I can cram the vegies but the exercise is hard to do in a tough economic environment when you have to do more work.... :-(</description>

		<description>I think most people tend to abuse a recommendation such as &#039;drink moderately&#039; and take it as a license to drink. So yes, while it&#039;s true that drinking moderately may have long term health benefits... unless we can control ourselves - it&#039;s probably better to just stay away, and not con yourself that every drink you have is good for you. That, in my opinion, is a much better approach in reality.</description>
