My aunt has been bothered by arthritis for some time. Min tante har været generet af arthritis i nogen tid. She has been avoiding exercise lately and her weight has been increasing and making the situation worse. What is Arthritis? Hvad er Arthritis?
Arthritis is a broad term used to refer to different conditions that can cause joint pain. - Osteoarthritis is a deterioration of cartilage and overgrowth of bone often due to “wear and tear”. Slidgigt er en forringelse af brusk og overgrowth af knogle ofte skyldes "slitage".
- Rheumatoid arthritis is the inflammation of a joint's connective tissues, such as the synovial membranes, which leads to the destruction of the articular cartilage. Reumatoid artrit er betændelse i en fælles's bindevæv, såsom synovial membraner, hvilket fører til ødelæggelse af artikulaer brusk.
Why Exercise Even If You Have Arthritis? Hvorfor Udøvelse, selvom du har Arthritis?
Contrary to popular belief, exercise is likely to benefit the joints rather than harm them. I modsætning til populær tro, udøve forventes at drage fordel af leddene i stedet for at skade dem.
- Exercise increases strength and flexibility, reduces joint pain and helps combat fatigue. - Many do not exercise because of the unrealistic set of expectation. You do not need to run a marathon or swim the pace of an Olympic competitor to help reduce the symptoms of your arthritis. Great post. Great post.
Its not just arthritic people who should exercise. Dens ikke bare arthritis mennesker, der udøver. Elderly folks should try to exercise to keep their bones healthy too. Ældre folk skal forsøge at udnytte til at holde deres knogler sunde også.
Both my parents are approaching their mid-60's and are still as active as ever. Begge mine forældre nærmer deres midten af 60'erne og er stadig så aktiv som nogensinde.
