    I couldn’t agree more people avoid these exercises however they are some of the most productive. I find that many people avoid squats in a muscle build workout routine as the believe they will be only working their legs. Although squats are one of the most important exercises as it increases your core strength dramatically.

    i seriously hate pull ups… but i have to be on fire to do it to complete the sets else when it goes half way through the reps it’ll be very disappointing ….

    Unfortunately, I hate doing squats, which is probably the single best exercise for anyone to do. Good article and thanks for posting.

    i hate lunges coz i have very bad knees especially the left one. but the latest body pump 77 release has this really good lunges workout that actually make my butt ache each and everytime after one session of it. Start to fall in love with lunges all over again :)
