After joining an expensive gym, most people’s motivation to workout wanes after two months. Too busy with work, having sore muscles, taking a break or can’t get out from the bed is some of the common excuse we heard many times.
I have the same challenge too. But, every time I am in this situation, I look at some great photos or workout videos.

One of my favorite motivational idols is Nick Auger. Nick Auger was the winner of 2004 Model Universe. He has he appeared in the cover model of Fitness Rx for Men (Nov 2004 issue). Now, he works as a model and fitness instructor.
Look at his muscles, look at the shape. Don’t you have the dream of become like him?

You don’t have to sit down and start writing the new year resolution before you go to gym. Pack your bag, wear your shoes and go to the gym.
Last but not least, if you celebrate Christmas, Merry Christmas. If you celebrate other Holidays, I hope your Holiday Season is Wonderful and Joyous!

I know it’s late but I was away few days ago, merry christmas anyway. Speaking of the pictures, don’t you think looking at the same pictures every time makes a person immune to them and can even have a demotivating effect? I’m not too sure either…

Merry Christmas Mun. I agree pictures are a great motivator. Gotta throw in the training scene from Rocky IV too. If that doesn’t motivate you I don’t know what will.
