I am not saying swimming is not good for losing body fat, but controlling what you eat after the exercise is important too. It is not the exercise itself that causes the problem , rather it is the increased eating after the exercise that causes the issue. heheh It was actually true without realizing it. heheh Det var faktisk rigtigt, uden at indse det. :) Swimmers in my college used to be fat. :) Svømmere i mit kollegium plejede at være fedt. Actually some of us, and some still have good body but they eat a lot too after competition or training. Rent faktisk nogle af os, og nogle har stadig god krop, men de spiser mange også efter konkurrence eller træning.
I used to do that too, big plate of dinner, and 2 glasses of fruit juice or any other drinks. Jeg plejede at gøre det alt for store plade af middagen, og 2 glas frugtjuice eller andre drikkevarer. Imagine how much calories consumed after that heavy exercise. Forestil dig hvor mange kalorier forbruges efter denne tunge øvelse.
Still trying to control my appetite lately as I am getting higher appetite for nice food. Stadig forsøger at kontrollere min appetit seneste som jeg får større appetit på dejlig mad. Must really take good care this holiday season from overeating. Skal virkelig passer godt denne feriesæsonen fra overeating. hehe hehe

I think if you want to lose weight, you must work hard in exercise and eat less..or at least control your appetite. Jeg tror, hvis du ønsker at tabe sig, skal du arbejde hårdt på motion og spise mindre .. eller i det mindste kontrollere din appetit.

Swimming is one of the best things you can do for your body. Svømning er en af de bedste ting, du kan gøre for din krop. Ask anyone who swims/ or has swam competitively. Spørg enhver, der swims / eller har svømmede konkurrencedygtige.
I recommend eating a banana before hand- the potassium and natural sugars of the banana will help you maximize your work out. Jeg vil anbefale at spise en banan før hånd-kalium og naturlige sukkerindhold for bananer vil hjælpe dig med at maksimere dit arbejde ud.
Most swimmer eat a lot of good carbs to battle the hunger eafterwards (like wheat pasta). De fleste svømmer spise en masse god carbs til kamp for sult eafterwards (ligesom hvede pasta).
The point is, do NOT eat poorly. Pointen er, ikke spiser dårligt. Exercise will NEVER make you healthy without the proper diet, and loosing weight for good means lifestyle changes, not quick fixes. Øvelse vil ALDRIG gøre dig sund uden korrekt ernæring, og at miste vægt for god betyder ændringer i livsstil, ikke quick fixes.
