Will Muscle Become Fat? Will Mišice Maščoba Postanite?

Many people has this misconception – muscle will turn into fat when they stop doing weight training. Veliko ljudi je to napačno - mišice se bo spremenila v maščobe, če stop delaš maso usposabljanja. In fact, many women are avoiding pumping iron because of this belief.Banana will not turn into papaya. Dejstvo je, mnoge ženske so izogibanje črpalnim železa zaradi tega belief.Banana ne bo spremenila v papaja. Lead will not be gold. Svinec ne bo zlato. Muscle will not turn into fat and vice versa. Mišice se ne bo spremenila v maščobo in obratno.

Muscle and fat are both cells. Mišice in maščoba sta celic. Human body also has other types of cells. Človeško telo ima tudi druge tipe celic. The type of muscle we can see is the so called skeletal muscle whereas a fat cell store fats which they get it from the blood stream. Vrsta mišice smo lahko videli, je tako imenovano skeletne mišice ker maščobe celic shranjevanje maščob, ki jih dobi od krvi.

When you stop lifting weight, the muscles will get smaller. Ko boste prenehali dviganje mase, mišic bo manjši. You still have the same amount of muscle cells but they have got smaller. At this stage, if you continue to eat the same amount of food, the existing fat cells will now expand. Še vedno imajo enako količino mišičnih celic, vendar so dobili manjši. V tej fazi, če boste še naprej jedli isto količino hrane, obstoječe maščobe celice bodo zdaj razširiti. However, the muscles are still there. Vendar pa se mišice še vedno tam. In other words, as muscles shrink because of inactivity, fat has filled up the space where the muscles used to be , giving a false impression that the muscles have become fat. To make things worse, with less muscle, the metabolism is getting lower making fat is easier to be accumulated. Da bi stvari poslabšajo, z manj mišic, presnovo postaja nižje izdelavo maščobe lažje se nabrali.

In short, muscle is muscle and it is not fat; fat is fat and it will not become muscle .  Hopefully, this “urban legend” has been cleared after you read it. Na kratko, mišice se mišice in ne maščobo; maščobe maščobe in ga ne bo mišic. Upamo, da to "urbana legenda" je bil obračunani po tem, ko ga preberete.

    Great post Mun. Veliki post Mun. I really do think this issue needs clearing up with a lot of people. Resno mislim to vprašanje potrebe obračuna z veliko ljudmi. A lot of people I've talked to think that you can turn fat into muscle by lifting weights. Veliko ljudi sem govorila, da misliš, da ti lahko obrnejo maščobe v mišico s dviganje uteži. Most of the time I feel like banging my head against a wall after hearing this. Večino časa se počutim kot Lupnjava moji glavi pred steno po predstavitvi tega.

    We build muscle but lose fat… :D As what a friend said, input also counts. Smo graditi mišice, ampak izgubiti maščobo ...: D Kot kaj prijatelj rekel, prispevek tudi šteje. So, if we take foods which help build muscle, it will help, rite? Torej, če smo se živila, ki pomagajo graditi mišice, bo pomagalo, obred? ;-) ;-)

    I meant that if we work out, lift weights to build bone and muscle, eating the right foods will help that too, right? Mislil sem, da če bomo delali zunaj, dvignite uteži za gradnjo kosti in mišice, jeste pravico živilih bo pomagalo, da preveč, kajne?

    if you stop doing workouts yes those muscles that you have built would turn into fat. če ste prenehali delaš workouts da te mišice, ki ste jo zgradili bi spremenila v maščobe. look at schwarzenegger today he is full of fat. Poglej Schwarzenegger danes je poln maščobe.

    Well, I guess the problem is that most people who stop working out still eat the same. No, mislim da je problem, da večina ljudi, ki prenehajo delovati, se še vedno jesti isto. So they get the same amount of calories but burn less of them… so they become fat. Tako bi dobili enako količino kalorij pa spali manj od njih ... tako da postane debel.

    I think you're a little confused about the cell section of your post; cells do not expand and shrink unless they are exposed to excess amounts of water or salt (tonicity) and when this happens, the cell will either burst, or shrivel and die.
