Military inspired fitness Bootcamp over here in Australia is on the verge of exspanding World Wide! Original Bootcamp first came on the scene back in 1991 by James ‘Chief’ Brabon. Chief was the first to offer a Military inspired Bootcamp for civilians in Oz. This man is amazing, he travels the world in rsearch to develop this Bootcamp to extremes. I went into business with Chief after he offered people to buy a License in different areas of Australia. There are now approximately 50 different locations.

Bootcamp in KL may be something you will see in the future…

Sounds like great fun. Pity that the weather over here in the UK isn’t that suited to meeting up in parks and working out at the moment. In fact I went through my local park this evening and it was completely waterlogged :-(

do you know of any fitness boot camps in KL? i was looking for something like this the other day but only manged to find a triathlon training camp. i plan to train and participate in at least one marathon. but im the type of person who needs group support la..
