I had a very bad experince with California Fitness. Man buvo labai blogai experince su Kalifornijos Fitnesas. I joined this gym back in 2006 by then it was still nice. Aš prisijungė prie šios sporto atgal 2006 m., tada dar buvo gražus. But for some reasons I didnt continue and I only when there like once or twice in that one month. Tačiau dėl tam tikrų priežasčių aš didnt toliau, ir aš tik tada, kai, pavyzdžiui, vieną ar du kartus per vieną mėnesį.

However, this year in 2008 my friend wanted to transfer his membership in MV for a very good deal. Tačiau šiais metais 2008 metais mano draugas nori perduoti savo narystę MV už labai gerą sandorį. So I thought why not since it was near my office (btw my office was at Menara IGB) which makes more sense cause then I could save the parking fees and I can go after work. Taigi maniau, kodėl gi ne, nes jis šalia mano biuras (btw mano biure buvo MENARA IGB), kurios sudaro daugiau jausmą sukelti aš galėtų sutaupyti stovėjimo mokesčiai ir aš galiu eiti po darbo.

The transfers was done and my friend had left the country. Perkėlimas buvo atliktas, o mano draugas paliko šalį. 2 weeks after, I returned to the gym, the consultant (Cecilia) told me that my membership was frozen and there are pending of RM2k!!! 2 savaites po to, aš grįžo į sporto salė, konsultantas (Cecilia) man pasakė, kad mano narystė buvo užšaldytas ir yra laukiama iš RM2k!

In addtion, She (Cecilia) was so freaking RUDE and giving me that 'cocky' eye stare. Be to, ji (Cecilia) taip freaking RUDE ir tai mane, kad "cocky" akių spoksojimas. The system was not able to detact it ealier during the transfer was done. Sistema negalėjo detact ji ealier metu perkėlimas buvo baigtas. She said that because I was a member before, the transfer should not be applicable. Ji sakė, kad buvau nariu anksčiau, perkėlimas neturėtų būti taikomas. This is ridiculous….I wonder all these gym are made to help ppl to stay fit or just there to rip ppls fortune or undercover ah long joint. Tai juokinga .... Įdomu, visų šių treniruoklių salė yra padėti ppl sustabdyti tinkami arba tiesiog ten zgrać ppls sėkmė ar slaptas ah ilgai jungtimi.

Anyway i failed to understand why these consultant have such bad customer service….and attitude is another issue. Bet ir negalėjo suprasti, kodėl šie konsultantas tokie blogi klientų aptarnavimo .... Ir požiūris yra kita problema.

My friend also recently found out that, despite having stopped going after finishing his 1-year contract, they continued to bill him every month, up until recently where his “bill” accumulated to about RM1000+. Mano draugas taip pat neseniai nustatė, kad, nepaisant to, kad nustojo vyksta po apdailos jo 1 metų sutartį, jie toliau vekselis jam kas mėnesį, iki neseniai, kai savo "sąskaita" sukaupta apie RM1000 +.

I would strongly advise checking out smaller gyms (ie not California Fitness, Fitness First, Celebrity Fitness ad nauseam) as you'd get a more honest-to-goodness place to work out. Aš primygtinai rekomenduojame patikrinti mažesnių siłownie (ty ne Kalifornijos Fitnesas, Fitnesas Pirmiausia Garsenybių Sveikatingumo Į znudzenia) kaip norėtumėte gauti daugiau sąžiningai į gera vieta rengti.

I joined CF in MVM sometime in June. Aš prisijungė SF į MVM nors birželį. Overall it's an above average gym, with fully functional equipment. Apskritai tai yra didesnis nei vidutinis salė, visiškai funkcinis įrangos.

My main gripe is with the patrons. Mano pagrindinis niurzgėjimas yra su globėjų. A number of them are inconsiderate, rude and plain obnoxious. Kelios iš jų yra Neįdėmiai, grubus ir paprastas odrażający. There is a distinct lack of gym etiquette observed in the MVM branch. Yra atskiras trūksta sporto etiketo pastebėtas, atliekant MVM filialas. Examples include leaving towels on machines as a sign of 'reservation', groups of three to four individuals standing around a machine and chit-chatting and hogging the machine, and some using the machines as a place to rest. I'm also a bit disappointed that CF does not have general floor trainers to help with pointers and tips; advice comes with a price. All in all, good infrastructure, but as usual, certain groups spoil the fun for the rest of us. Visa, gera infrastruktūra, tačiau, kaip įprasta, tam tikrų grupių sugadinti malonumą kitiems mūsų.

