		<description>I agree with wugirl. Im just a manga artist but I got friends who practise wushu. I can testify wat she said its true. I was pretty fat in the past. With more disciplined diet and more exe. I got slight 4 packs lately.  :)</description>

		<description>Dear all who envies Vincent&#039;s physique. I&#039;m a former Wushu national athlete and I have to admit that we have very toned physique. There is no muscle countouring thingy to get Vincent&#039;s abs. Me and all my contemporaries in Wushu (regardless guys or girls) have at least 4 packs. Yes, lots of crunches...to a point where it&#039;s automatically part of our daily routine. Therefore, there&#039;s no need for Vincent to suck in his tummy to attain the look of constantly having six packs.</description>

		<description>there&#039;s a process called muscle contouring. im sure he did a lot of training supplements and all but most likely that he took a few sessions of the muscle contouring thing somewhere, further enhancing his abs.</description>

		<description>I do agree with trey . Nutrition, diet and determination is the key. I used to have er.... 4 packs  but it all went down  longkang when i got pregnant. Now have to restart my engine lah. 

BTW Vincent has his TV program in Astro AEC during weekends.</description>

		<description>Yeah, his book is though good, nothing special. I&#039;ve read it and it&#039;s good till Kevin Zahri came up with another fitness24/7 book. That one, is really a must have! And if you&#039;d ask which one to choose, I&#039;ll definitely choose Kevin&#039;s book. More comprehensive, rather than Vincent&#039;s kind of Journal book.</description>
