    “Most people claimed that they feel much better after being “detoxified”. However, it is not because that they have got rid of excessive toxin, but because of the change of lousy diet to a diet packed with mainly fruit, vegetables and water. Also, it can happen because of placebo effect.”

    I couldn’t agree more! I have had clients who ate crap, but thought that by doing one of these detox diets would do the trick.

    Many detox products are not very informative and the ingredient content is sometimes a little vague. So it is extremely important to do good research on detox products to get the right ones. This post is really helpful on choosing detox products thanks. But a good healthy diet plenty of water, exercise and sleep goes a long way to feeling good as well.

    Hi, there. Though detox diets are quite popular and claim to cleanse your system, I think that they don’t provide the body with essential nutrients. I personally believe that the if you are interested in healthy living, go for a balanced diet that is rich in fruits, vegetables. dairy(low-fat). Following a wholesome diet is the best gift that you can give your body.
