True Fitness Taipan (USJ 10) has been operating since 15 June 2006. Pravda Fitness Tajpan (USJ 10) bol operačný od 15. júna 2006. As I have seen the building while it was still undergoing renovation since early year 2006, unlike my friend, I was not surprised to see such a big gym. If 40,000 square feet is considered to be huge in Sri Hartamas, you really have to see 80,000 square feet True Fitness Taipan to know what is really HUGE. Was told the company is aiming to get 10,000 members for this branch alone, no surprise to know it needs the entire block of shop houses. Ako som videl budovy, kým bol ešte prechádza renováciou od začiatku roka 2006, na rozdiel od môjho priateľa, bol som prekvapený, nie je vidieť takejto veľkej telocvični. Ak 40.000 štvorcových stôp, je považovaná za obrovský na Srí Hartamas, vy naozaj musíte vidieť 80.000 štvorcových stôp Pravda Fitness Tajpan vedieť, čo je naozaj obrovský. Bolo povedané, že spoločnosť sa snaží získať 10.000 členov tohto oboru sám, bez prekvapenia vedieť potrebuje celý blok shop domy.

Walked in to get my card swapped at the reception counter. Chodil získať moje karta premenili na recepcii protiopatrenia. It is obvious that the management is trying to optimize every odd space due to the shop lot building structure. Je zrejmé, že vedenie sa snaží optimalizovať každý nepárny priestoru vzhľadom na shop spousta stavebné konštrukcie.

Went down to the ground floor where the free weight area is located. Išiel dolu do prízemí, kde je voľné váhy leží. Man, this area is what I want. Muž, táto oblasť je to, čo chcem. Having been to few clubs, I will say it has some of the best equipments. S ohľadom na niekoľko klubov, budem hovoriť, že niektoré z najlepších zariadení. Impressive. Pôsobivé.

In front of the free weight area is the treadmills. All are new with attached touch screen flat LCD showing several Astro channels – CNN, ESPN, MTV and HBO. Good strategy to impress the visitors. V prednej časti voľného priestoru hmotnosť je treadmills. Všetko je nové s pripojenou dotykovou obrazovkou plochý LCD zobrazené niekoľko Astro kanálov - CNN, ESPN, MTV a HBO. Správnu stratégiu urobiť dojem na návštevníkov.

Many glass windows. Mnohé sklá okien. People will be able to see you from outside when you run. Ľudia budú môcť vidieť zvonku pri spustení.

While I was working out at the free weight area, I believed most members were caught unprepared with the towels or just plain lazy to bring their own towels (I am one of the culprits too). I keď som pracoval u voľného priestoru hmotnosti, veril som, väčšina členov boli odchytené neupravenému s uteráky alebo len obyčajný líný priniesť vlastné uteráky (já jsem jeden z vinníkov príliš). Sad to see sweat spots on the benches and on the machines too. Smutné vidieť pot škvrny na lavičkách a na strojoch príliš. Hope that everyone will bring his own towel next time. Dúfať, že každý bude mať svoju vlastnú uterák nabudúce.

On the second floor, more cardiovascular exercise machines, but unlike those at ground floor, they do not have the attached flat screen TV. Na druhom poschodí, ďalšie kardiovaskulárne výkon stroje, ale na rozdiel od tých, na prízemí, nemajú pripojené plochej obrazovke televízora. Few machines are sharing a flat screen hanging on the wall. Niekoľko strojov sú zdieľanie ploché obrazovky zavesenie na stenu.

At this second floor, you will see resistance machines, for upper body (chest, bicep, back, triceps) and legs. V tomto druhom poschodí uvidíte odpor stroje, na hornej časti tela (hrudníku, bicep, chrbát, triceps) a nôh. As usual, in a new gym huge like this, I have to look around for the machines. Ako obvykle, v novej telocvični obrovské takhle som sa pozrieť po strojoch. Good news is that after several weeks, the gym has finally grouped machines together meant for a single group of muscles.  True Fitness has invested in Nautilus, Hammer Strength, Body Master and Life Fitness resistance machines here. Dobrou správou je, že po niekoľkých týždňoch, telocvičňa konečne stroje zoskupené dohromady znamenalo na jednej skupiny svalov. Pravda Fitness investovala v Nautilus, Hammer sila, Body Master Life Fitness a odolnosť strojov tu.

On the third floor, you will see cardiovascular machines and some resistance machines too. Na treťom poschodí, uvidíte kardiovaskulárne stroje a niektoré odpor stroje príliš.

On second floor, one of the Group-X studios is located here. Na druhom poschodí, jeden zo skupiny X-štúdia je umiestnený tu. Though pillars can still be seen, but it is much better comparing with Sri Hartamas branch. Hoci stĺpiky možno stále vidieť, ale je to oveľa lepšie porovnávanie s Srí Hartamas pobočky. That studio can easily take 50 students without much problem. Štúdio, ktoré možno ľahko prijať 50 študentov bez veľké problémy.

And for the RPM enthusiasts, the RPM studio is BIG. A pre milovníkov RPM, RPM je štúdio BIG. At least 80 RPM bicycles there. Najmenej 80 RPM kola tam. In fact, for those cycling at the back complaining not being able to see the instructor, you will like this design. V skutočnosti je pre tých, cykloturistika na zadnej sťažujúceho nie sú schopní vidieť inštruktor, sa vám bude páčiť tento dizajn.
