Good as usual, Mun. I have been toying with the idea of buying the Body Bugg for my wife since it first appeared here on the guest posting.

I know she’s going to be jumping all euphoric as she is the kind of woman who keeps asking me, almost on everyday basis, how much calories she’s been consuming and burning [we both are undergoing weight loss programs. I have achieved my goals and off to next target :) so she needs the toy more than I do].

But then, those paid subscriptions plan that comes with it is still hindering my plan. I just wish it is a one-off pay thing.

I would suggest a gift certificate for a massage. Many people forget that recovery and relaxation are also important in overall fitness.

I bought my wife something she never could never have guessed I would pick for her – I guess she was surprised that I put some actual research into it. Bought her a needak mini trampoline for the days when she doesn’t feel like heading out to the gym but still wants to put in some exercise. She was flabbergasted and loves it – uses it whenever she feels like and I actually think she might be going to the gym less overall because she finds she gets the workout she wants just jumping and bouncing away. I have to say, I was pretty impressed too and when she’s not around I find myself using it too.

Results vary from person to person but theres rarely more than a couple hundredths of a mile difference on my three-mile run from day to day. Since the time and distance are being measured accurately I can only assume that variations in my pace are being measured accurately too..At the Nike Store I was told that the Nike iPod sensor is more accurate when used with Nike shoes.
