Why People Hate To Exercise? Mrsko mi je zašto ljudi Vježba?

Most people have read about the benefits of exercising. Većina ljudi koji su čitali o prednostima vježbanju. Study after study shows that regular physical activity reduces the risk of heart disease and high blood pressure but many still choose not to working out. Have you wonder why people hate to exercise? Jeste li čuditi zašto ljudi mrze za vježbanje? Now, here are some of the reasons I could think of: Zatim, tu su neki od razloga JA mogao misliti na:

  • Fear and Intimidation . Strah i zastrašivanje. Before you want to play tennis, you worry about your friends may laugh at you for knowing nothing about the rules. Želite raditi u teretanu, ali ako se osjećate neugodno, da ne znate kako koristiti strojeve. You want to join a dance class but you afraid that you have no rhythm in the aerobic classes. Želite da se pridružiš plesni klasa, ali vi bojati da nema ritma u aerobnim klase. Because of the feeling of fear, many decided not to exercise. Zbog osjećaj straha, mnogi su odlučili da ne vježba.
  • Lack of time . Nedostatak vremena. Lots of workaholics thought that they have to spend more than an hour to work out. Mnogo workaholics mislio da su spremni potrošiti više od jednog sata da rade van. Some people do not know how to manage their time and exercising is the last thing in their priority list. They have time for a pint of beer at the pub, but not a 45-minutes of jogging or even brisk walking after work.   • Impatient with slow results. Nowadays, people want to do everything fast and they want instant result. Nestrpljiv sa sporim rezultata. Danas ljudi žele brzo i učiniti sve što žele instant rezultat. (Guess that is why instant noodle and fast food are popular). (Guess zato instant rezanci i brzu hranu su popularni). The truth is, seeing and feeling the benefits of exercise does take time. Istina je, kad i osjetiti blagodati vježbanja ne potrajati. Many people give up too early before they get there. Mnogi ljudi odustati prerano, prije nego što oni doći. Some people are still looking for the magic exercise to lose fat and build muscles instantly.   • Money . Novac. Most people think they must have an expensive gym membership to start off. Većina ljudi misle da moraju imati skupe teretane članstvo da biste započeli off. They want expensive branded sport shoes. Oni žele skupo branded sportske cipele. They have the mindset – either I get that or I will never start exercising.     Mun, you missed something out I think. Mun, jesu li propustili nešto mislim. Some people hate exercising due to something called 'laziness.' Neki ljudi mrze vježbanje zbog nešto zove 'lijenost'.

    People give a lot of excuses on everything. Ljudi daju puno izgovora na sve. Joining a gym for example, requires discipline and commitment and I personally know a person who tells himself that he cannot afford to join a gym yet, but I feel that he needs to join a gym in order to improve himself health-wise to be able to accomplish more in his career. Pristupanjem nekom teretana na primjer, zahtijeva disciplinu i predanost, a ja osobno znam osobe koja sebe kaže da je on ne može dozvoliti da se učlanite u teretanu, ali osjećam da je potreba da se pridružiš teretanu u cilju poboljšanja zdravstveno-sam mudar da bi mogli ostvariti više u svojoj karijeri.

    nice. lijep. Thanks for sharing. Hvala za dijeljenje. Actually, companion does helps a lot when exercising as well. Zapravo, drug ne pomaže mnogo kada vježbanju as well. Like, if you have a few or group of friends who are really into exercising, from time to time, you will realize that you take turn to motivate each other to exercise.