Few months back, I decided to take a look of what this gym has to offer.Encountered with this lady named “Alicia”. Keletą mėnesių atgal aš nusprendė pažvelgti, kas šiame salėje turi offer.Encountered su šia mergina, pavadintą "Alicia". She explains the rates to us and this is where it turns ugly. Ji paaiškina normos mums ir tai, kur ji negraži. After explaining to her that I am still trying to look around, she does not accept the reason and keep on being pushy towards us signing the deal. Po paaiškinti jai, kad aš vis dar bando ieškoti aplink ji nepriima priežastį ir toliau yra landus į mus pasirašymo sandorį. It takes her no time to start being rude and talk all sort of nonsense like if you don't join the gym here and now, you just going to enter the grave faster. Jis priima savo ne laikas pradėti yra grubus ir kalbėti visų rūšių nesąmonė kaip jei nenorite prisijungti prie treniruoklių salė čia ir dabar, tiesiog ketina įvesti rimtą greičiau. She make the whole thing like if you don't join now, you won't be able to continue surviving outside. Ji daro visa tai, pavyzdžiui, jei nenorite prisijungti dabar jūs negalėsite tęsti gyvas ne. It's like the gym is going to give you money if you start going to gym as she even compare it with going to work when she ask you if offer letter is given to you, are you going to wait and consider the offer further rather than just sign it. It's like salėje ketina suteikti jums pinigai, jei pradėti ketina salė, kaip ji net palyginti jį su išeiti į darbą, kai ji paprašo, jei pasiūlymas laiškas Jums, jūs palaukti ir apsvarstyti pasiūlymo toliau, o ne tik pasirašyti. Oh hello??! O labas?! Work feeds your daily expenses! Darbas kanalų dienos išlaidos! Can't help but think she's on a curse or something as she is really rude and look down on others. Negali padėti, bet manote, kad ji dėl prakeikimas ar kažką kaip ji tikrai yra grubus ir spojrzeniem kitiems. At the end, she just won't apologize and walk away rudely stating that it's our lost for not signing on the spot. Pabaigoje, ji tiesiog nebus Atsiprašome pėsčiomis atžariai, nurodantis, kad tai mūsų prarasti ne pasirašymas vietoje.

And best part, few weeks later, CF got the guts to call back in and ask whether I'm interested after what happened. Given situation like this, I advice those interested to join, take some prozac before you speak to those consultants. Recently I signed up myself with another gym…. Neseniai aš užsiregistravau save su kita gimnastikos .... but they gave me loads of excuse with regards to the offer: tačiau jie man apkrovų pateisinimu dėl pasiūlymo:

1) Promotion ended – no more 2 yrs for est RM130. 1) skatinti baigėsi - ne daugiau 2 metų EST RM130. Only if u signed up 3yrs, then you get this price – Tik jei ir pasirašė 3yrs, tuomet gausite tokią kainą --
My Verdict : I stand firm and said only 2 yrs for the same price, and briefly mentioned that without this I just bring my business else where. Mano verdiktas: "Aš tvirtai ir sakė, tik 2 metų už tą pačią kainą, ir trumpai paminėti, kad be to aš tik pareikšti savo verslo where else.

2) You must have certain card to entitle the 0% for 24 mths – the CC I hold was not valid for 24 mths but 12mths instead 2) Jūs turite turėti tam tikrų kortelę teisę 0% 24 mths - SS Turiu nebuvo galioja 24 mths bet 12mths vietoj
My verdict: Again I stand firm and gave her the poker face :) that i will not sign up. Mano verdiktas: Ir aš tvirtai ir davė jai pokerio veido:), kad i nebus užsiregistruoti. Then later she pursuaded and decided to give me additional 10% from the total biling!!!!! Vėliau ji įtikino ir nusprendė suteikti man dar 10% nuo bendro biling !!!!!

I told the consultant I dont want those bags… or bottle..cause I have plenty of those instead I nego to get 2 sets of towel!!!! Powiedziałem konsultantas I dont wanna tie maišai ... arba butelį .. priežasties aš daug tų vietoj aš derybų gauti 2 rinkiniai rankšluosčių! LOL LOL

Final verdict: Btw I declined all their vouchers cause I know i have to top up when i use the voucher. Galutinis verdiktas: Btw aš atmetė visus savo vaučerius sukelti aš žinau, aš į viršų, kai i naudoti kvitas. Its a waste of money anyway. Jos atlieka pinigų vistiek. And i got what i wanted, a good deal and extra towels :) (if involves give and take) Ir aš gavau ką norėjau, a good deal ir papildomi rankšluosčiai:) (jei reikia ir atsižvelgti)

My advise to those you wanna plan to join gym Mano patarti tiems norite planą prisijungti salė

Does the gym have an age limitation? Ar salė yra amžiaus apribojimai? As in we've gotta be 18 or older to join or something? Kaip mes turime būti 18 ar vyresni prisijungti ar kažką? Can teens register as members too? Ar paaugliams registre narių per?

Horrible Horrible Service at CF in the Sunway Pyramid , I fell for their sell scam and if you sign up now you get a better deal and bs like everyone else already described. Horrible horrible aptarnavimo CF į Sunway piramidės, aš nukrito jų pardavimo sukčiavimo ir jei užsiregistruosite dabar jums geriau spręsti ir bs kaip ir visi kiti jau aprašyta.

