I thought I'd mention one more thing – True Fitness requries you to go to their gym in person 60 days before your contract expires to confirm termination of your contract, even though when they take your first payment, it is for the 1st and last month of your contract. Mislil sem, da sem omeniti še eno stvar - True Fitness requries, da greš na njihove telovadnice v osebi 60 dni, preden poteče vaša pogodba za potrditev odpovedi vaše pogodbe, čeprav, ko se prvo plačilo, se za 1. in zadnje mesecu od vašega naročila.
So when I called to terminate my contract 50 days in advance, they said I had overpaid and they would not refund the payment to me but would give me one more month free. True Spa is not being trained to be professional. True Spa ni usposobljeno, da lahko delavec. They fraud customer credit card and simply charged customer card as they like. Poskušal masažo hrbta in ni bilo slabo visok. after the massage session, as expected, the sales people will come over to promote their packages and ask us to join member. po masaža zasedanju, kot je bilo pričakovano, prodaje ljudi bo prišel k spodbujanju njihove pakete in vprašajte nas, da se pridružijo članu.
after detailed discussion, 3 of us agreed to join member of TrueSpa using 1 single member account. po podrobni razpravi, 3 nam dogovorjeno, da se pridružijo članu TrueSpa uporabo enotnega 1 član računu. We will share the membership fees and share the payment equally. Mi bo delež pristojbin za članstva ter delež plačila enako. I am the one who swiped my credit card using the 12 months free interest payment. I joined TF Taipan since Sep 08, has been using Gym & 200 hours of Yoga, i am so happy that i joined and i should have joined much earlier. I pridružile TF Taipan od sep 08, je bil z uporabo telovadnice in 200 ur joge, sem tako srečna, da sem se pridružili i in naj se je pridružilo že veliko prej. The staff there are friendly, the Yogi are friendly and professional, what else can i expect more ? Za osebje je prijazno, na Jogi so prijazni in strokovni, kaj lahko pričakujem več?
i converted to life member last month, if i am not satisfied, do you thing i will pay extra few thousands to convert to Life member ?? i pretvori v življenju držav v zadnjem mesecu, če nisem zadovoljen, si stvar bom plačati dodatnih nekaj tisoč, da se preusmerijo na življenje član?

Well I agree with Wong, nothing is perfect but at the moment TF in Taipan is quite alrite, not that crowded and machine still well maintain… Torej se strinjam z Wong, nič ni idealno, vendar v tem trenutku TF v Taipan je čisto v redu?, Da ni gužve in stroj še vedno dobro vzdrževati ...
The owner of TF is a Singaporean so he/she should be quite kiasu to want to maintain the quality of the machines not like CF …the machine all berkarat :P Lastnik TF je singapurski da on / ona bi morala biti precej kiasu da želim, da se ohrani kakovost strojev ni všeč CF ... stroj vse berkarat: P

i wonder are one of the staff in TF? Sprašujem se, eden od zaposlenih v TF? I am suprised that got ppl thinking this way. Sem presenečen, da imam PPL razmišljal na ta način. What i know is, TF is worse than a blood sucker. Kar vem je, TF je slabši od krvi bedak. They are famous of bad management, lousy service and cheating customer. So slavni slabega upravljanja, zanič storitev in goljufanje strank.

I have joined True Spa since last year May. Sem se pridružil True Spa od lani maj I have been paying RM300 per month and I am supposed to be entitled to services such as massage, facial etc in my package. Sem bil plačilni RM300 na mesec in jaz bi moral biti upravičen do storitev, kot so masaža obraza etc v moj paket. However I ended up having to pay other massage centres or visit other places for my massage, facial, manicure to be done, and the IRONY is NOT in True Spa! Vendar sem končal ob plačati druge masaža centri ali obiščite druge kraje za mojo masažo obraza, manikuro, ki jih je treba opraviti, in IRONY ni v Prave toplice! Does that make sense? Ali je to smiselno? I pay this spa RM300 per month but ended up paying extra and forced to go to other places to get my services. Plaćam toplic RM300 na mesec, vendar je končal plačilni ekstra in prisiljeni iti v drugih mestih, da se moje službe. Why? Zakaj? Because it is IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment !!!! Ker je nemogoče priti na sestanek! I questioned their customer service department as to why all their slots are always full, leaving only those odd honours free, which, a normal working client like me is not able to attend. Sem dvomil svojih storitev za stranke služba, zakaj vsi njihovi sloti so vedno polna, ostanejo le tiste čuden honours prosto, ki je običajen delovni stranka všeč mi je ne more udeležiti. Their answer (about 1 year ago ) is that they just started their business and thus most of the slots are reserved for “free trial” session to attract potential customer. Njihov odgovor (približno 1 leto nazaj), je, da se pravkar začeli svoje poslovanje in tako večina sloti so rezervirane za "brezplačne poskusne" sejo za privabljanje potencialnih strank. We as PAYING CUSTOMER cannot help feeling that we are being CHEATED and NEGLECTED. Mi kot PLAČILNO CUSTOMER morem pomagati občutek, da smo se goljufal in zapostavljene. However… 1 year later.. Vseeno ... 1 leto kasneje .. the same thing is still going on .. ista stvar se še vedno dogaja .. TRUE Spa is just interested to do sales but not providing services to paying customer who is ENTITLED to good services from them. TRUE Spa je samo zainteresirani za prodajo, ne pa tudi opravljanje storitev za izplačilo stranki, ki je upravičen do dobrih storitev iz njih. Once you become a member, you will never get your appointment unless you can plan your appointment 2 months ahead, which is RIDICULOUS and UNACEPPTABLE. Ko postanete član, boste nikoli dobili vaše imenovanje, razen če lahko načrt vašem imenovanju 2 mesecev naprej, kar je smešno in UNACEPPTABLE.
I strongly agreed with Lim saying that “IF I COULD, I WANT A REFUND, FOR IT WAS THE DUMBEST DECISION EVERTO BE A MEMBER OF TRUE SPA JAYA 33”. Trdno sem dogovorjena s Lim da "če bi lahko, želim vračilo, ZA je bil DUMBEST SKLEP EVERTO biti član TRUE SPA Jaya 33".
I feel that I'ma stupid consumer and ended up becoming an angry consumer. Čutim, da sem neumen potrošnik in končal postaja jezen potrošnika.
True Spa is not interested to solve our problems or attends to our complaints and neither do we get any feedbacks from their management nor from the front desk staff. True Spa ni zainteresirana za reševanje naših problemov, ali se udeležuje na naše pritožbe in niti ne bomo feedbacks koli od svojih upravljanje niti od recepciji osebja. They will just ignore you. Ti bo kar ignorirati jo. I am left with no other option but to “speak up” ! Sem zapustil s nobene druge izbire, kot da "govorite!" I am resolved to approach their “potential customer” and start sharing my personal shocking and horrifying experiences with them and directing them to browse through reviews posted by other angry and unsatisfied customers in internet before they make the same mistake in signing up the membership program. Jaz sem rešiti njihovega pristopa "potencialnih strank" in začnete souporabo moj osebni šokantno in grozljive izkušnje z njimi in njihovo vodenje za brskanje prek pregledov posted by drugi jezni in nezadovoljni kupci na internetu, preden jih dajo iste napake v prijavi za članstvo v programu. Of course, the decision ultimately is in their hands, but I cannot stand idly and do NOTHING while others are being duped. Seveda, je odločitev v končni fazi je v njihovih rokah, vendar ne morem stati Zaludno in neukrepanje druge pa so duped.

