I had a very bad experince with California Fitness. היה לי מאוד רע experince עם כושר קליפורניה. The transfers was done and my friend had left the country. את העברות נעשה והחבר שלי עזבו את הארץ. 2 weeks after, I returned to the gym, the consultant (Cecilia) told me that my membership was frozen and there are pending of RM2k!!! 2 שבועות אחרי, חזרתי אל חדר כושר, את יועץ (Cecilia) אמר לי כי החברות שלי היה קפוא ויש הממתינים של RM2k!

In addtion, She (Cecilia) was so freaking RUDE and giving me that 'cocky' eye stare. בנוסף, היא (Cecilia) היה כל כך גס רוח freaking ולתת לי את זה 'cocky' עיניים לנעוץ מבט. This is ridiculous….I wonder all these gym are made to help ppl to stay fit or just there to rip ppls fortune or undercover ah long joint. זה מגוחך .... אני תוהה כל אלה מבוצעים כושר כדי לסייע ppl להישאר בכושר או סתם שם כדי לקרוע ppls הון או חשאי אה ארוך משותף.

Anyway i failed to understand why these consultant have such bad customer service….and attitude is another issue. בכל מקרה אני לא הצליחו להבין מדוע אלה יש כאלה יועץ רע עם שירות הלקוחות של .... וכן גישה אחרת לבעיה.
Why I can comment cause coming from customer service b/grd i know what thing that is important are manners!!!!!! למה אני יכול לגרום התגובה מגיע שירות הלקוחות ב / grd אני יודע מה הדבר החשוב הוא נמצא נימוסים !!!!!!

4) Hygenien problem – Trainer's sweat was all over the machine…I saw it dripping all over…gross 4) Hygenien בעיה - מאמן של זיעה היה בכל רחבי המכונה ... ראיתי את זה בכל מקום ... טפטוף ברוטו

My friend also recently found out that, despite having stopped going after finishing his 1-year contract, they continued to bill him every month, up until recently where his “bill” accumulated to about RM1000+. חבר שלי גם לאחרונה נמצא, כי למרות שיש עצר הולך אחרי שסיימו את חוזה 1 שנים, הם המשיכו Bill אותו מדי חודש, עד לאחרונה, שם את "הצעת חוק" צבר כ RM1000 +.

I would strongly advise checking out smaller gyms (ie not California Fitness, Fitness First, Celebrity Fitness ad nauseam) as you'd get a more honest-to-goodness place to work out. הייתי מאוד לייעץ לבדוק את gyms קטנות (כלומר לא קליפורניה כושר, כושר גופני ראשון, סלבריטאים כושר המודעה nauseam) כפי שאתה מעוניין לקבל יותר ישר אל מקום טוב לעבוד החוצה.

I joined CF in MVM sometime in June. אני הצטרפתי ב CF MVM מתישהו ביוני. Overall it's an above average gym, with fully functional equipment. בסך הכל, זה מעל הממוצע של חדר כושר, עם הציוד המתפקדים במלואם.

Few months back, I decided to take a look of what this gym has to offer.Encountered with this lady named “Alicia”. כמה חודשים אחורה, החלטתי להעיף מבט של מה זה צריך כושר offer.Encountered עם גברת בשם "אלישיה". She explains the rates to us and this is where it turns ugly. היא מסבירה את שיעורי לנו וזה בה הופכת מכוער. After explaining to her that I am still trying to look around, she does not accept the reason and keep on being pushy towards us signing the deal. לאחר להסביר לה כי אני עדיין מנסה להסתכל מסביב, היא אינה מקבלת את הסיבה ולשמור על היותו pushy כלפינו החתימה על העסקה. Can't help but think she's on a curse or something as she is really rude and look down on others. לא יכול לעזור, אבל היא חושבת על קללה או משהו כפי שהיא באמת גס ו להתנשא על אחרים. At the end, she just won't apologize and walk away rudely stating that it's our lost for not signing on the spot. בסוף, היא פשוט לא מתנצל ותלך rudely וקבע כי היא לא איבדה את החתימה על נקודה.

And best part, few weeks later, CF got the guts to call back in and ask whether I'm interested after what happened. ומה החלק הכי טוב, כמה שבועות מאוחר יותר, CF יש אומץ להתקשר שוב ושאל אם אני מעוניין אחרי מה שקרה. Recently I signed up myself with another gym…. לאחרונה חתמתי על עצמי עם אחר ... כושר. but they gave me loads of excuse with regards to the offer: אבל הם נתנו לי המון תירוץ לגבי את ההצעה:

1) Promotion ended – no more 2 yrs for est RM130. 1) קידום הסתיים - לא עוד 2 שנים עבור EST RM130. Only if u signed up 3yrs, then you get this price – רק אם נרשמת U 3yrs, ולאחר מכן אתה מקבל את זה מחיר --
My Verdict : I stand firm and said only 2 yrs for the same price, and briefly mentioned that without this I just bring my business else where. פסיקה שלי: אני עומדת המשרד ואמר רק 2 שנים עבור אותו מחיר, ו הזכיר בקצרה כי בלי זה אני רק מביא את עסקי אחר שבו.

