I just started weight training about 3-4weeks back and already I'm seeing some benefits.我就開始體能訓練約3四周已經回我看到一些好處。

I cant agree more!!!餘cannot同意更多! I started weight-training a year ago..我開始舉重訓練一年前.. when I first joined the gym [actually on that very day I was on my way to a slimming centre], I only had one reason in mind – to lose weight and I was completely clueless of what weight training was.當我第一次參加健身[實際上那一天我正在減肥的方法中心],我只有一個原因銘記-減肥,我是完全一無所知的東西的重量訓練。 So, I chose to work with a pt and gave him a 100% trust and commitment!!!… Well, I saw results just after a few sessions and that has motivated me to work harder…所以,我選擇與1角,並給了他100%的信任和承諾!...嗯,我看到的結果只是在數屆會,並已促使我更加努力地工作...
Now, I'm still weight training [with the same pt] and now I can tell you that I'm doing it for the benefits of it… I don't really care how much I weigh, I feel great and very positive towards my life and I think that is the most important … so for those who are still thinking, I would say … go for it…現在,我仍然重量訓練[相同的角],現在我可以告訴你,我才這樣做的好處是...我不在乎我是多麼重,我感覺非常好,非常積極的努力我的生活,我認為這是最重要的...所以對於那些誰還以為,我會說是去... ...
