Lately, I work quite late and have the tendency to eat supper even though I know that I am going to bed soon. Ooo… Apparently, eating fruits in the morning is the best as your body can absorb the nutrients in the fruits better. Ooo ... I personally prefer orange and watermelon, since orange has the most ascorbic acid content and watermelon has this cooling effect and prevents dehydration. It could be partly due to your stomach bloating from the fructose sugars of the fruit you are consuming. I do exercises, i walk for an hour everyday, and i also practices yoga and pilates. Naredim vaje, hodim eno uro vsakdana, in tudi jaz prakse joge in pilates.

I eat one apple or 2 carrots in the morning before a bowl of cereal or oats, drink a lot of water, and full meal for lunch and a bowl of fruit salad for dinner (1banana, 1apple, 1kiwi, grapes) with 5 spoons of &peaches with 5spoons of low fat yoghurt(100g=35 cal). Sem pojedel eno jabolko ali 2 korenčka zjutraj pred skledo žitnih ali ovsa, piti veliko vode in poln obrok za kosilo in skleda sadja solato za večerjo (1banana, 1apple, 1kiwi, grozdje), s 5 žlici in breskve s 5spoons z nizko vsebnostjo maščobe jogurt (100 g = 35 cal). I have lost 20kg in 4months.I cant survive without fruits. Sem izgubila 20 kg v 4months.I ne more preživeti brez plodov. I also exercise 5times a week for 1hr. Jaz tudi uresničevanje 5times za 1 ur na teden.

Careful there sleeze, at that rate you may become non-existant very soon! Previdno tam sleeze, po tej stopnji lahko postane neskupnostno obstaja zelo kmalu!
Too many oranges are VERY BAD for you! Preveč pomaranče so zelo slabo za vas! They have a very high sugar content and will result in weight gain not loss! Imajo zelo visoko vsebnost sladkorja in se bo odražalo v teže ne izgubi! Better to eat 5 DIFFERENT fruits a day. Bolje je jesti 5 različnih vrst sadja na dan. Also 5 oranges does NOT mean you are having your 5-a-day, you are just having 5 times 1 of your 5-a-day. Tudi 5 pomaranč ne pomeni imate vaše 5 na dan, ti si šele ob 5-krat 1 od vaše 5 na dan. It has to be 5 different fruit/veg (not 5 x 1 of same fruit/veg!) OK! Treba je 5 različnih sadnih / Veg (ne 5 x 1 istega sadja / Veg!) OK!

You have no idea how you cracked me. Nimaš pojma, kako si me krekinga. I could nt stop laughing. Lahko nt ustaviti smejati. Anyway, you are right but the problem is that im fat. Kakorkoli že, imate pravico, vendar je problem, da im maščobe. I needed to loose 20kg and have 10kg left. Potreboval sem izgubi 20 kg in 10 kg levo. Unfortunately, it seems I have reached my plateau. Na žalost se zdi, sem dosegel moj plato. I cant seem to loose any kilo now despite my exercise routine. I cant zdi nepakirana koli kilo zdaj kljub mojim izvajanjem rutinskih.
