How Often Do You Think About Food?

This post will be a short one.

Why do we eat?

The answer is simple.  We need the energy food to live.  Every process in body requires energy.  We also need to keep our body healthy and we get the nutrients from food.

Many are eating food when they are not even hungry, including myself occasionally, when I feel bored.  Actually, this craving is not physiological in nature, but caused by emotional responses and it continues to torture you until you finally give in.  Good thing is that this craving can be changed quickly too as the emotion drive them.

What I normally do is get myself occupied with something – reading, brisk walking, or go washing my car.

More important, what we need is to know our body needs.  Find a chance to chance to talk to people who have healthy weight level even without much exercise, they will tell you that they only eat when they are hungry.

Eat to live.  Do not live to eat.

    Hi all,

    I’ve tried taking 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking up from bed. The mental and psychological benefit of this practice is huge. I woke up on all four right now, plus the biggest benefit is that it repress my hunger for snacks and sugary food.

    Maybe you guys should try it and see what happens.
