I feel you should do both cardio & weight training even after losing weight. Počutim se ne bi smel početi oboje srca in izobraževanje mas tudi po izgubi teže. Yes, muscles does help in keeping the metabolism at high rate. Ja, mišice ne pomaga v skladu metabolizem pri visoki stopnji. It means we are still able to burn body fat at a higher rate even when we are not exercising =) To pomeni, da smo še vedno sposobni opeklina telesne maščobe na višji stopnji, tudi ko se ne izvaja =)
