Many have taken up swimming as the exercise to lose weight. When we swim, most of our muscles are working and we have a full body workout.     heheh It was actually true without realizing it. heheh je bilo pravzaprav res brez realizacije je. :) Swimmers in my college used to be fat. :) Plavalce v moj kolegij, ki se uporablja maščobe. Actually some of us, and some still have good body but they eat a lot too after competition or training. Pravzaprav nekatere od nas, in nekateri še vedno dobro telo ampak jedo veliko preveč po konkurenci ali usposabljanje.

    I used to do that too, big plate of dinner, and 2 glasses of fruit juice or any other drinks. Včasih sem za to preveč, velik krožnik z večerjo, in 2 kozarca sadnega soka ali katere koli druge pijače. Imagine how much calories consumed after that heavy exercise. Zamislite si, koliko kalorij se porabi po tem težko uveljavljajo.

    Still trying to control my appetite lately as I am getting higher appetite for nice food. Še vedno poskuša kontrolirati mojega teka v zadnjem času, kot sem že višje tek za hrano lepo. Must really take good care this holiday season from overeating. Mora res Pazi to počitniški sezoni od overeating. hehe hehe

    I think if you want to lose weight, you must work hard in exercise and eat less..or at least control your appetite. Mislim, če želite izgubiti težo, morate trdo delati v uresničevanje in jesti manj .. ali vsaj kontrolo apetita.

    Swimming is one of the best things you can do for your body. Plavanje je ena najboljših stvari, lahko storite za svoje telo. Ask anyone who swims/ or has swam competitively. Vprašajte vsakogar, ki plava / ali je plaval konkurenčnih.

    I recommend eating a banana before hand- the potassium and natural sugars of the banana will help you maximize your work out. Priporočamo vam, da jeste banane pred roko kalija in naravne sladkorje z bananami vam bo pomagal, da izboljšate svoje delo ven.

    Most swimmer eat a lot of good carbs to battle the hunger eafterwards (like wheat pasta). Večina plivačica jesti veliko dobrih carbs v boj z lakoto eafterwards (npr. pšenice, testenine).

    The point is, do NOT eat poorly. Bistvo je, ne jesti slabo. Exercise will NEVER make you healthy without the proper diet, and loosing weight for good means lifestyle changes, not quick fixes. Uresničevanje bo nikoli vas zdravi, brez pravilne prehrane in izguba teže za dober način sprememb življenjskega sloga, ne hitrih popravkov.