Let our voices make a change, it is our DUTY and our RIGHTS as customers to send our message across to this SINGAPORE-based company make them aware that Malaysian customers deserved equally the same respect and treatment … Naj naš glas, da je sprememba, je naša dolžnost in naše pravice kot stranke, da pošljejo sporočilo preko naših te SINGAPUR temelječe družbe, da jih opozorijo, da so malezijski strankam zaslužil enako isto spoštovanje in zdravljenju ...

I've visited TF at Hartamas early of May 2009. Sem obiskal TF na Hartamas zgodnjega maja 2009. I wonder how the mgt came up with the pricing of products. Zanima me, kako je prišel gor s mgt cen proizvodov. The 1st time I went, the sales ppl Vijay had offered me the price of RM155/month, plus 3 types of one time fees. 1. Ko sem šla, da so prodajne PPL Vijay je ponudil mi je cena RM155/month plus 3 vrste enkrat pristojbin. This for one year contract. Ta pogodba za eno leto. If 2 years, price RM125. Če je 2 leti, cena RM125. (All the prices will be added with 5% tax). (Vse cene bodo dodani s 5% davek). After negotiation, the most that he could do was to reduce half of the 3 fees and said the monthly fee is fixed at RM155. Po pogajanjih, je najbolj, da ne bi mogel narediti je bila za zmanjšanje polovico 3 pristojbine in rekel mesečna pristojbina se določi na RM155. He said, even that price was given after considering for 2 ppl. On je rekel, da tudi cena je bila dana po obravnavi 2. PPL. (I came with my friend). (Prišel sem z mojim prijateljem). Infact, when I asked about any other things that he could inform us, he said all info had been delivered although he only explained on the single pricing. Dejansko, ko sem vprašal o vseh drugih stvareh, da bi nas obvestite, on je rekel, vse informacije so bile dobavljene, čeprav je le razloženo na enotni ceni. He didn't even mention other packages, services, payment like, contract. On ni niti omenil druge pakete, storitve, plačilni podobno pogodbo. The fact was he would only get idea to say when we raised the matters up. Dejstvo je, da bi le dobil idejo, da rečem, ko smo sprožili zadeve gor. He said payment is only thru credit card accepted. On je rekel, plačilo samo s kreditno kartico sprejeti.
A week after I (with friend) went to the TF (Hartamas) again and this time meet with another senior sales ppl, Ikbal. Teden dni po tem, ko sem (s prijateljem) šel na TF (Hartamas) enkrat in tokrat sestaja z drugo višje prodajne PPL, Ikbal. We told him that we'd been there last week and have asked him the best package for 1 year contract. Sva mu rekla, da smo bili tam prejšnji teden in so ga vprašal najboljši paket za 1 leto pogodbe. This boy is quite honest and genuine. Ta fant je precej odkrit in resničen. He explained in detail covers on the packages, pricing, services, contracts. On podrobno pojasnjeni zajema na embalaži, ceni, storitvah, pogodbah. He even explained the terms in the contract and remind us with many things. He said actually when clients understands well on the contract, the company will not face a lot of trouble dealing with many basic and common questions in the future. I love to share with you that for 2 yrs membership, the price was 99.00 (RM103.95 after tax). infact, there's a package of price RM86.90 (if not mistaken). For package 1 year is RM125/month (RM131.25 after tax) plus only pay 1 type of fee RM50. See, there's so much difference with the same package that Vijay had offered me. i think the afore sales ppl really sucked up client, he goes for higher margin. Friends out there, pls share with us if you get a better price. Even he said cash payment is accepted (monthly, pay at counter).
