    I think workout are better than saun or steam.This really helps and makes your blood level and heart stronger.While disadvantage about steam is increase of weight in twice the compare and also disease such as blood presure and hair fall.我认为锻炼比saun或steam.This不如真的帮助,让您的血液水平和心脏stronger.While缺点是对蒸汽增加两倍的重量也比较和疾病,如血液和头发压力的下降。
