Biceps Workout (1) – Barbell Curl

Many guys like to work out their biceps since biceps are exposed when we are wearing sleeveless shirt or when we are shirtless. So, many have spent much time in training biceps, especially with barbell biceps curl. However, most people do not get as much as they can out of barbell curls because of the terrible form. Yes, with the proper form, barbell curl can actually be the most important biceps workout. In fact, I do it as the first workout for my biceps.

How To Jump Rope without Rope? Introducing JumpSnap.

Adult seldom do the traditional rope jumping which kids enjoy playing. Probably, for those who are not able to jump really well, including myself, the bigger we are, the more painful we feel when we fall.

Still, just like jogging, rope jumping is a good cardiovascular workouts. When I came across a ropeless jump-rope from the Net, I was really curious to find out more.

What, jumping rope without rope? Isn’t like eating chicken rice without rice? Or hot dog without dog?

Lately, I work quite late and have the tendency to eat supper even though I know that I am going to bed soon. Instead driving out for McD fast food, I eat fruit.

Maybe it sounds too good to be true but all you have to do to maintain your ideal weight is to eat fruit every day. Fruit benefit many people wanting to lose weight. After all, it is one of the most healthy and natural foods. Fruit contains a large number of vitamins and minerals. Fitness First Almost Sued Me and What I Learn From It

I have been using the word of “censor” in place of the real name of a fitness center in Malaysia in my defunct old blog. Not hard to guess which gym I am talking about. This fitness center has the most number of outlets in Malaysia for now. In fact, it has a chain of about 500 health clubs in the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

The fiasco took place two years ago in year 2005. To cut the story short. I called one of the outlets to ask about the membership price. But, the sales lady insisted me to drop by at the outlet before she disclosed the information. Having joined Clark Hatch for 2 years, I knew what I wanted and therefore decline the offer yet persistent in getting the pricing information. The sales lady then raised her voice and ended the conversation in a very unfriendly manner. (more…)