Final verdict: Btw I declined all their vouchers cause I know i have to top up when i use the voucher. פסק דין סופי: Btw אני נדחה שוברים את הכל כי אני יודע שאני צריך למלא כאשר אני משתמש על שובר. Its a waste of money anyway. על בזבוז של כסף בכל מקרה. And i got what i wanted, a good deal and extra towels :) (if involves give and take) ויש לי את מה שאני רוצה, או עסקה טובה נוספת מגבות:) (אם כרוכה תן וקח)

My advise to those you wanna plan to join gym אזור לייעץ לאותם ברצונך להצטרף לתכנית כושר
Just stand firm and give them the poker face look…and always tell them if you are not happy…you can always bring your business elsewhere המשרד פשוט לעמוד ולתת להם את הפנים פוקר נראה ... ותמיד אומרים להם אם אתה לא שמח ... אתה תמיד יכול להביא את העסק שלך במקום אחר

Does the gym have an age limitation? חדר כושר האם יש הגבלה לגיל? As in we've gotta be 18 or older to join or something? כמו שמנו צריך להיות 18 או ישנים כדי להצטרף או משהו? Can teens register as members too? הילדים יכולים להירשם כחברים מדי?

Horrible Horrible Service at CF in the Sunway Pyramid , I fell for their sell scam and if you sign up now you get a better deal and bs like everyone else already described. נורא נורא השירות ב CF של Sunway פירמידה, נפלתי על הונאה למכור ואם אתה נרשם עכשיו אתה מקבל יותר להתמודד ו bs כמו כולם כבר המתואר.

The staff over there are terrible , as if i owe them something, extremely rude, no manner what so ever , if you ask me don't join CF , join any other gym. הצוות שם הם נורא, כאילו אני חייב להם משהו, מאוד לא מנומס, לא מה כל כך באופן מתמיד, אם את שואלת אותי לא להצטרף CF, להצטרף אחרת כושר.

My personal experience about the locker, I have a big and expansive lock. הניסיון האישי שלי על הלבשה, יש לי גדולים מתפשט המנעול.
i use it everyday, but my cash also get lost. אני משתמשת בזה כל יום, אבל גם במזומן תתחפף. no matter RM50 or 500 ..there also gone i have asked other peoples there and what i got the feedback is … ” Ya …the stealer smart because they only take cash without trace ” of course we have report to they management and they tell this is not they problems and not your locker is not crash broke …you just said you lost only ..how to justify you got lost the money ….. לא משנה RM50 או 500 .. הלכו שם גם יש לי שאלה עמים אחרים לשם מה יש לי את המשוב היא ... Due to the busy working life, we seldom go for work out ( this is the main reason we sign up for infinity, as there is no expired date for the membership). בשל תפוס את עובדת החיים, לעתים נדירות אנחנו הולכים לצאת לעבודה (זו היא הסיבה העיקרית שאנחנו להירשם לאינסוף, כפי אין תאריך פג תוקף של חברות).

Even though we are busy with tight working scedule, we are still able to go for work out within 2005-2007. למרות שאנו עסוקים הדוק עם עובד scedule, אנחנו עדיין יכולים לצאת לעבוד בתוך 2005-2007. We are quite shock to hear that and so questioned them how could it be as we have fully paid for the membership. אנחנו ממש בהלם לשמוע את זה, וכך נחקרו אותם איך הוא יכול להיות שיש לנו מלא שילם עבור החברות. The stupid staff told us we have not visited them since 2008, and the renewal for the membership (RM88) has overdue. את טיפשה סגל אמר לנו שיש לנו אותם לא ביקרה מאז 2008, ועל חידוש עבור חברות (RM88) יש איחור. We were told that it is their policy to terminate our membership if we are not able to pay for that renewal fees after 3 months from the due date, which is August 2008. אנחנו נאמר שזה המדיניות שלהם כדי לסיים את החברות שלנו, אם אנחנו לא יכולים לשלם על זה דמי חידוש אחרי 3 חודשים את מועד פירעון, אשר באוגוסט 2008.

Furthermore, their customer service is the worst I would say. יתר על כן, שירות הלקוחות שלהם הוא הגרוע ביותר הייתי אומר.
