
After you make up your mind to start a health lifestyle, with a new gym membership, you are eager to start exercising. you certainly don't have to have a lot of knowledge to get started. du helt sikkert ikke have en masse viden til at komme i gang. Experience taught me a lot. Erfaringen har lært mig en masse. You simply get to know your body after a while. Du er simpelthen komme til at kende din krop efter et stykke tid. Once I could start to feel my individual muscles and how they operated…it makes all the difference in the world. Når jeg kunne begynde at føle mine individuelle muskler og hvordan de drives ... det gør hele forskellen i verden. it doesn't take long to start to experience this either. det tager ikke lang tid at begynde at opleve dette heller. muscles respond rather quickly when worked consistanlty. muskler reagerer ret hurtigt, når arbejdet consistanlty. Arnold's encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding taught me a lot though as well. Arnold's Encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding lært mig en masse om også. Even if your not into bodybuilding it's still very helpful simply because it's so thourough on the subject of fitness. Selv hvis du ikke ind i bodybuilding det stadig meget hjælpsomme, blot fordi det er så thourough om emnet fitness. Peace. Fred.

Most people just use excuses for not going to a gym. De fleste mennesker bare bruge undskyldninger for ikke at gå til et motionscenter. As you say- you don't need to know much, just get in there and get to it. Som du siger, du behøver ikke at vide meget, bare komme derind og få til det.

Good information. God information. I agree with you that you dont have to be an expert. Jeg er enig med dig, at du ikke behøver være en ekspert. Just go and try it out. Bare gå og prøve det. Most gyms have trainers there to help you if you have questions on machines, anatomy etc. All you have to do is get to the gym and start! De fleste fitnesscentre har undervisere der for at hjælpe dig, hvis du har spørgsmål om maskiner, anatomi osv. Alt du skal gøre er at komme til gymnastik og start!

Good piece of information to get started. Godt stykke af oplysninger at komme i gang. You dont have to know everything on working out at the gym… just get started. You dont have at vide alt om arbejdstid ud på gym ... bare komme i gang. Once you go to the gym you can just ask for help from one of the trainers. Når du går til gymnastik, kan du bare bede om hjælp fra en af de undervisere. I agree just go and start and see what happens! Jeg er enig bare gå og begynde og se hvad der sker!
