heheh It was actually true without realizing it. heheh On je zapravo istinita realizirati bez njega. :) Swimmers in my college used to be fat. :) Plivače u mom faksu se masti. Actually some of us, and some still have good body but they eat a lot too after competition or training. I used to do that too, big plate of dinner, and 2 glasses of fruit juice or any other drinks. Koristio sam to učiniti previše, veliki tanjur za večeru, i 2 čaše soka od voća ili neka druga pića. Still trying to control my appetite lately as I am getting higher appetite for nice food. I think if you want to lose weight, you must work hard in exercise and eat less..or at least control your appetite. Mislim da ako želite izgubiti težinu, morate radimo u vježbi i jesti manje .. ili barem kontrolirati svoj apetit.

Swimming is one of the best things you can do for your body. Plivanje je jedna od najboljih stvari koje možete učiniti za svoje tijelo. Ask anyone who swims/ or has swam competitively. Pitaj tko swims / ili je doplivao competitively.
I recommend eating a banana before hand- the potassium and natural sugars of the banana will help you maximize your work out. Preporučujem prehrane jedan od banana prije rukom na kalij i prirodne šećere u banani će vam pomoći da poboljšate svoj rad out.
Most swimmer eat a lot of good carbs to battle the hunger eafterwards (like wheat pasta). Većina plivač jesti puno dobrih carbs u boj za glad eafterwards (kao što su pšenične tjestenine).
The point is, do NOT eat poorly. Stvar je, ne jede slabo. Exercise will NEVER make you healthy without the proper diet, and loosing weight for good means lifestyle changes, not quick fixes.
