أنا أولى ذهبت إلى كاليفورنيا لياقة في واد منتصفة في أغسطس - آب 2005 عندما نظر أنا كان حوالي ل [جم] جيّدة. اثنان سنون فيما بعد, عندما ذهب أنا إلى الخلف هناك. قد غيّر لاشيء كثير. هكذا, المراجعات أنا أتمّت اثنان سنون [أغو] بعد شرعيّة. هنا يذهب أنت ل ال [وريت وب].

هو كان [بوبليك هوليدي]. حركة مرور كان جدّا ناعمة عندما قاد نحن من [أوسج] إلى واد منتصفة. أخذ أقلّ من 20 دقائق إلى إستطاعة هناك, غير أنّ بعد يضطرّ أنفقت حوالي 10 دقائق أن يحصل موقف جيّدة. لعنت, [أس رلي س] 10:30 قبل الظّهر, سائحات وتسوق كان حشد سابقا هناك.
ذهب [ألّ ث] طريق حتّى أرضية ثالثة في جناح شماليّة. [غريتد] ب هذا إشارة لوح.
الاسم رسميّة من المركز واقعيّا سوفت كنت كاليفورنيا لياقة [جكي] [شن] رياضة.
الحقيقة - في [إرلي ر] 2005, كاليفورنيا قد حبّر لياقة مشاركة مع [جكي] [شن] أن يخلق سلسلة من كاليفورنيا لياقة [جكي] [شن] توقيع لياقة مراكز. الأولى كاليفورنيا لياقة [جكي] [شن] أمسك رياضة في ماليزيا فتحته عظيمة في يوليو-تمّوز 2005.
بما أنّ نحن قد سجّلنا عبر إنترنت للمحاكمة حرّة, يبدي الموظف الإستقبالنا قسيمة رقم. يقوله احتاج نحن خزائن. استطاع لم يصدقه عندما قال هو أنّ نحن اضطرّ اشتريت نا خاصّة كتلة تعقّب هويس. هو مثل يسألني أن يشتري ي خاصّة مهروس طمطم عندما يأكل أنا في [مكدونلد]' [س.].
ما من إختبار, يحصل ي كتلة تعقّب هويس ل [رم8]. يعطي ممر مؤقّتة أيّ أنا احتجت فيما بعد أن يتبادل لفوط.
ثانية لم يتلقّى مفاجأة, المركز بما فيه الكفاية عمليّة بيع شخص أن يسلّينا. لا تلقّى هو أيّ مدربة شخصيّة أن يبدينا حوالي. كان قلت أكثر من زار خمسة عشر ضيفات كان المركز. أتى الحشد [أس رلي س] 8 قبل الظّهر!
مهما كان, قال نحن الموظف الإستقبال نحن استكشفنا المركز بنفسي. باشرت إلى الفوطة مركز. أعطيت كلّ من نا كان واحدة فوطة صغيرة وواحدة فوطة كبيرة. كان سعيدة أنّ لم يسأل نحن كان أن يشتري الفوط.
الذكريّة يغيّر غرفة, هو بدهشة ضخمة. يؤسّس على حساباتي, أكثر من 500 خزائن هناك. واحدة منطقة ل يأخذ وابل, واحدة منطقة ل [درينغ هير] وواحدة منطقة مرحاض.
ذهب بعد يغيّر ملابسي, إلى ال يمدّد منطقة أيّ كان في الأرضية أولى. رأى هذا اثنان (أقفاص [لووك ليك]) يمدّد آلات.
يقف من الأرضية أولى, المنظرة مدهشة.
قرّر أن يركض ل 10 دقائق إلى [ورم وب]. أكثر من 30 طاحونة دوس هناك.
في الأخرى جانب من الأرضية أولى, آخر قليل من كثير آلات هناك.
After running non-stop for 10 minutes, I took a rest. Walked to the other side of the first floor and saw a kick-boxing area. The instructor was having one-to-one training session with a lady.
Walked to other side, and saw a class was going on.
I think the club is spacious and the air ventilation is good.
Went to ground floor. Decided to do only exercise for my back and triceps.
I like the free weight area. It has every thing I normally use.
It even has an outdoor basket ball court too. Not bad. Wish it would have built a Futsal court there.
If you are lucky as I did, you will see babe in bikini. However, she left before I had a chance to talk to her.
The pool was clean. The size is what I have expected.
Did not bring my swimming trunks along. Sigh.
On the way to take my shower, saw this huge poster on the wall, outside of the male changing room. Look as if Jackie Chan is trying hard to convince me with his philosophy.

I am not sure whether Jackie represent the legend of dragon. How about Bruce Lee?
Some other facts you may want to know about this club at Mid Valley:
- The gym used to be Sweat Club before California Fitness took over.
- Only plain water is available. You won’t be able get 100 Plus, Coke, Chiva, Jack Daniel or wine.
- The ratio of male and female members is 1:1, whom I saw that day, is pretty even.
- Was told it is 55,000 square feet (it was the largest gym in Malaysia before True Fitness came in later.)
- Separate Male and Female Sauna and Steam Facilities (I forgot to check this out)
- Complimentary shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotions and use of hair dryers provided
- Hours of operation:
- Monday to Saturday: 6:30 AM to 12 AM
- Sunday: 7 AM to 10 PM

i was a member in your club n i was quite satisfied your facilities n services so i brought my boyfriend to join your club. he sign one year pro gramme.. but today 8th of October 2007, he went to gym like usual, after changing, my boyfriend LOCKED the locker n went out, but he realized that he forget his towel.. n he went back to take it, unfortunately he found tat his locker was open by someone else..
we trusted California provide good services n high security system n we never think that this will b happen on my boyfriend.
we did our responsibilities, we did lock the locker, but still we cant protect our valuable things.. he lost more than 3k today..
such a successful gym but still cannot provide high security to the customer!! i was so disappointed.
hopefully your club can do something to my boyfriend~ thanks
