heheh It was actually true without realizing it. heheh je bilo pravzaprav res brez realizacije je. :) Swimmers in my college used to be fat. :) Plavalce v moj kolegij, ki se uporablja maščobe. Actually some of us, and some still have good body but they eat a lot too after competition or training. Pravzaprav nekatere od nas, in nekateri še vedno dobro telo ampak jedo veliko preveč po konkurenci ali usposabljanje.
I used to do that too, big plate of dinner, and 2 glasses of fruit juice or any other drinks. Včasih sem za to preveč, velik krožnik z večerjo, in 2 kozarca sadnega soka ali katere koli druge pijače. Imagine how much calories consumed after that heavy exercise. Zamislite si, koliko kalorij se porabi po tem težko uveljavljajo.
Still trying to control my appetite lately as I am getting higher appetite for nice food. Še vedno poskuša kontrolirati mojega teka v zadnjem času, kot sem že višje tek za hrano lepo. I think if you want to lose weight, you must work hard in exercise and eat less..or at least control your appetite. Mislim, če želite izgubiti težo, morate trdo delati v uresničevanje in jesti manj .. ali vsaj kontrolo apetita.
