Review of True Fitness at Taipan (1) ביקורת אמיתית כושר בבית Taipan (1)

True Fitness Taipan (USJ 10) has been operating since 15 June 2006. אמנם כושר Taipan (USJ 10) הייתה ההפעלה מאז 15 ביוני 2006. As I have seen the building while it was still undergoing renovation since early year 2006, unlike my friend, I was not surprised to see such a big gym. If 40,000 square feet is considered to be huge in Sri Hartamas, you really have to see 80,000 square feet True Fitness Taipan to know what is really HUGE. Was told the company is aiming to get 10,000 members for this branch alone, no surprise to know it needs the entire block of shop houses. כמו ראיתי את הבניין בזמן שהוא עדיין היה בתהליך שיפוץ מאז 2006 בתחילת השנה, שלא כמו חבר שלי, לא הייתי מופתע לראות כזה גדול כושר. אם 40,000 רגל מרובע נחשב ענק ב סרי Hartamas, אתה באמת חייב לראות 80,000 רגל מרובע אמיתי כושר Taipan לדעת מה הוא באמת ענק. נאמר את החברה מכוון להגיע ל -10,000 חברי הסניף זה לבד, אין זה מפתיע לדעת לחסום את כל הצרכים של חנות בתים.

Walked in to get my card swapped at the reception counter. נכנסתי כדי לקבל את הכרטיס שלי swapped לעבר דוכן הקבלה. Nothing spectacular about the changing room. שום דבר מרתק על שינוי החדר. Shower cubicles, lockers, steam bath room and sauna. המקלחת cubicles, lockers, קיטור חדר אמבטיה וסאונה. It is obvious that the management is trying to optimize every odd space due to the shop lot building structure. ברור כי ניהול הוא מנסה לייעל מוזר כל שטח החנות בשל מבנה הבניין מאוד.

Went down to the ground floor where the free weight area is located. ירד לקומת הקרקע בהם בחינם משקל ממוקם באזור. Man, this area is what I want. בנאדם, זה אזור זה מה שאני רוצה. In front of the free weight area is the treadmills. All are new with attached touch screen flat LCD showing several Astro channels – CNN, ESPN, MTV and HBO. While I was working out at the free weight area, I believed most members were caught unprepared with the towels or just plain lazy to bring their own towels (I am one of the culprits too). בזמן שאני עובד בבית חופשי מחוץ לאזור משקל, אני מאמין רוב חברי היו תפס unprepared עם מגבות או פשוט עצלן להביא מגבות משלהם (אני אחד culprits מדי). Hope that everyone will bring his own towel next time. אני מקווה שכולם יביאו מגבת משלו בפעם הבאה.

On the second floor, more cardiovascular exercise machines, but unlike those at ground floor, they do not have the attached flat screen TV. בקומה השנייה, יותר cardiovascular תרגיל מכונות, אבל לא כמו אלה לעבר הקרקע, אין להם את מצורף מסך טלוויזיה שטוח. Good news is that after several weeks, the gym has finally grouped machines together meant for a single group of muscles.  True Fitness has invested in Nautilus, Hammer Strength, Body Master and Life Fitness resistance machines here. חדשות טובות הוא, כי לאחר מספר שבועות, סוף סוף יש את כושר בקבוצות המכונות יחד, משמעותה עבור כל קבוצת שרירים. אמיתיות יש כושר השקיעה ב-Nautilus, האמר עוצמה, גוף יחידת החיים ואת כושר התנגדות מכונות כאן.

On the third floor, you will see cardiovascular machines and some resistance machines too. בקומה השלישית, תראה cardiovascular מכונות וחלק המכונות גם התנגדות.
