    This is really interesting… I’ve never thought about doing this kind of exercise before. Wish I had included it on my blog!

    This is a killer workout! I tried it before using dumbbells instead of the plates. It really does hit your shoulders! Next time I’m going to use plates.

    This is a pretty effective exercise. Plus my training clients should enjoy it because it’s not something you see every day at the gym. Good tip, I like this.
