    Cool!

I just started weight training about 3-4weeks back and already I’m seeing some benefits.

I can start to do more intense cardio and not only that, my fat is starting to shed and my body is starting to look a bit more”toned”.

    Hi mun…

I cant agree more!!! I started weight-training a year ago.. when I first joined the gym [actually on that very day I was on my way to a slimming centre], I only had one reason in mind – to lose weight and I was completely clueless of what weight training was. So, I chose to work with a pt and gave him a 100% trust and commitment!!!… Well, I saw results just after a few sessions and that has motivated me to work harder…
Now, I’m still weight training [with the same pt] and now I can tell you that I’m doing it for the benefits of it… I don’t really care how much I weigh, I feel great and very positive towards my life and I think that is the most important … so for those who are still thinking, I would say … go for it…

p/s: choosing the right pt is crucial…
