    i love hula hop very very much…and i play hula hop everyday… but during my primary school time… thanks…because you have remind me about my hobby… i nearly forgot i have such hobby..(for me, it is hobby, not exercise)

    The Wii Fit has a hula hoop mini game. You get a real workout doing it. You start sweating within minutes.

    I love the hula hooping..
    Great cardio and suppose to help those obliques..

    Tindy reminded me of hulahoop for cardio and to lose my baby fats ! so i have 2 get 1 @target or toys r us.

    Hooping is great fun. I’ve only had my hoop two weeks and it is addictive. Generally I hate exercising but I LOVE using my hoop. Contrary to what you think it actually is not a bad work out, it can burn 400-600 calories an hour. If you want it to be a better workout you can buy hoops weighted at 2kg and just hoop as fast as you can…effectively sprinting with the hoop. Also, once you learn more complex moves and are able to move or dance whilst using the hoop, you burn lots more.

    Ive been using the hoops everyday for 30 minutes..mind you it can make you sweat..its a good form of exercise and it can make you feel young too…

    I love the hula hoop. I got it to play with my daughter and quickly noticed toneing in my mid section. This is a great addition to my workout.
