I think most people tend to abuse a recommendation such as ‘drink moderately’ and take it as a license to drink. So yes, while it’s true that drinking moderately may have long term health benefits… unless we can control ourselves - it’s probably better to just stay away, and not con yourself that every drink you have is good for you. That, in my opinion, is a much better approach in reality.

I need more vegies and exercise!!!
I can cram the vegies but the exercise is hard to do in a tough economic environment when you have to do more work…. :-(

Here’s two more for you guys..
If you are not getting your daily vegetables, use a supplement such as Veggie Greens (r) or Greens + (r)
a scoop of that stuff provides 5-6 servings of your daily fruits and vegetables…
AND… STOP DIETING… incur an eating HABIT instead. habit is for life… a diet is short term
do u want short term results or everlasting health? you decide…
