    I’ve read many suggestions about eating more meals in the day, small 5-6 meals. Thing is, I can eat 5-7 meals a day ok, but can they be big meals, instead of small…

    Hi jay, it should be small meals if you are going to eat 5 to 7 meals a day.

    You should also take into account your lifestyle. If you are physically very active 5 – 7 meals can be not enough to fully recover. If you are expanding a lot of energy you need to eat some calorie rich food. By “calorie rich” I don’t mean junk food but some quality meat, fish, nuts and oils.

    nice post. I agree, personally I always eat 5 – 7 meals a day they normally smaller but more healthier. eating smaller but regular portions helps keep the metabolism high helping your body burn fat faster.
