I recently did a wrap and lost 7 1/2 inches in a week. Mine was a different one, but it really worked for me. I have kept it off now for about a month.

I have never done a body wrap, but after reading this article, I’m definitely going to get one done!

I still don’t think… slim wraps are as effective as a sensible diet & exercise regime..

I’ve never heard a fitness instructor that seriously suggests body wrapping as a weight loss technique.

Plus wraps costs a bomb! I rather keep that $ for training apparel!

I get a body wrap at least once a week for about 6 months. I’ve gone from a size 10 easy to a size 7. Before I started getting bodywraps, I was working out for at least 1 1/2 daily going no where. I was thinking about going under the knife until 1 of my friends sugguested I do the body wraps 1st then make up my mind about surgery. It works!!! However, overnight success should not be a goal, it took time to put it on; it will take time to take it off.

There are a lot of spas coming out that offer body wraps. I understand your skepticism about the process. But there are credible skin centers that uses professional instruments to measure the actual body mass before and after the treatment.

Like any other establishment, consumers should be wary of the equipments and products used on their bodies to assure the effectiveness of their treatments. Consumers should be very particular with the details of a certain procedure to ensure that they get their money’s worth.
