I tried to work out once when I was just having a cold. JA pokušao to funkcionirati jedanput kad sam bio samo sa hladnom. Because I didn't take a very hot shower after that, I caught the flu. Jer nisam se jako vruće tuširanje nakon toga, ja zatečen grip.
Anyway, I noticed that after I get either the cold or flu, my chest feels rather congested and I can't seem to have enough lung capacity to exercise at the level I was before. Thanks for the info as I was wondering about this question for quite some time. Hvala za jedan dan informacije kao što sam je razmišljajući o tom pitanju dosta za neko vrijeme. I went for a pilates class when I got cold. JA je otišao za pilates razreda kada sam dobio hladno. As a result it made me worse and got to visit the doctor at last. My yoga teacher has also told us not to exercise when we are sick. Moj joga učitelj nam je također rekao da ne vježbe kada smo bolesna.
Anyway, I'm not that “hardworking” to think of exercising when I'm sick. Bilo kako, Im 'ne da "marljiv" misliti vježbanje kada sam bolesna. Lots of rest and lots of water is the best medicine. Puno odmora i puno vode je najbolji lijek.

I always thought exercising will make my fever go away as I sweat. Uvijek sam mislila vježbanje će izraditi moj groznica odlazim kao što sam znoj. Last week I was down with quite a terrible flu, all symtoms mentioned above were significant including a lower, back neck muscle pain. Prošli tjedan sam bio s prilično strašna gripa, sve symtoms navedene su značajne uključujući nižu, leđa vrat bolova u mišićima. So I thought exercising is a good idea. Tako sam mislio vježbanje je dobra ideja. Naturally my stamina was lousy and feel very tired easily but my fever was gone after I sweated. Naravno, moja je snaga ušljiv osjećati vrlo umorno i lako ali moj groznica je nestalo nakon što sam sweated. So I thought that was the end of my fever, heck, but noooo…….it got worst after a few hours! Pa sam mislio da je kraj moje groznicu, pakao, no noooo ... .... To je najgore, nakon nekoliko sati! My throat got even drier, neck muscle more painful, even worst fever than before because I feel very cold in normal tempreture. Moje grlo dobio čak kosu, vrat mišić više bolna, čak i najgori temperaturu nego prije, jer se osjećam jako hladno u normalnom tempreture. Luckily I went to see the doctor and I recovered the next day. Srećom JA je otišao da vidi doktor i ja vratio sljedećeg dana. Thank goodness! Hvala bogu! :-) Now only I know exercise isn'ta good idea when we aren't feeling well. :-) Sada samo znam vježba nije dobra ideja, kada se ne osjeća dobro.

Good post Mun. Dobar post Mun. You have got it spot on when you say “Missing a week of workout will not deteriorate your fitness level significantly”. Imate ga na licu mjesta kada kažemo "Nedostaje tjedan workout neće pokvariti vaše fitness razini značajno". In fact I usually take a week off from the gym every 8 weeks or so just to give my body a rest, regardless of whether I am ill or not. U stvari ja obično uzeti tjedan iz teretane svakih 8 tjedana ili tako da samo dajem moje tijelo odmoriti, bez obzira da li sam bolestan ili ne. I think it's good to have a rest period a few times a year just to let your body fully recharge. Mislim da je dobro imati ostatak perioda nekoliko puta godišnje samo na to da vaše tijelo u potpunosti ponovo napuniti.

Good information. Dobra informacija. I'm in training for a half-marathon – my first real running adventure – and I'm like sponge when it comes to what to do and not to do. Excellent post! Odlican post! I have attempted to work out with a flu once and after that, my flu got much worse and I was sick for more than 2 weeks! Ja sam pokušao da se rad sa gripa jednom i nakon toga, moj je dobio gripu mnogo gori i bila sam bolesna za više od 2 tjedna!
Lesson learnt : Never do any intensive workouts when sick and especially at the early stage of sickness for 2 reasons. Naučila lekciju: Nikada do bilo kakve intenzivne workouts kada bolesna, a posebno u ranoj fazi bolesti za 2 razloga.
Reason 1 – our immune system already weakened from the sickness will have a uphill task of fighting the sickness if it's further weakened by intensive exercise. Razlog 1 - naš imunološki sustav oslabljen već od bolesti će imati težak zadatak u borbi protiv bolesti ako je dodatno oslabljeno by intenzivnog vježbanja.
Reason 2 – it's bad on our part to spread virus in the gym. Razlog 2 - to je loše na naš dio za širenje virusa u teretanu. Flu virus spread easier by touch more than by air, so if you don't wipe all those machines you touched with a disinfectant, you will very likely pass to others. Širenje virusa gripe lakše od dotaći više nego zrak, pa ako ne eliminirati sve one strojeve vas dotaknu s dezinfekciju, vrlo vjerojatno ćete proći s drugima. And since most people's immune system are temporarily weakened during their workout in the gym, they stand a high chance of getting the flu. i worked out during a cold which caused my cold to last three weeks. Ja sam radio tokom prehlade koja uzrokovalo moje hladno u posljednja tri tjedna. THREE. Drvo. i would get better and get immediately sick again. ja će biti bolje i dobiti odmah opet bolesna. i was scared to miss a good workout for a week in case i lost any progress or gained weight, so when i did workout during that week, it ended up getting me so ill that i couldnt work out for an addition two more weeks. Bila sam preplašena propustiti dobar trening za tjedan sam izgubila u slučaju bilo kakvih tijeku ili su stekli težinu, pa kad sam uvježbavanje tijekom tog tjedna, to zavrsilo uzimajući mene tako da sam bolestan couldnt rada za dodatak još dva tjedna.

Reading this article just stopped me from making a potential mistake. Čitanje ovaj članak jednostavno prestao me od pravljenja potencijalnih pogrešku. I sit here in the office coughing up goo and completely stuffed up. Ja sjedim ovdje u uredu iskašljavanje goo i potpuno punjene gore. I wanted badly to go to the gym for some heavy lifting as my work day is over and vacation is a week away, however as a scientist I had a nagging “don't go! It was reassuring to remember that my little jacked muscles wont waste away in a week (scientificially 2 weeks until any muscle loss at no activity-yup Im a geek!) and reading others' comments further pushed me away from the gym and into the kitchen to make some chicken soup then off to bed early. To je ohrabrujuća je upamtiti da je moj mali jacked mišiće udaljen navika otpada je u tjedan dana (scientificially 2 tjedna dok bilo koji gubitak mišića bez aktivnost yup-im geek!)