The staff over there are terrible , as if i owe them something, extremely rude, no manner what so ever , if you ask me don't join CF , join any other gym. Personalo ten yra baisi, kaip jeigu aš skolingus jiems ką nors, labai grubus, ne taip, ką nors padaryti, jei paprašykite manęs negali prisijungti SF prisijungti bet kurios kitos sporto.

i have also some experience at the gym. Aš taip pat kai kurių patirtis treniruoklių salė. although the gym facilities and amenities are quite ok, with the pool and everything, but the customer service is always a problems. nors sporto ir įrenginius yra gana gerai, su baseinu ir viskas, bet klientų visada yra problemų. i had terminated my membership already but having to terminate that was a problem. ir buvo nutrauktas mano narystę jau tačiau nutraukti tai buvo problema. there was one time when i want to terminate my membership, they said i lack one payment and i cannot have done it until i pay the balance. buvo vieną kartą, kai aš noriu nutraukti savo narystę, jie pasakė i trūksta vieno mokėjimo ir i negali daryti, kol i sumokėti likutį. to my surprise, i have never missed any payment, and don't know how that can be possible, they said, there was one time i paid 1 months membership fees instead of two. mano nuostaba, aš niekada praleistus bet kokį mokėjimą, ir nežino, kaip kad gali būti įmanoma, jie pasakė, buvo vienu metu ir mokama 1 mėnuo narystės mokestį vietoj dviejų. however, i remember that i paid for 2 months, but i think they recorded it as one. Tačiau ir nepamiršti, kad ir sumokėti už 2 mėnesius, bet manau, kad jie registruojami kaip vienas. i was very dissapointed and went back home to look for my credit card statement and the statement indicate that i paid for the sum of 2 months. i was very dissapointed ir grįžo namo ieškoti savo kreditinę kortelę ir pareiškimas rodo, kad i mokama už sumą 2 mėnesius. 1-2 weeks later, i came back and show my statement, and clearly there was an error in their system. 1-2 savaites vėliau, ir atėjo atgal ir parodyti savo pareiškimą, ir aiškiai buvo klaida jų sistemos. without feeling any guilt, they change the figures in front of me and say that there was no problem initially. be jausmas bet kaltė, jos pakeisti skaičių prieš mane ir pasakyk, kad nebuvo jokių problemų iš pradžių. i was pissed and want to continue on my termination and they said that, they have already charged me with the next month fees. i was pissed ir nori tęsti savo nutraukimas ir jie pasakė, kad jie jau pavesta man kito mėnesio mokesčius. i said that i have wanted to end my membership 2 weeks ago and how could you still charged me with the next month membership, they have overcharged me and they want me to pay, how can that be, i was so angry, but the manager was not around. ir sakė, kad aš norėjau nutraukti savo narystę 2 savaites ir kaip tai galima dar mokėti man kitą mėnesį narystės, jie man per daug ir jie nori man mokėti, kaip kad yra, ir buvo toks piktas, bet vadybininkas nebuvo aplink. the customer service is so terrible and would not want to return there. klientų aptarnavimo yra tokia baisi ir nenorėtų grįžti ten. they put all the blame and fault towards the customer where as they are the one doing the mistakes. jie visas vyno ir kaltės į klientą, kai jie viena daro klaidų.

Few years back, I have joined their Gold membership package. Keletą metų atgal, aš įstojo savo aukso narystės pakete. After 1 month, they persuade me and my sister to join their Infinity Membership package, which is a life time membership. Po 1 mėnesio, jie įtikinti mane, ir mano sesuo prisijungti prie savo begalybės Narystė paketas, kuris yra laikas narystės.

We have paid RM8943.9 in total, for a couple plan Infinity membership. Mes mokama RM8943.9 viso per kelias planą Begalybė narystės. We paid this by installment (3 years). Mes mokama šio išsimokėtinai (3 metai). Meaning, the bank paid this amount in advance, and we paid to the bank by installment 3 years. Kitaip tariant, bankas sumokėjo šią sumą iš anksto, ir mes mokama banko išsimokėtinai 3 metai. Besides this installment, we will also need to pay RM88 as the membership renewal fees each year. Be to, įmoka, mes taip pat reikia mokėti RM88 kaip narystės pratęsimo mokesčiai kasmet.

Due to the busy working life, we seldom go for work out ( this is the main reason we sign up for infinity, as there is no expired date for the membership). Atsižvelgiant į užimtas darbo gyvenime, mes retai eiti nustatyti (tai yra pagrindinė priežastis, mes užsiregistruoti begalybės, nes nėra pasibaigęs datą dėl narystės).

Even though we are busy with tight working scedule, we are still able to go for work out within 2005-2007. Till March 2009, we try to go for work out and guess what happen?? Iki kovo 2009, stengiamės eiti į darbą ir atspėti, kas atsitiks? The staff there told us, we have RESIGNED our membership!! Personalo ten papasakojo mums, atsisakė mūsų narystės!

We are quite shock to hear that and so questioned them how could it be as we have fully paid for the membership. The stupid staff told us we have not visited them since 2008, and the renewal for the membership (RM88) has overdue. Furthermore, their customer service is the worst I would say. Be to, jų klientų aptarnavimas yra pats blogiausias Sakyčiau.
