nu furnizează servicii de plată a clientului care are dreptul la servicii bune de la ei. Once you become a member, you will never get your appointment unless you can plan your appointment 2 months ahead, which is RIDICULOUS and UNACEPPTABLE. Odată ce aţi devenit un stat, nu va tine sa-ti iei numirea cu excepţia cazului în care puteţi să vă plan de numire 2 luni înainte, ceea ce este ridicol şi UNACEPPTABLE.

I feel that I'ma stupid consumer and ended up becoming an angry consumer. Cred că sunt un prost de consum şi a luat sfârşit prin a deveni un consum nervos.
True Spa is not interested to solve our problems or attends to our complaints and neither do we get any feedbacks from their management nor from the front desk staff. Adevărat Spa nu este interesat de a rezolva problemele noastre sau a participat la plângeri şi nici nu am primit nici un feedbacks de la organele de conducere, nici de la biroul de personal. They will just ignore you. Ei vor doar ignora tine. I am left with no other option but to “speak up” ! Sunt plecat cu nici o altă opţiune, dar pentru a "cuvântul"! I am resolved to approach their “potential customer” and start sharing my personal shocking and horrifying experiences with them and directing them to browse through reviews posted by other angry and unsatisfied customers in internet before they make the same mistake in signing up the membership program. Sunt decis să abordare lor "potenţial client" şi începe partajarea meu personal şocant şi înfricoşător experienţe cu ei şi conducerea ei pentru a parcurge comentarii postate de alte supărat şi nemulţumit de clienţi, în internet, înainte de a face aceeaşi greşeală de a vă înscrie în programul de membru. Of course, the decision ultimately is in their hands, but I cannot stand idly and do NOTHING while others are being duped. Desigur, în cele din urmă, decizia este în mâinile lor, dar nu pot sta în dorul lelii şi nu fac nimic în timp ce altele sunt în curs de duped.

I've visited TF at Hartamas early of May 2009. Am vizitat la TF Hartamas mai devreme de 2009. I wonder how the mgt came up with the pricing of products. Mă întreb cum a mgt venit cu preţuri de produse. The 1st time I went, the sales ppl Vijay had offered me the price of RM155/month, plus 3 types of one time fees. 1 timp m-am dus, de vânzare ppl Vijay mi-au oferit pretul de RM155/month, plus 3 tipuri de taxe de o ora. This for one year contract. Acest timp de un an de contract. If 2 years, price RM125. Dacă 2 ani, preţul RM125. (All the prices will be added with 5% tax). (Toate preturile vor fi adăugate cu 5% impozit). After negotiation, the most that he could do was to reduce half of the 3 fees and said the monthly fee is fixed at RM155. He said, even that price was given after considering for 2 ppl. (I came with my friend). Infact, when I asked about any other things that he could inform us, he said all info had been delivered although he only explained on the single pricing. He didn't even mention other packages, services, payment like, contract. The fact was he would only get idea to say when we raised the matters up. He said payment is only thru credit card accepted.
A week after I (with friend) went to the TF (Hartamas) again and this time meet with another senior sales ppl, Ikbal. We told him that we'd been there last week and have asked him the best package for 1 year contract. This boy is quite honest and genuine. He explained in detail covers on the packages, pricing, services, contracts. He even explained the terms in the contract and remind us with many things. He said actually when clients understands well on the contract, the company will not face a lot of trouble dealing with many basic and common questions in the future. I love to share with you that for 2 yrs membership, the price was 99.00 (RM103.95 after tax). infact, there's a package of price RM86.90 (if not mistaken). For package 1 year is RM125/month (RM131.25 after tax) plus only pay 1 type of fee RM50. See, there's so much difference with the same package that Vijay had offered me. i think the afore sales ppl really sucked up client, he goes for higher margin. Friends out there, pls share with us if you get a better price. Even he said cash payment is accepted (monthly, pay at counter).
